This was one of the best experiences at the dentist I have ever had Kat was patient, understanding and accommodating.
If you have any anxiety over going to dentist this is the place to go to feel understood and supported. Can’t wait to go back, and would recommend to anyone.

I have been a customer there for several years. However, the change of hygienist has been great. I do not devalue anyone's work, but the person from before was very detailed when it came to cleaning teeth, organized and I felt like she left my teeth very clean, without the need for fluoride or polishing, and even so I asked for do it because I liked her work.

Maya or Miai was a very friendly and skilled dental hygienist who caused me absolutely no pain

Waterview has been great! I’ve been going there for the past 6 months. They have great availability even on weekends which is super helpful. The communication with my insurance provider has also made going there so much easier. Great staff and they have a big variety in services.

The staff are very professional and friendly. The lady who cleaned my teeth did a fantastic job. The dentist who worked on my teeth was friendly and completed the work on my teeth efficiently and effectively. I have no hesitation in recommending WaterView Dental to anyone. They get a 10 out of 10 from me.

I am a happy patient and going to this dental clinic for over a decade now. The doctors here are very professional and the reception office is super organized - easy to set up appointments, and no headache with insurance communication.

This is the best dentist I've ever had! Everyone that works there is pleasent and professional. My hygienist was Mya today, and she was friendly knowledgeable, did a great job with my cleaning, and answering questions. It's a joy coming to this place. You guys rock!

This was my first visit and I felt very well taken care of. I had a cleaning and xrays done. Dr. Datu is very attentive and answered all my questions. I also thought the hygienist did a great job - no pain and good communication. Will definitely be going back!

I asked the front desk to send estimate way before my scheduled appointment (two months ahead) and they never sent the estimate to my insurance company. The second time I want to remind them to send estimate they completely ignored my request no one answers the phone and it’s only two days before my scheduled appointment. Very unprofessional team

They do excellent work, take COVID seriously with top grade hepa filters in every room, they deal with your insurance for you - and before I had insurance, they worked with me to get affordable treatments. I've been with this dentist since 2014 for a reason!

Recently had a series of procedures done at Waterview Dental.

I was very impressed with the promptness, professional and care at Waterview Dental & and would like to thank and acknowledge Dr. Derek Chung and his staff.

Quick treatment was a priority for me as I was able to visually confirm the need for treatment before my next checkup. Specifically I did not want complications to develop further and I had a few upcoming schedule constraints with work.

Inside of a week I had appointments booked and completed for diagnostics and cleaning, X-rays, a quick series of procedures, follow up imaging and a dental appliance order. The subsequent week I was back to pick up the dental appliance.

All the staff were very friendly. Procedures were complication free. The bite was perfect with no need for follow up adjustment. I was also very impressed with some of the office's advanced 3D scanning and modeling technology.

Patient at Waterview dental for 10+ years. Always a pleasant experience at Waterview dental. Shin (hygienist) did a great job, admin team very pleasant and Dr Poulos is absolutely amazing! Highly recommended.

I booked appointment at 11am but when I receive their appointment reminder, I saw they moved my appointment 15 min earlier and I was unable to attend. When I called them, they blamed me for booking the wrong time and insisting the appointment time was never right at the hour and always at quarter hour etc. The front desk also kept interrupting me with passive aggressive "anything else? ".
After the call, I checked their online booking calendar again and it can't be more clear who's lying here. That's just utterly confusing and upsetting experience.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had, from booking through to cleaning! All of the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. Dr. Li took the time to carefully explain the examination process, and I felt informed and comfortable to ask any questions I had. The hygienist was so kind, provided such a thorough cleaning and was so gentle while flossing. I used to dread my cleanings due to the flossing portion, but this was completely painless and now I actually look forward to my cleanings thanks to Waterview Dental!

I have very severe dental anxiety from bad experiences with dentists in the past. I even get nervous for routine cleanings. But I went in for a cleaning with Shanice today and was so pleasantly shocked as to how wonderful the experience was. Shanice was thorough but very gentle and patient. I am so grateful for finally having a good experience! Thank you!

I’ve always had the best experience at Waterview over the past 6 years. The staff (dentists, hygienists, assistants, and front desk) are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Some people fear going to the dentist and avoid making appointments — Waterview makes the process as easy as possible and show they actually care. Would recommend 100%.

