Told me to drive from Cambridge just to refuse me service. Absolutely pathetic customer service.

Get in line in the morning, they ask me to come to see the doctor who is available to get my file at 3, but when I come at 3, the doctor isn’t working. I have my plan at 4 to do, and I have to reschedule that because the doctor not here. Trash clinic

I was there for my tb skin test and by the staff and my conversation I was really not happy with their behaviour but they called me again and I told them the exact problem happened they resolved that issue by doing all of it again and I really appreciate their help as an international student, I really felt they are good in healthcare administration and as a healthcare professional. Really appreciate

Had to wait for more than 2hours just to get my xray result. The doctor didn’t even take a minute to sign the document! The receptionists are very incompetent! They told me that the doctor needs to speak to me regarding the results which he NEVER did by the way! Very inconsiderate of their patients time! The worst Walk-in clinic!

This clinic is wonderful. A lot of people complaining about wait times.it's a walk in clinic.of course they get busy during peak times. Considering how many people come in daily, the staff and doctors are so nice. I'm sure they have to put up with lots but they keep a positive attitude. I see one of the doctors weekly for an injection and he is so friendly and a makes coming back each week a positive experience. I would recommend to anyone.

Wait time was reported to be 45 minutes but ended up taking around 2.5 hours. Actual appointment was 2 minutes

Doctor was nice though

Sunday morning, at 11 am, receptionist told me out of capacity, I just see maximum 10 patients there, that means in next 4 hours, the doctors only see 10 patients. And last time I went to pharmacy next door, took me over half a hour to get a medicine. It’s so inefficient there!

They are very busy - from my experience, the waiting time is around 2.5-3 hours. Usually, I check in and then go outside for a walk or to read a book in the UWaterloo library because you can always multiply the waiting time they told you by 1.5-2 times. I guess they do their best with the volume of patients they get. I had good luck with doctors listening to me and giving me referrals/prescriptions that I wanted to get. But you better be a bit assertive so that you don't get dismissed after a 3 minute conversation.

I called at 10am and they said there were 8 people ahead of me. At the time I came in at 11: 30am there were still 5 people in front of me. That means it takes 30minutes for each person to be in there. So I am very skeptical of their reservation and queue control. There is no screen to show who is in front of you and what your order is. It's all controlled by the front desk staff. This is unacceptable in this modern world.

I always get fast service here. Reception area is never more than a couple of hours' wait, and the doctors take prompt action.

This is not the kind of place to go spill your guts for 30 min and get sympathy. But if you want quick and efficient results, this place is great. I've seen several doctors here over the years, and none of them brush me off or make me feel like I'm imagining symptoms. They promptly take action to order diagnostics, prescribe medication, or make referrals.

I usually do not write reviews but experience at this clinic since past couple visits made me do one.

Worst walk in clinic I have ever seen. Since past 3 days I am walking in, they make me wait and then be like we are full in capacity. They should have told earlier that capacity is full. I called them and confirmed if I can walk in or not and one of the staff member asked me to come. They said they stop taking patients after 11 am, then well they should have told this when I called them. The staff member was so rude and be like "we don't care whatever happens to you, we just do not take patients anymore. " Wohooo.such a nice answer and kudos to the staff was there today for your rudeness, you deserve an award. I did drive for 45 minute and came and then they make me wait and be like we can not take you. ER doesn't respond on time, neither do walk in clinics. This clinic, doctors and staff members do not care one lives or dies. Shame on these kind of doctors who takes oath to save lives and also to the management of waterloo clinic. This clinic needs to be sued as clinics are meant to be for public healthcare, not to make them suffer and then say we cant treat you.
To Staff of this clinic: GO HOME AND SIT, may be no one would come to you for check up then, as anyways you were sending them home after making them wait.

Horribly long waiting times and the staff is very rude and misbehaved. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this place.

I had to wait more than four hours for a simple injection. My turn came four minutes before the closing time. I was waiting ever since 3: 30 pm and got my turn at 7: 41 pm My experience with this clinic was horrible

Nice staff but the wait times are ridiculous, If you have anything more serious than a fever or cold, the hospital would be faster.

