Great seadoos company! We rented their new Yamaha Jet ski. It was really very nice and comfortable to ride. Their staff was fantastically professional and super friendly and generous. We loved the experience. It was a wonderful experience. We will definitely use Waveline seadoo Rentals again in the future.

On my first day at waveline, I rented a pontoon boat and had an awesome time. The staff were very friendly and helpful as they taught me how to use the equipment. And It was so much fun! Definitely worth going to this place!

I've been coming down here to Turkey point from London for 10 years and they have always done me right. Richard is the owner and he's a down-to-earth kind of guy. For some reason, you board the vessels on the shore now, probably because of COVID I don't know.

I almost got too close to the bank and wrecked but I pulled away in time. So my advice is to not get close to the shore and pay good attention to their training. We had a lot of fun don't get me wrong but you have to do it right.

Man, you have to watch speeding or you'll get a ticket. I ended up getting fined for waking in a no-wake zone. Overall it was my bad and we had fun anyway. Coming back with the fam.

Gosh, it was so refreshing having a place to go where I didn't have to wear a mask and be stuck inside. Completely worth the money to feel freedom again and now that we know about the place we will become regulars. There's just nothing to do with COVID!

I can’t say enough good things about Waveline! Great seadoos for an affordable price and clean water. Overall, It's a lovely place to visit because of all the trees and the reflection of the water.

They have a lot of machines and we enjoyed our rentals! I can't say they have the strictest COVID protocols but it is a nice feeling to be somewhat back to normal. Get there early on the weekend because the line can get pretty intense by around lunch.

What a horrible experience. The Seadoos were slow, sluggish and powered back so much is was a joke. The Seadoo GPS safety system was even worse. The Seadoo would go into limp mode if you got within 50 yards of another Seadoo. This happened several times for no reason at all. Save your money DO NOT RENT THESE UNDERPOWERED SEADOOS.

Very pleasant experience, no tricks, scams or hidden charges (maybe I am too used to being scammed in Mexico). Just showed up and went on our way, machines were fast and in good shape, kids had a blast, the only downside is we were setup on the beach and the jet ski has a GPS to throttle the motor when you are far from shore so it took a few mins to go in to pick up and drop off the kids - but it is a safety feature I am sure they needed to implement, so a minor inconvenience. Can't wait to rent again next year!

Third year in a row renting from them and it’s been awesome. Friendly and fast staff, you’d been on your boat or SeaDoo in a heart beat.

One thing I’d like to address though. The flies are a real issue that needs to be fixed. I assume they live on the Pontoons hatch and follow us right into the lake.

They swarm the boat, their bite is painful and really takes away the joy of being out in the beautiful water of Lake Erie.

Always a great experience renting a boat from Richard here at waveline. He is also very accommodating and very quick to reply to phone calls. The boats/ seadoos are always very clean! If you’re looking for a fun day out on the water then this is your place to go! 10/10 experience.

I went here with some friend, i had a great experience with the jet-ski however the customer service was not good. The girl at the reception was very rude to me and my friends. I will not be coming back there because of this

I had an awesome time with our rental and would highly recommend it to anyone. The service we received from Waveline was incredible, as well- they really knew their stuff!

I went with my family. We paid our $500 deposit and after the boat ride they accused of damage to the boat, when it was already damaged before we got on the boat. After arguing back and forth for long they finally Took $200 from us. Terrible service, rude service specially guy named Joshua.

I will never come back to them and I will never recommend this place to my friends and that matter, to any one.

I rarely ever leave reviews for places but i feel this is necessary. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, it would better explain my experience with them. My friends and I rented a boat for 1 hour, when we returned they claimed we damaged the boat, although we received a damaged boat in the first place. They took our $500 deposit, and said it was our fault. The two young teenagers running the place were extremely rude towards us, hence they’re was no owner or manger on site. In conclusion NEVER COME HERE ITS HORRIBLE WORST DAY EVER

Turned up on a Tuesday midday without any prebooking. We had our pick of a speedboat or pontoon and so opted for the latter. Quick safety demo video, a run through on the pontoon and we were quickly on our way. Great service, quick, efficient and we really enjoyed our time on the lake. Had so good a time we planned our next visit as we coasted back in to the jetty!

Quinn was amazing to deal with in person and made the experience simple and easy to do. The first jet ski I got I didn't like and they replaced it immediately without being upset. I'd advise going on the weekdays so you can save money and it's not so busy.

I've been going here for four years and every time I go they treat me like their own. Richard the owner is a great guy who has a lot of respect for his customers. It looks like they got in a lot of new boats and jet skis that I would like to try out when they are available.

So much fun!: D it was completely worth the money and I saw that they were sanitizing the equipment which made me feel good. Book online like I did so you don't have to wait in line when you get there and you can fast track it.
