This used to be my go to salon for over 20 years. They have new owners and the service has completely changed. The hair stylist are amazing, but the new owners don’t know what “customer service” means. They treat old clients with so much disrespect it’s appalling. They couldn’t pay me to come back. I will dearly miss my stylist but I won’t give the new owners a penny of my hard earned money. And I’m not the o Lu person of my circle that feels that way!

Look at the number of 1*s this place has in the last 8 months since ownership change. Went there every month for 17 years, saw it change owners 3 times and a revolving door of stylists. They kept messing with my appointments, not returning calls, making excuses, changing stylists on me the last minute and then wrecking my hair.
Zero value of customers.

I love this place. This was my second time here and I’d definitely come here again. Angie gave me a haircut and styled my hair. She was really nice. One thing I love about the salon is that even though I wear a hijab they always style my hair nicely and ask me for my preferences rather than imposing whatever hairstyle on me. Would definitely recommend this place.

We go regularly and love it. Last time I took my daughter and got her hair cut and washed. On the phone they said there was a special price for kids 14 and under. She is 14 and it was still $84 for cut, wash and style. I should have posted this earlier but my daughter loves them so much there but can't afford the prices.

My hair was damaged to begin with and when I went in to get it coloured (I believe her name was rose or something). She told me my hair was pretty damaged but she can change the grey to a nice mahogany brown. Didn’t say that it would fade in 3 weeks. I spent almost $400 on brown hair that lasted 3 weeks. I went in to complain saying I shouldn’t have spent that much money just for it to last 3 weeks and they got 5 of their employees talking against me at the front door saying why it happened instead of giving at least half my money back. I didn’t even expect full money back. But I should not have had to pay for this. Will not be coming back. Very disappointed in this salon and I will be telling all my friends not to go here.

I was fortunate enough to have my balayage done by Nadia. She was so kind and patient. She listened to exactly what I wanted and provided excellent recommendations. I am so happy with the end result. Thank you Nadia!

Where do I start when I booked my appointment your supposed to get a message I gave them my number and they didn’t text me or even email me when I went there to do a perm I had 5-6 inch long hair I did it and when I got my perm it did look pretty good I’ll give them that but the haircut I got after I got my perm was horrendous all they did was just use a buzzer to cut all of it off I said don’t cut the sides and they cut off the sides this place is terrible and if your thinking about going pls rethink your discussion and do not go here! They will mess your hair up. I had the blonde girl do the perm and haircut so pls run this by her.

I used to love this place, the people who'd cut my hair would really get what I wanted, it wasn't too expensive, could talk to my stylist easily etc. But the past few times I've been here, I had to fix my hair when I got home. From trying to push a certain cut or look on me I didn't want, forgetting to thin my hair/barely thinning it, asking for my hair NOT to be blow dried but still pulling out the dryer, and she said I wanted a "messy look" when I had to bring my curls back, and putting products and sprays in my hair that I didn't ask for and would damage my hair! Not to mention, for a trim and thinning + layering that was (again) pushed onto me, I had to pay $87! It's much better to find somewhere that will actually LISTEN and won't strip you broke. This place isn't able to keep up with current times and styles, and based on current conditions, won't pull itself back up.

It was my first time at this salon and Angie was just awesome. She was very personable and understood exactly what I wanted.

It was an amazing experience- I specially visited Canada after six months to get my highlights refreshed with toner after the wonderful job they did for me the first time with highlights.
Loved the colour and how the stylist understood my demand for the kind of look I needed.

Shaz made my day so special today, i was going out with my friends for valentine's dinner and i wanted to get my hair styled, not only they took me last minute but gave me a complimentary hair treatment, my hair are much smoother and shiny. I am definitely going back again. Thanks!

Dissatisfied with the service to price value this time. Last time service was good so I did not mind paying the price.
This time I paid 90$ for a trim and wash and walked out dissatisfied and regretful.

I love this place, they all are so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Angie did my colour and gave me such a nice haircut, got so many compliments from everyone. She gives you many tips about styling my hair at home and recommended products which did wonder to my hair.

Took my mom here and the service and attention to her was great. She’s a senior, and I really appreciate when she’s treated with respect and consideration. She got the cut she wanted, it didn’t take long and her stylist was very sweet and skilled.
