Had a fantastic waxing experience with Ezzy! Clean, quick, and through - making sure she never missed a spot. Would definitely recommend this salon!

I got several sugar Brazilians from this place and the quality and pain of the wax will depend on who you book with, its like playing Russian roulette with your vagina. They also always miss a few hairs and I have very fine, sparse hair (been sugaring for years). The ladies are nice but lack basic knowledge on the same membership they’re so very diligent to try sell you lol. I was fed false information which led to some frustrating confusion that resulted in me being charged twice for 1 wax. But the worst part of all is the OWNER, he lacks basic customer service skills and is a complete prick to be honest, I was very disappointed in my interaction with him and that alone made me decide to cancel my membership and never go to this place again, his attitude was simply disgusting and arrogant. STAY AWAY! There are so much better WOMEN OWNED salons that will meet your customer service expectations and waxing needs, do NOT waste your time or money.

Staff are so welcoming and friendly, with prompt and quality service I was in and out in under 15 minutes feeling fully satisfied with their services!

I went to this waxing spa for the first time and it was definitely a good experience. Kat was so awesome! She did a great job of making me feel comfortable and confident with my body. It was my first time doing sugaring and boy oh boy, I had to squeal a few times but was very pleased with the final result! I’ll definitely be back! Great customer service! Clean environment! Reasonable prices! What more can you ask for? Xoxo

This place was great and I definitely will go again! Ezzy is absolutely fantastic and I immediately signed up for the membership after my first appointment!

Been trying to reach them for months now to cancel my monthly plan with them and they refuse to return my calls so that they can keep taking my money. I’ll have to go in in person very soon when I have a day off. They’re literally stealing from me. I’ve even left messages asking to cancel even if we’re not able to talk over the phone I want them to cancel the subscription and they simply won’t do it or take/return my calls. Entire business is a scam!

I've been getting sugared here for quite some time now and it has always been a good experience every visit. It's always been comfortable, quick, and the staff have always been friendly! They give great advice when needed and are always happy to talk to you.

For starters, the address link on the email confirmation sends you to Hamilton not Mississauga. So I was late for my appointment because it took me to the wrong address. Second, I got a Brazilian and was left with a bunch of hair still. I made a comment about there still being hair and was told not to worry that’s very common to have hair still since it’s difficult to get it all and she could tweeze it if I wanted. There was more than enough hair to continue sugaring and not tweezing each individual hair. I was left with a bunch of hair still and with sugaring paste all over. Not happy. And will not be back.

My first time with Nicole and 2nd time at this location, 10/10. Extremely clean, well mannered and gentle service. Nicole is amazing and makes you feel very comfortable. Barely any pain or discomfort. I would recommend Nicole for anyone getting Brazillian for the first time. Best waxing place I have ever been too.

First off all the space is beautiful, welcoming and clean. Front desk was nice and friendly. Shasha performed my services and was awesome! She was patient with me and did a great job explaining the services and giving me great recommendations. I will definitely do all my future waxes at waxoxo! Keep up the great work!

I have been going to this place for more than a year now. Everytime the service is great and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The sugaring is truly amazing! I recommended this place to my friends all the time haha.

I had an appointment for full legs and arms. The technician was running 20 minutes late for which she apologized and I was okay with it. The appointment began and the technician did not have the right size gloves which resulted in a huge delay. My one hour appointment took over 2 1/2 simply because the glove kept on sticking to the sugar. The technician struggled to complete the appointment and apologized but this is the Owner/Managers fault for not having the right supplies available. I paid full price for the service and I am never going back again.

I had a great experience at WAXOXO! The studio was aesthetic and clean. The staff were friendly, patient, and great at explaining the process. It was my first time trying sugaring and the staff really eased my nerves. I will definitely be coming back again!

I got a full body wax here for my birthday trip and it was AWFUL. First of all it's pretty expensive to do your full body. The lady doing my wax was nice at first and I made some conversation with her throughout but after I was all prickly and she was saying it was because I don't usually wax so this was normal when I have waxed myself and have gotten a wax before. But not only that, she could see I was upset because I was leaving the next day for my trip and would literally have to shave everything and she had the nerve to ask me not once, not twice but three times if I was going to tip her, completely unconcerned that I was not happy about the results. I then called the manager who told me the same thing that it's because I don't regularly wax. Avoid this place! There are so many better places with way more pleasant staff and that wont give you some excuse about the terrible service.

Got sugared for the first time in years. Glad I chose Waxoxo because of how friendly the staff is. I also signed up for their monthly subscription and it helped me get a discount. Would definitely recommend!

They have hard wax, though it isn't lycon, it's close enough!
Sharlene is amazing. She explains what she will do, she does it at gently as possibly and is happy to adjust to your needs. She will then go over with sugaring to get any stranglers and though I am not fond of sugaring as I find more painful, it was surprisingly painless. Would highly recommend.

I had my previous manzilian's done by Neria! She did an amazing job! She is no longer there! Then I had one done by Reena, she also did an amazing job! My last few sessions have been done by Sasha and she's been doing an excellent job!

This waxing bar is by far the best I have tried. The place is clean and neat and the staff working there is polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have the sugar waxing done and I am very satisfied with the results even after only the first session done. My aesthetician was Stacy and she did an amazing work on my brazilian wax. She was fast, efficient and surprisingly, her technique was almost painless. She is also very friendly and she brought a good conversation with her. I would definitely recommend this place if you plan on getting a wax.