Thank you to the staff for repeatedly turning away my toddler who had high fever but was refused to be seen by a doctor. Certainly a walk over by the staff. Self medication seems to the point now even though at times we don't know what we are doing. You can continue to blame the government for your lack of system and unwillingness to do your jobs

I can't speak for every situation, but for me Dr. Mall saved me from hearing loss and a very invasive surgery. I had been to my now former family Dr. J Geddes, and was twice diagnosed with ear infection and two more times at two separate walk in clinics. A friend suggested this walk in clinic for a different doctor that wasn't working that day but I figured I might as well see what this guy says, And overall I've been feeling better but there was a bad smelling light drainage coming from it consistently and I was having trouble hearing on it so much. I was using my left ear. Before he even looked in my ear, he was pretty confident of what it was And while He didn't say anything negative about the other doctors. His body language and reaction seemed to suggest it. He got me a very quick appointment with an ENT specialist who says he doesn't think I'll need the invasive surgery and he can probably return much of my hearing, I am really relieved that they're getting me in soon. Thank you Dr. Mall. You saved my hearing.

I have been to this clinic a few times. Great speedy service. Thorough doctors, especially Dr. Mall. They prioritize patients based on urgency. You can also check out wait times on medimaps.ca. The waterloo walk-in clinic updates their wait times on that site very frequently.

Edit: The wait times and lack of communication have deteriorated greatly in the last year. A wait time of 3 hours and the staff neglect to let patients be aware of those wait times. Some doctors seem to be rushy.

They asked me to come for my child vaccination. We showed up on said time and registered for my child and for myself (for other reason). They asked us to come after couple of hours then we left the place then they called me and said they at capacity today and can't make it for vaccination. Then I asked to cancel my registration and do my child's vaccination. Then they said it is not about the capacity. No clear answer. Looks like they don't know about children's vaccination. I said thanks for all the lies and wrong statement. My advice to you is to stay away from liers.

Worst clinic, waiting for 2 hours and doctor sees you for 2 mins and runs away, He didnt even bother to listen what my problem is gave some pain killers for a heart pain, Is this the way they treat the patients. Dont ever go to this clinic

Overbooked Clinic, less doctors. Hour of waiting, but no appointment. Less waiting time for covid tests.

Recommended to book an appointment and come later. Staff is helpful, but if you're in pain - it's best to come early and book.

The doctor seemed pretty experienced and diagnosed me within 20s.

Came in with my son, we had to wait 3 hours to be seen after being told it was about an hour and a half wait. I'm really not surprised with a Canadian healthcare system being what it is, it seems you have to wait a minimum of 3 hours to be seen wherever you go. Although the waiting part wasn't ideal, the front end staff and the doctor were really lovely and super personable.

Waited more than 3 hours for just 20 sec of doctor visit. They asked to come at 2.30 and even didnt get chance till 6 pm. Such a bad experience. How can ill person sit more than 3 hours there? Need good management and even doctors.

Absolutely horrible physician. Came into the room and immediately started aggressively interrogating me. He did not even check anything and was standing near the door the entire time. You can tell this person is just here to collect his paycheque and leave, absolutely zero empathy.

Worst experience ever. They sad they faxed my referral to tri city and they didn't so I had to call again to ask for a referral and they said they did but actually they didn't. I'm not sure they treated their patient like this, and everything is messed up.

The wait is long, but staff are friendly. The doctor I saw was really helpful. He was efficient, but thorough in his questions and care. He sent me for xrays and had me come back the next day for him to read them and provide follow up care.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I came for my RTPCR. They charge me $100 to get the report within 24hrs of the test. I haven’t got the reports for more than 28hrs. And when I called, they constantly trying to transfer call. I paid $25 extra for this service?

Paid $150 for 24 hour COVID test results, which essentially should have been $100 to get it in 48 hours but they charged me the extra $50 to receive it earlier. Went online today after 24 hours to see if my test came through still nothing. They assured me since it was urgent and I paid extra for it I should get it in 24 hours. Later found out they were up charging because other clinics in Kitchener-Waterloo would charge you no more than $70 for guaranteed 24 hour COVID test results. When I called to speak to someone sent me straight to voicemail. Should have read the reviews first before I committed to getting my test at this clinic, I just hope my review helps someone avoid this place.

