We ordered Ny Striploin Steak.the price in the menu was 23.95.was charged 24.95.and it was thin and fatty.the worst steak I have ever had.

My order was wrong.twice today I only got a $5 discount
And it also took up all of my lunch break
The server was slow as molasses
The debit machine was printing out receipts
Epic fail!

Tried to go to eat at 8: 20am, they weren't open. The sign said they were open 8AM, 365. The last time I had breakfast there, I ordered the chocolate chip pancakes, I got blueberry. They were so flat and tasteless I had to put butter on them and I NEVER put butter on my pancakes. This place was once an amazing place to eat but now it doesn't open on time and the food falls flat.

Food was a little greasy, but price was reasonable and service was good. It's crowded though and the staff is overworked, so be patient.

I have been for dine in years ago with aunt Jeanette and I loved the service here just hate ordering from here. Using skip the dishes every time it's something like today the restraunt cancelled my order as the driver arrived to pick it up a meal I've ordered numerous times because it's a good meal. Has just lost a customer over this! Trying to say they needed to add an extra charge to the clubhouse sandwich and fries with a salade. Un happy customer.

This place is ridiculous if I could give it 0 stars I would, the service and management is garbage. The fat old lady with the bad red hair need to be fired for making customers uncomfortable. Don't come here

I am updating my previous review after visiting again. I had hoped we caught them on a bad day at that time. Nope. I decided to order something I had enjoyed years ago to be on the safe side.one of the daily lunch pies. This was a chicken pie. It was terrible and obviously some frozen thing of very low quality. What a shame this place has become. I used to live with a close relative of the original Watt's family and we ate there often (20+ years ago). The place has changed hands since then, possibly a couple of times. Apparently nothing is being cooked from scratch here any more from what I have experienced. For goodness sake, go spend your money somewhere else!

Had a great coffee today here. Environment was very peaceful and perfect to gather with some chit chats.

Good all day bacon and egg breakfast with lots of bacon. Service is very good and if they make a mistake they will fix it without an argument but with an apology.
Plenty of other menu options as well.

Bad food. It takes me an hour to get here, the one day I decided to come here there isn't any of the food I want good service though

Place looks run down, service very slow. Waitress walked past us 4 times before even taking drink order.
Wait staff are unorganized.
We had to look for the waitress (she was out having a smoke) to pay the bill after we asked for it and waited a long time.
Food is bland
The music was inappropriate.

They served me raw chicken and my grandmother raw fish and then yelled at us lmao very bad place guys don’t go please

Well after having an unpleasant experience at a salon in this shopping centre having taken my brother with cerebral palsy to get his haircut, we then went to this restaurant for lunch, met with a very unpleasant attitude by the front hostess/ waitress who was giving me and my brother a very demeaning look as if she didn’t want us there because of my brother being in a wheelchair and said nothing else to me except for a forced sentence “there are table and seats in the back” not offering me any more assistance when I asked which way do I go. I have been to much nicer establishments with my brother in the past and they have all been very friendly and gracious with my brother, never had I dealt with such rudeness. When I did get myself and my brother situated at the back part of the restaurant I ordered fettuccini Alfredo for him and the steak for me. The food was at best mediocre and my meal was supposed to come with a soup that I never got. The place is also quite overdo for renovations as all the seats in the booths look worn out and like they have all been clawed by cats. Needless to say I probably won’t feel inclined to visit this establishment again

Food was horrible, I think the frozen burger might have been cooked in a frying pan. Frozen French fries. No Stella or Heineken. Shady neighbourhood men hanging over the fence smoking and swearing. Not a good atmosphere. I use to like this place but I won’t go back there again

It was first and last time.the food was terrible. If the owner reading this review, pls close the restaurant or change the staff, because you're robbing people like that.

Have not been here in a long time until today. Place looks run down and empty. Seats falling apart cutlery dirty. Our drinks were flat. The waitress took our order came back and told me that the cook couldn't find any veal and asked me if chicken would be okay short time later she came back with a menu in her hand asking me to pick something else because he can't find chicken now it was at that point that I decided that we would leave. She's in proceeded to charge me $10 and change for three drinks that were flat and stale I can say that I will never ever ever step foot in this restaurant again

Too bad that I had to give a one star review but the experience was not good at all.
• The cutlery that was given looked dirty and was sticky.
• The coffee mugs were stained and not washed properly. You could wipe the stains away with your fingers.
• They got my partner’s order wrong.
• I ordered a Grilled Chicken Caesar wrap that came with a Cream of broccoli soup. The soup was delicious and I ate that but the wrap tasted off and had a sour fishy smell to it. I had 2 bites and could not finish it. We told the waitress, she took it away and I then proceeded to order the French toast.
The French toast was OK but it also had a fishy aftertaste to it.
When the bill came, they still proceeded to charge me for the wrap. We told the waitress it was disgusting and only took 2 bites. She said she told the owner but because I had finished the soup they had to charge me. Absolutely will not be going back to this place. I would suggest a hard pass. Not clean, and customer service has a hard fail.

