We Print What You Want

Recently had an awful experience trying to get menus printed from here. My order was fairly straightforward - I needed 250 double-sided menus printed on 100-lb card stock. Here are the things that went wrong:

1) When I placed the order, the owner confirmed it would be ready in 2-3 business days, but it ended up taking 8. A big reason why I placed the order with them is because of his assurance of when they would be ready.

2) When I picked up the order, part of the design wasn't printed on the 250 copies. This part of the design was approved when I placed the order, and it showed up when we previewed the PDF together. For some reason, it didn't show when he opened it on Adobe Illustrator (a software that I don't have access to) so he put the blame on me and the design file instead of taking any ownership for the issue.

3) The menus were printed on a lighter card stock than the 100-lb card stock that I ordered. I don't know if this was done intentionally to cut cost, but when I raised my concern about it they just assured me it was 100-lb card stock instead of admitting they were wrong.

They did end up offering me 40% off if I replaced the order, but after all of the issues that happened with the first order, I didn't have very much confidence that they would get it right the second time. On top of the issues with the product, were slow response times and generally poor customer support. I understand people are busy but it ofter took 2-3 days to get a response back. It's also disappointing because I'm a repeat customer at this shop and assumed they would have helped out more. Not planning on getting any more work done here in the future.

My experience with the company was flawless. I got exactly what I asked for in the time frame I needed it. I would recommend this place and have to anyone looking for custom prints for a fair price. Quality was even better then I had expected

Made a big order with all the details and way I wanted to be done and when I picked up and took it home a realize that they did few mistakes, missing size and wrong design.
I called to let them know and try to make them fix it but obviously they blame me and they didn’t care to fix the issue

After receiving my order i discovered multiple stains and marks on the shirt. If you want to provide your customers with good quality products this is not the place for you.

Please listen to the reviews and take your business elsewhere. By far the most unprofessional printing business i have communicated with. They take no responsibility for their issues, they claim the customer is in the wrong when they break promises, they don’t stick to deadlines, and they are simply rude.

So quick and easy to get custom printed items. Been going here for a few years and I'm always satisfied with my products, they are very patient with you to create exactly what you want whether it's a single item or a bulk order. I have recommended them to a lot of friends and will continue to recommend them for all your customized printing needs.

Emailed to ask if they could do a very rush job of putting some initials on sweatshirts and they were so prompt and friendly in their reply, and said we could drop in any time. This was surprising to me, since I've worked in marketing for a long time and always felt like I had to beg printers to do stuff on short notice.

Then we dropped in and the guy was like "No problem - I can do this while you wait if you want"! (It was only 4 sweatshirts but still.) End result looked great and we weren't there more than 20 minutes.

More importantly, we (my daughter and I) loved the whole vibe - just so much more friendly than I'm used to with printers (and we kind of loved the Jpop atmosphere). And they have some FANTASTIC quality sweatshirts/sweatpants which I've already recommended to 2 of my clients.

Highly recommended if you're looking for high-quality and surprisingly friendly service.

Got some art work done for my father last year on a jacket holds up beautifully and still looks great. Will be back again this year to get a couple of items done up for my kids.

These guys are def good at taking your money. But when they can’t come up with a decent logo/design for that money they don’t have any answer for it.but they still keep your money. So it works out well for them.especially in a pandemic when our money/budget was super tight! So we got nothing in return for $$ spent.awesome!

Excellent quality work! I received 2 shirts with personal pics printed on the front as a bday present and the quality is outstanding! I’ve washed the shorts several times and the pics are still perfect! I’m very pleased and plan on being a repeat customer

Told me that the product was ready the day before and again that it was ready today, when i showed up it still wasn’t ready. We really needed our hoodie printed asap and they were unable to deliver and didn’t seem to care. Would pass the buck from on employee to another. We missed giving the gift on time and had to make multiple trips to their store after the fact

Nice enough guys personally, horrible business men. If they tell you a time that your stuff will be ready.expect it to actually be ready 2 days later. They’re only open from 12-4 Monday to Friday so maybe they should consider opening longer/earlier to get everything done. Prices are fair but watch their invoicing to ensure it matches up with what you actually ordered and ALWAYS double check that all of your products are actually there upon pick up.

Emailed to get an inquiry on a tshirt print. Had a conversation with Kaiya over 3 days. I gave him all of the information and files he needed and then he disappeared. Very unprofessional.

What an AWESOME place to get fast custom work done. My son wanted a t-shirt for his friends birthday and we literally just walked in said what we wanted and in fifteen we were out. The guy was friendly, I didn't have any sort of pattern or clue of how the whole process went. He stocks quality clothing made in Canada for you to choose from. Couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Great fast friendly service! However, is best if you bring your own t-shirts. They are always low on stock colours and sizes for both men and women.

At this place, you will get both. Very reasonable prices for tshirts and printing. Owner is very caring and will put in efforts to ensure that you get what you visited this place for.

The only thing I do not like about this place is lack of sufficient parking but its worth it.