Worst place. Never recommend this place for taking COVID test for travel purposes. I had to miss my flight cos of delay in the COVID test result.

Waited 2h for an STI test on Tuesday. Was told to come back IN PERSON by Friday for result.

So I came back on Thursday. Had to wait in line for 1h+ to get the result in person. Got sit in a room for 20 mins. Then was told the lab doesn't have your sample. I was like what do you mean? Told her to check again. She came back saying the lab has your sample but needs 2 more days so come back again.

So I went home. 1h in, they called and said the lab said there was a leak so they lost the sample so I have to come back and pee in a bottle again. Now my date thinks I'm hiding my gonorrhea.

Pathetic service! Paid $150 for express pcr test and did not receive my results in 24 hrs which was guaranteed! Login never works! Called like 10 times to email the results…kept sending old results. People working there have no work ethics!

Worst experience ever! I came in at 5: 30pm for my appointment to get my Covid test. It is now 6: 45 and I am still waiting. The problem is that about 10 people in the meantime came in, waited 5 minutes and got their test! The people who were paying for the test, got in much faster than everyone else! This is ridiculous. This will be my last time stepping foot in this clinic!

When you book a week or two week in advance
First they tell you that you its $75 for RT-PCR
After arriving at the clinic they tell you that you have to pay $200 dollars otherwise you won’t get your results in 72 hours

They take advantage of you, because you cant book anywhere else in short period of time

I highly recommend. Me and my family had PCR test for our india trip from waterloo walk in clinic.
Went there on a saturday at 10 AM. Filled forms for all 4 in the family and it took 10 minutes to fill the forms. Wife and 2 kids were waiting in the car while i fill the form. Paid the fees $75/test including tax. We were called out immediately for the sample collection and all done in another 15 minutes. The nurse who took the sample was very kind and confirmed everyone's DOB and name before taking the sample. Also she explained on how to get the results the next day.
We got the results for 3 of us in less than 24 hours. I called them since my daughter's report was not updated along with ours. The receptionist asked me to email my daughter's details to their email id which i did. In no time i received my daughter's results in email.

The place was small, But they take good care for social distancing and sanitizing. There were shields separating each person's chair in the waiting area.

I drove from Mississauga to get the tests and there is no regret of driving all the way as i had a 5 star customer experience.

Again i highly recommend this place for travel covid tests. Economical and excellent customer service.

Made a 11: 30 appointment for an antigen test since I’m travelling soon. I arrived, was asked to fill out a form, then got thrown into the same wait list as the walk-ins. The receptionist didn’t care that I had an appointment. I could have come earlier since a meeting ended earlier than expected but I didn’t since I figured I should respect the appointment time. Now I regret having waited.

Went there for a PCR test for travel purposes. Had called a day before and was under the assumption that I had an appointment. When I reached the lab, I was informed that the appointment booking system wasn’t working so they were following the walk-in flow. Had to wait about an hour and a half - the place was extremely busy. This was the ‘unpleasant’ part. Now the good side. When my turn came, it was very smooth after that. They had an efficient team with a quick turn around for all patients/visitors. Our test was smooth. My son also had to get tested and he didn’t have any issues. Most importantly, we got the results 14 hours after testing. The results were emailed to us. Overall, very good experience. If they improve the appointment booking system or at least inform that it’s only walk-in, I’d give them 5 stars.

This is a great walk in clinic. Wait times are long but the staff are very patient and kind. When things were more serious than I realized the staff were able to move quickly to get me into the ER. It was clear they cared about my health, and went above and beyond to ensure I got the treatment and medical attention I needed.

Very busy. Came to the clinic a few times. It’s too busy. The wait time didn’t worth though. Doctor seems hurry and can’t letting me to explain my problem.

I went to get the travel pcr test and they were very helpful and accommodating to all the questions I had and also was very helpful when I called in to ask questions. They don’t have same day results for pcr so make sure to plan ahead if you need it. But the people were very helpful.
The first time they weren’t too attentive when I went to the doctor which is why they get one star less but there is always a lot of people.

