This entire company is a breath of fresh air when it comes to service, quality, and overall experience! I have recently been to other popular furniture stores and have left feeling disappointed of zero inventory or pressured into making a sale for a product that wasn't even worth the price they were asking.

My wife and I found Wazo on Instagram and fell in love with their furniture immediately! Technically we have not received our table yet, but I wanted to review the entire process of going to the actual warehouse.

We were blessed to be able to be helped by Kritika and the process of purchasing a table which was convenient and relaxed.

She was courteous and assisted us in choosing the right table for our new apartment where space can be a challenge.

I recommend going in person to the warehouse too because they have a room with special clear-out items that you might not see online!

Everyone is incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional from the moment you walk in. You won't regret coming here!

The product on line were exactly what showed up and better quality then expected, the in line FaceTime with sales women Gabriel was so worth the time, her willingness and ability to be patient to understand my requirements was service at its best, after product arrived one item was defective and the customer service line and Gabriel made it feel so seemless and effortless to get my problem resolved.
It’s nice to know that customer service still exists.

A wonderful shopping experience. I have visited the showroom in person twice after looking at the products on line. I was very happy with the quality. The products that I wanted were sold out. Gabriela was extremely helpful. She personally messaged me when the items were back in stock. I went in the next day so I wouldn’t miss out on the amazing price and product that Wazo has to offer. I adore Wazo furniture. I’ve been looking for a bed for a while but it’s challenging to find beautiful wood pieces that are high quality and at a good price point. Wazo is by far the best place I’ve been to. It had exactly what I needed and it was such a pleasure to shop there since their staff are so helpful. Kritika was so kind and gave us so much focused attention so we could find the best piece to suit our needs (and style!), the Maura bed. I’ll definitely be back for more pieces because I fell in love with so much more while we were there! I’m thinking desk, table, bookshelf, end tables. I love it all.

I placed my first order with Hamza. He was very helpful and provided me with few options for my Livingroom. I am so very happy with the product, the quality and how gorgeous it looks overall! Thank you Wazo and specially Hamza for such positive experience.

Their table tops are cheaply made. They are cheaper for a reason. They don't cure their wood properly and so after a few months, new cracks appear despite appropriate wood care. They will try to blame you for not caring for the wood appropriately and use that as a reason to give you a hard time about the product. They will keep replacing the product up until the year warranty expires and then after that you're on your own. I can't speak for the rest of their products, but their tables crack over time. Spend the extra money for a higher quality table.

Quality of the furniture is amazing and customer service was outstanding. We dealt with Gabriela and her customer service was great. The item we ordered was on backorder and we were offered a floor model instead. When we went to the store we ended up liking a different tv stand and were able to switch the order no problem. After going to the show room we loved so much of the furniture we ended up purchasing 7 pieces of furniture total! Will definitely continue to shop at Wazo.

After looking at some items online, I visited the store to see the products live. Hamza was very helpful so friendly. My bed, dining table and bench were all delivered within days. We are excited to see it all set up in our new home.

What an amazing Canadian company! I live 8 hours from Toronto and 13 hours from Montreal. Shopping for beautiful, timeless and unique furniture is almost impossible. My first purchase was a king size bed frame. My online shopping experience was nothing but TOP NOTCH! When selecting shipping method, I didn’t click on the proper method. I immediately contacted the service department to let them know. I received an email that was personal and not automated- personal touch! The Wazo team informed me that they will let the warehouse know and ship my bed to my address. What a relief! Shipping was fast and my bed was well packaged. It was easy to assemble and made with great quality. I definitely recommend Wazo Furniture. Next up for purchase will be a table and bench, night stands and dresser. I have also referred many people from my community to shop at Wazo Furniture. Thank you so much for the service, quality and personal touch!

Shopping at Wazo furniture was a great experience. It has some unique live wood products with good variety so we were able to find the right products that feel personal to us. We bought an Acacia natural wood live edge table and matching bench at the Wazo Toronto store. Gabriela was our sales rep and was awesome - super helpful with all our questions and in contact with us for shipping.

Excellent experience with sales supervisor Kritika. We booked a video chat which was very easy. Kritika was very friendly and knowledgable. She showed us several tables and benches virtually. We purchased a beautiful one of a kind Suar Table. The bench we wanted was not in stock but Kritika is going to contact us once it arrives.

I live in Vancouver, BC and was interested in a purchasing a dining table and bench. I was surprised that they were able to offer video chat on multiple platforms as I cannot be physically present to see the products in Toronto, ON. This is a very smart business decision during the pandemic and also for those not able to visit in store. Our representative, Kritika, was very knowledgeable and patient when we were trying to decide the top of the dining table. She definitely made the experience very seamless.

We had ordered a table from another company that didn't work out. I had seen all the great reviews on Wazo Furniture and decided to reach out to them. Am I glad I did! I scheduled a video chat with Kritika and she was AMAZING. She took the time for me to show her my space and listen to what I needed. She gave me some great options and ended up showing me an amazing table which is on it's way! The best part - it didn't break the bank! I'm already back on the website deciding on my next purchase. DO NOT buy from this company because you will NEVER receive the piece!

Have tried twice to purchase something on their website. The furnitures were 'in stock' when making the purchase and we have triple checked that with their rep. And what you will get is a notification after 1 month of the purchase telling you that the piece you bought is now out of stock! This happened to us TWO TIMES and that is just not acceptable.

I will tell all my friends to avoid this store and so should you (if you want to actually receive anything from them).

If lies and false promises are your fancy this is your place. Be aware Deliveries are simply dropped at the curb. Ghosted by customer service. Asked and declined refund. Never doing business with these clowns again

Recently ordered 4 chairs from Wazo. The on-line order process was simple and the delivery was earlier than expected. Customer service and delivery notice were top notch. The chairs are comfortable and exactly what I expected.

Our live edge table arrived today and we couldn't be happier! We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the table as well as the chairs. There were a few hiccups with our order and the customer service was excellent. We will be recommending Wazo to our friends and family!

Wazo furniture has some very unique live wood products giving your personal space a rich and exclusive touch. We bought a number of products at Wazo - Toronto store - TV stand, dining table, platform bed etc. Sales rep - Gabriela was helpful and is in regular touch through the process of shipment.
