The food was excellent. It’s a bit pricey, but the amazing view of the falls makes it worth it.

I would only recommend to come here for an amazing view of Niagara Falls, Canadian side.

Food - was expensive and just average. I paid $60 for coffee and eggs Benedict for one person.
Staff - I requested for a change of table as there were empty tables near the glass window but they refused as my order had already been put in and a change of table will cause confusion.

Family vacation. Fantastic food, and outstanding service from our server Darren. He really helped make the night for my family.

We have eaten here twice this week and had very different experiences for breakfast. First, the food is good. However it is quite overpriced. I will post pics of what we are and we enjoyed it all. Service on our first visit was great, second was terrible as they were busy and understaffed staffed. Took over an hour for breakfast service and forever to get our check. If you have Hilton breakfast vouchers it will only pay for about half of a breakfast plate. The atmosphere is great and an amazing view.

Great views and excellent service! Food was nice and filling and I recommend the three-egg omelette.

Firstly the breakfast was horrible. Extremely mediocre food and slow service. However the view is nice.

I took my son out for breakfast after a night out at the casino. Very nice view of the casino and both falls. The staff was friendly and efficient. However, the food, the classic and coffee was nothing to write home about. Adding in the tax, fee and trip our quick breakfast was just over $80. Pretty sure I'd try somewhere else next time.

We discovered that this restaurant actually has a pretty low rating as we were about to enter. We tried to find another nice restaurant, but didn’t find availability, so we went there anyhow. And we’re glad we did. The food was absolutely delicious! It’s a fixed price restaurant (where you pay extra for more premium selection). We opted for two starters each, and skipped dessert. We both had delicious oysters, and my partner had a Caesar salad, and I had calamari (though we shared those too). He had the sirloin, I had tenderloin. And a bottle of Tom Gore, beautiful view: absolutely perfect! I knocked off one star for the atmosphere, because I think they could’ve made this restaurant cozier with more ambient light and warm interiors. The color-scheme is blue-gray, and with the big open windows (and Aircondition blasting), it lacked a bit of that luxurious and romantic feel that I think it deserves.

We booked reservations while staying at the Hilton. Go to any of the other restaurants with a view. We had a premium view from our room, but thought it would be nice to have a fancy meal with a view as well. We got placed at the only seat with an obstructed view. The food was terrible quality. My calamari app was good, steak came out well done not medium rare. They took it back, it came out rare. Had a few bites and didn’t end up eating it. Dessert was rock hard and not fresh. My partner had the vegetarian dish, which was almost inedible salty. We got a tiny apology for the steak, no apology for anything else. Most high end dining will send a manager to apologize if the food was prepared wrong. I ended up having to eat my rare steak alone since it took so long to come out after it was sent back. The server was nice, but this is an expensive restaurant that serves poor quality food and has poor customer service. The only plus was the company I was with. Wish I would have read the views. Seriously, so many other options in Niagra. Skip this one. For having a pre fix meal menu, they should be able to at least offer mediocre food.

It was ok, food was good and service wasn't really that great seemed liked they wanted to be somewhere else when they did show up to take order. The atmosphere was good as well as the pianist that day. Other than that not worth the $300+ I spent for 2 people. Fireworks view was great though.

My wife and I had breakfast here 2 times and diner once. The food, service, and views are excellent

View is fantastic and service is great. Breakfast food was terrible, everything unseasoned and the crispy potatoes were not crispy, and extremely bland. Breakfast sausage was strange and none of the food was hot.

I was here twice once in August 7,2015 and in September 2016. The view is incredible top five on bucket list. The food was exceptional and you need to check when the nightly fireworks from base of falls start at 10: 00pm for ten minutes. The bar here play’s beautiful music in sync with the fireworks below. It is a magical experience. Plan for 8pm and stay until 10: 15 you will not forget it. We had champagne to toast and the salmon with mixed greens. Finished an assortment of desserts and coffee while watching the fireworks below.

Pros: Great service, phenomenal view, good dessert.
Cons: appetizer menu is limited, knives provided to cut steaks are like butter knives (impossible to cut the steak), dinner took about 2 hours.

If I could rate this more than five stars, I would. The food is amazing, the staff is extremely friendly, and I had a great time. I came here while vacationing to Niagara Falls and it was well worth it. Love it; absolutely would recommend!

While vacationing at Niagara, we had dinner one evening and breakfast twice, the service was fantastic and the food delicious each visit!
I chose a healthy breakfast option, fruit, yogurt, granola and sliced almonds plus a muffin - it was too much for me to eat, but delicious! My husband had eggs Benedict which he said was cooked to perfection! Our dinners too were delicious! I highly recommend!

Watermark was delicious. We were able to see the falls from our table. They gave us seats right away for a party of twelve. The food was delicious. It cost $79 per person for a starter, meal, and dessert. Will defintely revisit.

Absolutely intimidating, unacceptable and unethical and it was the first time in my life to order and pay for food I don’t like. The menu forces you to pick and pay besides your main dish an appetiser and deserts even if you don’t want to. The view is spectacular of the falls, service and food was good
We were four people and each one was disgusted with this trick, just for making money.
I will not go back for sure.

The service is excellent, the food amazing and the view is fabulous, what I didn’t agree about that you are forced to order 3 meals include appetizers, main dish and deserts for $80, some people are diabetic and they can’t eat dessert and some people don’t prefer to have appetizers before meals so they don’t get full

If you going to run a very expensive prefix menu make sure that everything on the menu is available at 6: 30 in the evening, why any excuses about taking some of the items off the menu is lousy no amount of free drinks could overcome my total disappointment of this expensive restaurant

Went here for breakfast. Service was curt and slow. The breakfast was bland but the view of the falls in fantastic. As with anything in Niagara, it was staggeringly overpriced.

I had the pleasure of enjoying my birthday at Watermark last night! The food was delicious, prompt and cooked perfectly (my boyfriend is a chef, so we know good food). We really enjoyed the lovely falls views as well as the pianist.

But we have to RAVE about Darren! Our incredible server was kind, courteous, polite, funny, knowledgeable and really made our experience at Watermark memorable! Three cheers for Darren!

Best view of the Falls. Food was amazing, staff was friendly and pleasant. The menu is changing apparently focused on steakhouse. Better to check the new menu before you go.

Hosted a team dinner at the restaurant. Staff and food were great. Just wished there was a little more selection and not a one price - 3 course meal. View was amazing.