Doctors are good but management is awful

On our recent visit to the Waterloo walk-in clinic, we found it shockingly disorganized.

Two weeks ago, I registered my son at10 AM. They asked us to come back at 11 AM. When we returned, they asked us to go away for another 40 minutes. So we did, and when we came back 40 minutes later, they told us there would be a one-hour wait. My son finally saw the doctor at about 3 PM.

This week we returned, and my son was registered at 9 AM. We were the first patients to arrive at the clinic that day, and when we showed up, the staff told us the doctor wouldn't come in until 10 AM; the doctor actually showed up at 10: 45. When we finally got to see him, he informed us that he could not treat patients under 18, which no one had told us. They called in another doctor who could treat younger patients, but the earliest he could be there was in another two hours. So, this visit was pretty much as ridiculous as the first visit in terms of disorganization, poor information, lack of coordination, and wasted time.

What makes all this worse is that the director of the Waterloo clinic is quite arrogant and rude. Not only did he not apologize for wasting our entire day (twice), he also said the clinic was helping us, and therefore we had no right to complain. If we weren't happy, we should go to our family doctor instead.

I required a PCR test to travel in October 2021. The process to book the appointment was simple. The clinic was small, quite busy, and the staff kept everyone organized while following Covid-19 safety protocol. The test itself was quick! My results were provided within 24-48 hours. Communication with staff at the clinic was helpful.

Completely awful clinic. I will not come back here ever again. I came to the clinic yesterday for a bad pain in my leg and was told the wait was 1 hour. After almost 1.5 hours, I went inside and soon after the dr came in. He didn't say hello or even greet me. He asked me what the problem was and told me he would give me a requisition for an x-ray he didn't look at my leg and stood in the doorway while speaking to me. He told me he would be back with the requisition so I waited in the room. A few mins later he shouted my name from outside to come get the paper. I was so taken aback at his rudeness and lack of manners.

I was told by the x-ray technician that my results would be available with the dr later that evening so I called the clinic to find out if my results were available. I spoke to one girl who said she'd check and call back. A few hours later when I received no response, I called again and spoke to another girl who promised she'd call back and this time, someone called me back and told me that the results were in but couldn't discuss them. She told me to call tomorrow before I came in.

Today, the clinic opened at 9 and I started calling at 9 AM but no one picked up the phone till after 10 AM. I called for 1 hour. When I mentioned this, they said they were too busy to pick up the phone. So why did the receptionist tell me to call before I came in when they don't bother picking up the phone? She told me I could come in.

I went in and specifically told them I was in to see the same dr I saw yesterday, to discuss my results. Again was told the wait would be an hour. During this hour, I heard several patients ask how much longer the wait was and the receptionist mentioned that there were two doctors but now there was one since one left due to a family emergency. More than hour had passed when I went to the front to ask how long the wait would be and the receptionist casually said "oh you're here to see dr. So and so right? He left. The dr who's here won't discuss your results so you need to come back later. " I was completely disgusted by this unprofessional behaviour. If you know a patient is here to see a specific doctor, why not tell them, that doctor isn't here anymore!

The girl, Angie, told me to come after 4 since another doctor would be able to discuss my results and promised me that my chart would be at the top.

I came back before 4 and had to wait again FOR AN HOUR. During that hour, I informed the staff AGAIN that I was supposed to be seen right away since I had waited earlier in the morning and they assured me that I would be placed at the top of the file.

It wasn't until 5 that I finally saw the doctor. She was wonderful and the only kind and caring dr I encountered at this clinic. She took the time to actually LOOK at my injury and feel the sore spots, unlike the other doctor.

Despite her professionalism, I will never come here again. Extremely poor service with no consistency or manners. I would give this clinic less than 1 star if I could.

OMG - Operator is very rude - not willing to answer basic questions - last time they made a mistake and did not provide the report with QR code and claimed that we are lying - not willing to listen - I would not go there again even if they offer free testing - They simply count 72 hours rule without considering the transit time period and making the wrong statement that Government told them to do the test within 72 hours time frame only.

