I had nasty right hip pain, walking was becoming difficult. I started having twinges on left side too as I began compensating for the wonky right. Pain would awaken me in the night.

Did not take long to determine it was a misaligned pelvis.

Began PT right away, 2x a week. Was given exercises for home, which at first were difficult. The more I did them though, the stronger I got.

WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

I can walk without discomfort, and sleep through the night.

The Staff here are very warm and welcoming.

If I ever need physical therapy again, definitely returning here.

My files from some years ago were tampered with. At that time, We-Fix-U had provided treatment for a knee injury. I was surprised to hear We-Fix-U had worked on my hip when I had received treatment for a knee injury! It leaves me to wonder how patients' files are kept and how they could help future references on any health issues.
This time, the physio team worked very well in coordination and the addition of a student placement to the clinic was a plus.

I received very good treatment in 2017 and again in 2023. I had concerns about the history in my file. The owner reached out to me personally to clear the matter. I've seen good team work and coordination between the care workers at this clinic. I highly recommend We Fix U. C. Gauthier

Very disappointing. Minimal assessment followed by laser where I was left alone for 20 minutes. The therapist never touched my knee and spent maybe 2 minutes with me after the laser. Despite my complaint to the owner I doubt anything has changed as he finds “ it difficult to be on top of everything”. What a statement! This is your company and if you are taking money from people ($700 in my case) you have to be more aware of what is going on.

***Updated*** - after discussing the issue with processing my claim We-Fix-U contacted me and helped to resolve it. If you plan to submit a benefit claim after your visit (i.e. Not direct billing) make sure to let them know so that they can assign you to a professional that is registered with your insurance company. Based on their follow-up I would return to We-Fix-U in the future.

Good service, however be aware that they are no longer approved by Sunlife so you cannot submit claims. I will not be going again
