Great doctors amazing team but I’ve waited for a hour before for the doctor to even see me not fun when I have a million other things to do that day
Would give 1 star but I like the staff and out come but don’t like the wait

I've been with Dr Teriba for about 2 years now and I will say that he is a rare gem in this community. Always taking time to hear the issues and genuinely cares about helping out. Never felt rushed when in his office and no matter how small the problem is he will always make sure you have the best care. Wait times were never bad either, considering he actually listens to his patients, which tells me his time management is spot on. I am so happy that we can say we have an amazing family doctor!

Not an actual walk-in clinic. Very deceptive listing and signage. Disappointing and misleading.

0 courtesy. Recommend finding a different place. Docs great but his staff doesn't care if you live or die.

They had me waiting in their patient rooms for close to an hour to find out that the doctor could not see me. My wife was in there & the same happened to another family from the other doctor at this walk-in. They are absolutely a walk-in clinic that does appointment just like any other.they also made an appointment without my knowledge & then tried acting like I missed it & that I had to call back for missing something I never arranged.

This place should just be a walk-out because this clinic should be avoided due to its malpractices!

Im suppose to be a patient of this clinic and with the family doctor i make and appointment and the doctor is 41/2 hours late. Completely unacceptable and still doesnt show up. And cant be seen today. Why have a doctor i need to report this to ohip to make sure the doctor doesnt charge them.

This clinic is unbelievably incompetent. An appointment was booked for my child to have immunization updates done. The woman who booked the appointment was told multiple times what the appointment was for. That we would need to transfer from our previous Dr. (retired) and that we were new patients. She was then told repeatedly that the reason for the appointment was to have immunization done for a school aged child. Even with a booked appointment you will wait hours to see a Dr. The office is unable to comprehend what is being told to them. If this is how the reception poses itself I’m afraid of what kind of medical treatment you will receive, if you ever make it in to see a Dr. Avoid this place at all costs especially if you are trying to find a new family physician. This place is unable to provide accurate medical care for its patents due to it’s horrible secretarial staff.