Alright not happy with my first time at the clinic. The Hygenist never gave a soothing cream after my teeth were soo sore that I had tears rolling on their own from my eyes as a result of pain and although i expressed my displeasure, no one at the clinic did anything about my displeasure or discomfort asides saying sorry. The Dentist was quite detailed with the state of my teeth and care routines though.

Doctor Kelsey Li is brilliant, she keeps her patients
well inform on the procedure and really cares for her patients. She has their best interest at heart.
The staff is friendly, effecient and articulate.

Dr. Derek Chung was spot on with his diagnosis and helped me understand the issue really well. He gave great guidance in terms of maintaining good oral hygiene and sensitivity related symptoms. I would highly recommend Dr. Chung to anyone who is in search for a good dentist.

Dr Datu saw me in an emergency basis. I had a lot of anxiety going in but Dr Datu made sure I felt supported & calm. She ensured I was aware of what was happening at every visit and came up with a treatment plan to get my teeth in better shape. I followed up with Dr Datu a couple times after and can say that I won’t be going anywhere else. P. S I love it when she wears a pink mask ️

My experience with Dr. Cheng was very positive. He was very patient and very helpful. His staff are also excellent.

I admire Dr. Saj for always doing an excellent job! When I used to work with him, patients always leave a smile on their face because of how seamless the flow of experience was. He explains very well your oral health situation and helps you get back on track! He cares for his patients and goes above and beyond my expectations <3

I've had an unfortunate amount of dental work for my age, so I know my dentists. I've seen the good and bad (ahem.bayview dental.yeah i'll call them out here.) but Waterview is legit and Dr. Li is awesome. The staff is super helpful with insurance matters and the doc is speedy and comprehensive. Polite, safe, quick, and adept. Highly recommended.

I went to Waterview Dental after not going to the Dentist for several years. The staff were kind and courteous and most importantly walked me through a detailed explanation of my Oral health with notes about how to improve. That was the best initial visit I’ve had to a dentist out of the 3 cities I’ve lived in. They provided so much detail to help me understand my own mouth, and followed it up with gold standard technology and tools that made the whole process just that much easier and more effective. This was the first time I visited a Dentist in Canada and I must say I’m very pleased.
The process to book the appointment was super easy and instructions post that were very clear too.
Everyone who has an appointment has to wait at the door and will be allowed in only at the time of their appointment which is a great way to ensure patient’s safety especially during covid. Nina was super helpful and explained all the details about my X-rays and check up. Since it was my first time I had so many questions but she answered them patiently and was very careful with all the procedures required for the check up. She was also super helpful a fun cheerful and made the visit easier and better. Dr. Kelsey Li looked at my files and explained everything that I needed to know and advised me on the way forward. I felt at ease and reassured that all my dental needs will be taken care off. Nina and Dr. Kelsey really made me comfortable and going to the dentist will never be a scary experience:)

I have been a patient at Waterview Dental for the last 4 years and have never been disappointed in my experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, the dentists are kind and patient, the office validates parking, and with all the uncertainty surrounding covid 19, they make the process safe, clean, and enjoyable.

Great staff- made wisdom teeth extraction pleasant. Ensured I was well instructed of pre and post care and made sure I was rested enough after to go home. Questions addressed and smooth procedure.

I checked the estimate that was sent to my insurance, ask my dental hygienist about one of the unfamiliar service added before the service and she said she doesn’t even know what it was.when I was paying my invoice I mentioned it because I was still being charge for service I didn’t have.

If I knew and believed going to the dentist would be such a great experience, I would not have hesitated going when I was younger instead of now going because I absolutely have to! Waterview Dental does such a great job at providing a wonderful experience from beginning to end and I am always comfortable, calm and well taken care of during each visit! Information is always shared every step of the way which always puts my mind at ease. Like I said, if I had known and felt this way when I was younger, I would not have hesitated to go to the dentist and subsequently I would have taken better care of my precious teeth! The dentists are all amazing at Waterview Dental and all the staff are wonderful! Waterview Dental is an amazing team and I highly recommend this practice for your dental health care! The staff at waterview dental are very friendly and educate their patients on best practices for great overall oral hygiene.

It was a great place and I gave it 5 stars before but they've overbooked themselves with patients. Now you can't even get in for a cleaning without waiting 4 months! Going to find a new dentist that cares about patients rather than dollars.

I hate the dentist (always and forever the worst appointment), but Waterview makes me the hate the dentist a little less.

She just did two filling and matched the bite perfectly. She also just fitted me for a night guard and I’m very pleased with it! Highly recommend