This place is packed with people. The waiting area is overflowing, so people are waiting outside. They told me to come back after an hour even though I have an appointment.

Awful service! Would give zero star if I could. Got there and filled the form to get flu shot. It was more than 20 people inside the waiting room. The shields separating people on the corners of the room are stupid. You get one person breathing right in your face if you are at one of those many corners. Shields are joke there. So, I stayed at the door. After 15 min waiting, I went in and asked nicely how long it would take to get the shot. One of the nurses answered they didn't have time that night to give me flu shot after all because the doctor was busy (I wonder how long I would have waited if I hadn't ask). So I told her I didn't want to take the shot and left. 25 minutes later when I was close to my home, they called and asked for more info. They said it was soon my turn to get the flu shot! I said, I already lost 1.5 hour on that trip, I didn't want to drive 30 minutes back. Their manager said: "Okay, if you want to get your flu shot somewhere else it is fine". What? No apologies for giving me wrong info, no flu shot, and sending me home? Not even from their senior person?
Stupid shields, stupid personnel, stupid place. That is a walk-in clinic to get Covid (not any shot).
Avoid this clinic at all cost.

Id avoid this clinic moving forward. IVE NEVER BEEN SO RUDELY TREATED BY A CLINIC IN MY LIFE. GO ELSEWHERE. Went in for a medical which was super uncomfortable due to Doctor Mohamed rudeness. After finishing the medical i noticed he rushed out of the room before i could ask a question regarding the 2nd reason i came into the clinic and he told me only ONE issue a visit. Ive been to alot of different walk in clinics before and have never been told that i cant ask regarding another quick issue but i guess waiting 2h only gets me 60 seconds of the doctors time. After asking the question and him telling me rudely that i cant get any more of his precious time he then stood in the doorway and asked me if i pre-payed which i told him i hadn't. He then stood there and yelled for one of the nurses if they could bring the Debit machine into the room which i found weird. During my 2h wait ive seen people pay at the front so i found this uncalled for. As a person of colour i dont appreciate the visit i had and would strongly urge people to go elsewhere.

Really nice clinic, did RTPCR test here, so helpful and only $75, they even provided my after test support, which usually no one does. Thank you so much.

I was lied to by the staff and was overcharged for the Covid PCR test. Before coming to the clinic, i called and asked the staff about the Covid test for my mother in law for international travel. I was advised to come the next day and was told it would cost $75 for results within 24 to 48hrs. When i went the next day, i was told that i would have to pay $150 because sometimes the results could take more than 48hrs. This would be to close to the international travel date and time. When i told the staff that his was the information i was given by their team, they said sorry but i would still have to pay $150 for results within 24 to 48hrs. It was their mistake, they agreed to it but still charged me the extra. They took advantage of the situation and lied to me. I would not recommend this clinic.

I will never go to this walk-in clinic again, didn't clean exam table between patients, when I refused to sit on the unclean surface the nurse was "put out" that i wanted her to clean the surface from the last patient before i laid on it. I mean i thought that would be just standard even before a pandemic.

Absolutely the worst clinic, I would give 0 star if I could. Waited for 2 hours every single time to see the doctor who just sat on the chair checking his phone or chatting with the nurse. Each time the doctor rushed through everything and never spoke to me nor listen to my concerns for more than 3 mins. Asked to send out my referral information which they said they’re doing it right now but I called the specialist days later yet they haven’t gotten anything. Not professional at all, total waste of time and money.

WARNING! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU REQUIRE HELP FOR MENTAL HEALTH RELATED ISSUES; the doctor will literally give you no help if your issue is related to mental health, or if you require any sort of paperwork completed.

If you have the option to go elsewhere, do so. Got turned away 2/3 times well before their listed closing time. The one time I did make it in the doctor practically cut me off while I tried to explain what was wrong and generally barely listened to me. The last time I showed up they told me the doctor I needed to see usually came in sometime after 3 and they closed at 8, so I showed up at 4 on the same day and they'd already stopped accepting patients.

