Do not trust this guy (Wayne Xu). He will back stabbing you one day. This guy threatened me to ruin my career because of on-going $400 value issue that i am discussing with the landlord. Typical guy to kill the goose that lays the golden egg.

Wayne is a professional agent and we had a great experience overall. He is very patient and detail oriented.