I was recently there for Saturday karaoke. The karaoke was fantastic! However I was quite surprised to see the bartender drinking shots while working. I enjoyed the night but I don't think I'll be back.

I went there with my friends for a Karaoke night and ordered chicken wings. Because we thought they are good, we ordered two platter that came with carrots and French fries on the side. The chicken was hard like a rock. Because we were hungry we finish just one platter and left the other one. We told the waiter that it’s hard as rock and told her to take it away. When the bill came they charge us for two platter. I was telling it to a friend why chicken wings are like that and she said it might have been microwaved. Lesson learned eat before you go out on a karaoke night with friends at Watts Restaurant. I’m not sure though what kind of food they have for lunch and breakfast. I hope it’s not all microwaved foods. The karaoke host were amazing tho.

This place is terrible in every aspect. If I could give 0 stars I would. There was barely any staff, and one of the few working was loudly complaining about everything, while taking breaks to play the video slot machines (LOL).

Service was basically nonexistent, and the food portions were very small. They only had 2 out of 10 beers on tap available, and even that was completely flat.

They only seem to cater to the old, alcoholic regulars while leaving everyone else on their own.

The only positive was that it was clean. That's it.

Avoid this place.

I normally like Watts; good food/reasonable prices.
However, yesterday I was not asked for my vaccination passport, not impressed!

Service was absolutely horrible, our server blamed having one cook for our poor service, yet two couples left as they were waiting over ten minutes for a menu (the place wasn't busy) after ordering it took almost 40 minutes to receive our food, only to have our orders wrong, so much so they wiped half the meal as they couldn't charge for undercooked food, the sausage was literally close to raw, home fries were unseasoned and close to raw. Also the entire time our waitress was complaining about having to work there, I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.

So an update, it's been almost 3 years since I last visited watts restaurant. The service was even worse, had to repeatedly ask for items that were ordered, the place was so dusty I doubt they've given it a simple wipe in the last 3 years. (Photos in post) the server blamed everything she could for the poor service, the only reason I went again was because they HAD really good French onion soup.it's trash now
If I could I would give 0 stars. I won't I'll be back.

The veal parmegiana tasted really weird. Won't recommend it. The staff is friendly and prices are reasonable.

Visit on Friday. Ordered quiche combo. What an awful meal. The quiche was dried up they did not heat. The salad was romaine lettuce and the fruit salad was s slice of water melon snd cantaloupe. Very disgusting prices up and quality of food went down. Since covid. Not eating their again.

My family went there very often when we lived in the are. We all loved it! Not sure if it's on the menu anymore, the fried chicken was awesome. Would love to come back! Very fond memories)

I go to this restaurant very frequently. The food is always great and the servers are fantastic! They take pride in their work and go the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome. I look forward to returning soon.

The lady at the front deserves five stars. Also, the fish and Chips were amazing at $6.75. It would be a sin to ask for more at that price.

Server was lovely, food was awesome & reasonably priced. No loud annoying music playing, you can have a conversation. We will be back!

We’ve been to Watts a few times & it’s not too bad a place to sit down & have lunch or dinner.

The menu has the standard fare & to be honest nothing really stands out.

I’ve had a few burgers & my GF has tried the Fish n Chips. Portion sizes are ok.

The service is friendly & prices are on par with similar restaurants in the same vein.

The dining room is clean but is most definitely showing it’s age. You see lots of mop stains in table legs etc definitely time for a refresh.

Our food came quick & tasted ok. Wine in a goblet?

Have not used the WC so I can’t comment on their condition. Located in a shopping mall so parking is not an issue.

In all the years I have been going to Watts the meal my daughter and I had on DEC. 20th had to have been the worst experience we have encountered there. My meal was served ice cold and her meal had to be taken back because they served her chicken fingers instead of fish and chips. My meal had been reheated and doused with hot gravy and her meal, when it came was so overcooked it was not edible. The meal was refunded, the waitress was apologetic and concerned but to be informed that the chef said that there had been no problems with the fish from other customers border lined on arrogance. Being a busy time others either liked the fish -over battered, crispy burnt fried and gooey in the centre or they had no time to complain. Very disappointed and it will probably be quite a while before I come back.