Worst place ever. I was here for my wrist pain, and Dr. Pandey prescribed X-ray test. I did the test the other day in the morning and the imaging place said it will be sent in a couple of hours. At noon, I called this clinic and asked if my test has been received and if I can visit the Dr. At first they said X-ray will take 2 to 3 days, then they checked my file and said the test is ready and I can come to visit the Dr. I came to the place (at noon) but after 15 minutes they said your Dr is not here and he will be here at 4: 00 PM and you will be his first patient to visit. I came at 4, and now the time is 5: 15 and the Dr has not showed up yet!

Ice been sitting in the lobby for 15 minutes and I've heard the receptionist loudly discussing people's medical concerns. She seems to have no sense of delicacy or respecting patient privacy.

I’ve been checked in at 4: 50pm and I saw Dr.at 7: 30pm and at 7: 31 doctor already had left the room. I am not exaggerating if I say he saw me only for 30 second. He was very rude and disrespectful. He did not even introduce himself and did not even looked at me. Very disappointing

Great experience. No complaints whatsoever - the ladies at the front desk and the doctors are nice. Chairs are also extremely comfortable which is a plus!

The people working here have always been so kind and professional every time I've gone. Hard working and have always handled things well, even when they're swamped with patients.

I had to make a choice between treating 1 of the 2 infections I have. I decided to take care of the one that impairs my breathing, and leave horribly painful infection for another day.

I came in with an infection I had already been treated for, but it can be recurring. I had been to the hospital, and treated a couple months ago. I know it came back, because my immune system hasn't been great. I ended up getting another infection, which effects my day to day. I needed to go in, and I wanted to get both infections taken care of so I can get back to my life.

I had to CHOOSE, what issue would be treated. I was told I could come back another day to deal with the other issue, as there policy is that that only deal with ONE issue at a time.

I feel really angry, and feel like this is just for the doctor to make more money. I was in and out of his office within 5 min. There was only 2 people in the office waiting after me, so it was not due to being busy.

Dr Mohamed literally didn't ask much and just prescribed the same medicines without a care/concern for the side effects and had a bad attitude which is kind of racist. He said he didn't understand and ignored patient questions and walked out within 2 minutes of the entire visit, the questions were understood immediately by the pharmacists. On the other hand, Dr Mall was very caring and cared for the patients and their concerns.

Went in on Saturday with my son because of his swollen ankle, which was only an hour and a half wait which is really unusual. The doctor came in, a very disinterested individual, and asked a couple of questions, not even looking at my son. Didnt ask to see his ankle until I told my son to take his shoe and sock off, then leaned in a bit and prescribed anti-inflammatory medication, told him to stay off it for four days and requested x-rays and ultrasound.

Im glad for the tests, but he didnt even asked when it happened, how it happened, has it happened before.
At some point he left the room for about 5min, yet the consultation had only taken a minute at the most.

When he came back I said his shoulder was also hurting and if he wanted us to go back out and wait our turn again since we can only do one illness/issue at a time. There was only one person waiting outside so we didnt mind to wait again. But he got upset by this and said he would just mark the form to have x-rays on the shoulder. Since he didnt look at it, absolutely didnt ask anything about the shoulder he ended up marking the wrong shoulder one on the form!

To top it all off, he didnt even sign the x-ray and ultrasound form so we cant have them done until he signs it!

If I hadnt gone in with my son, I would not have believe this was the care he received. Truly appalling, very disappointing. Maybe it was just a bad day for him, but in the healthcare industry, they cant afford to behave like this or it could end up with terrible consequences for the patient. I hope this doctor learns to do his job fully regardless of how his day is going, otherwise he souldnt be in this profession.

I avoid this clinic at all cost. It seems like it's a "student only" clinic meaning they only write sick notes. If you see the doctor for anything else they're friendly which is nice, but don't do any type of examination or ask any questions. They ask what you want, give it to you, then they leave.

Don't come here if you're under 18 either - they won't see you apparently.

Worst ever! Experiencing heartache, been there for almost two hours and five people came in the clinic after me went before me into the doc’s office. Finally going into the doc’s office and wait there for 40 minutes. It was not until I went out to ask anybody then a doctor came in. (High chances that he forgot me waiting in the office) He takes only 3 minutes asking whether it hurts if he pushes me on the chest and give me the prescription of some painkiller. WTF? An heartache and he couldn’t even finish listening my description. Never go to this clinic!

Was told it would be about an hour wait and ended up waiting 2 hours in the waiting room and an additional half hour in the back before I saw a doctor for a prescription refill as I'm staying more than an hour away from where I usually stay for school.
When I had to pay for the visit, they told me their machine was down and I stood there for a couple minutes before they asked me to sit down again. Two people that came in after me were called in and I waited a long time before they called me up again. When they did call me back up it was to tell me they were trying to fix the machine and i asked if cash would be easier and she said yes. Why not tell me that before I waited that long again? It wouldnt be that hard to walk a couple stores down to the atm.
When the doctor did see me, he constantly cut me off whenever I tried saying anything and brought up random things not pertaining to my visit. While I waited in the back I also heard a guy on his phone very loudly talking to someone on speakerphone about random stuff before saying "okay I should go back to work now. "
An older man that came in a bit after I did was in pretty poor condition and my boyfriend that was in the waiting room while I saw the doctor told me that people that came in after were seen almost immediately while the older man was ignored. When his wife asked about it the woman rudely replied "no they've been here longer. "
All in all an awful experience and I would not have come if I didnt rely on this medication I've been on for over 4 years.

I wanted to see the doctor for a follow up visit from one week ago, but I could go only 30 minutes before the closing time and the receptionist rudely told us that since there is only 25 minutes (it was not, it was 4.30 and they closed at 5) they don't accept any new patients. There was only one patient waiting and I don't know how many were currently being treated. It is very stressful and disappointing that noble professionals work like this. I would not even have given one star, but it would not let me give anything on the negative side or 0 star.

Avoid at all costs. The doctors are rude and don't care about your issues in the slightest. My first visit I waited 5 hours to be prescribed antibiotics that had nothing to do with my issue. I was told to return if the problem persisted, which it did. I returned, waited another 3 hours only to be told to go somewhere else. If you can't help me, then why make me wait this long? Don't even bother with this place unless you enjoy wasting your time with absolutely incompetent doctors.

First time there, excellent. Quick sign in, front staff friendly, doctor came in quickly even with lots of other patients being seen.they closed at 3pm and were still registering patients after 220pm. My son is 16 months and we were turned away at 1: 55 at the pharmacy next to walmart on Ira Needles at the Boardwalk plaza! With a baby with a fever! This clinic happily took people and were efficient

Amazing I've been here twice now and each time they are great. They listen to your concerns and it's clear they really care. Wait time can be a bit high at times but nothing to bad. I suggest going here for sure.

Worst place to visit. People come register and go away for hours. I was waiting for 2 hours This guy came in and said he came before an hour Registered and went out. It was 2 hours for me waiting and I never saw him. Yet the nurse let him go ahead of us. Got late for this reason. As the previous patients kept coming in. Once a patient is out of the clinic they should come back and register themselves again because people who sit in the clinic are not fools to waste their day. The clinic was so hot with no ventilation

Have been waiting for more than two hours with two of my boys, the people who have been here after us have been getting in before and do not look like they're in any worse shape. Ship shape Waterloo Walk-In.

On numerous occasions, I have been prescribed something I’m severely allergic to after telling them my allergies. I have also requested information and they have been less than helpful and are holding up a disability claim for weeks now. The doctor is nice, but I would not recommend.

This is by far one of the best walk in experiences I had. Jashan (one of the employee's there) was so accommodating. So happy with the service! Thank you!

I don't usually leave bad reviews but this place is truly a joke. The "doctor" that saw me was not only condescending, but rude enough to walk out on me after seeing me for a total of 1 minute, max. Not only did he step up to examine me even BEFORE I told him what my issue was, but when I told him I didn't want to be touched and told him why I was there to see him, he walked out after telling me he can't help me. I even wasn't sure if I was supposed to wait for him to come back or follow him. I understand his reasoning, but the way he spoke and conducted made me want to throw up. I was extremely disturbed after leaving the clinic. How can someone who carries himself in such a unprofessional way be in a position to offer medical assistance to patients who are in distress? Unbelievable.
