I haven't been to the dentist in over 5 years due to a mixture of dental anxiety and lack of benefits. I was really worried about the condition of my teeth.
I am so glad I found Dr. Spagnuolo and team! Everyone is so friendly and warm, and really puts you at ease. Dr. Spagnuolo is super down to earth and funny and made me feel like I'd been coming here for years.
Most importantly, the service is excellent. It was the most pleasant cleaning experience, and I don't feel like I am being upsold on anything that isn't necessary to my health. Really happy to have found a great dentist!

You have to patiently wait until sometime after lots of X-rays have been taken and you feel being trapped to get the final quote. I found it out the hard way. If you prefer to know the exact cost before making your wise decision and before any work done, then keep looking.

I have been a patient of Dr. Spagnuolo since 2007 and every time I walk through the door, I am greeted by name and made to feel like I am his only patient. He takes time to connect on a personal level and is never in a hurry to move to his next patient. The quality of care is top notch.

Short hours and high prices. It was cheaper for me to drive back to my old dentist in Toronto. This place is for people with full insurance, which I didn't have

The last time I had visited a dentist was before the world flipped upside down in the name of COVID-19 so let me tell you I was incredibly nervous going into my first appointment with We Smile. All in all, my first appointment could not have gone better; I was met with kindness, understanding, and absolute professionalism on all fronts. I trust my smile with We Smile, and you should too.

I started Invisalign at We Smile while I was living in London, but moved 2 hours away in the middle of my treatment. I’ve had to come back to London periodically to continue my Invisalign appointments - and although the travel is inconvenient, the We Smile team has been nothing but lovely and accommodating to my situation:) Super recommended Dr. Spagnuolo and his team!

We Smile has some of the most friendly and caring staff I've met at a dentist office. The procedures are usually pretty quick, with good conversation and overhead TVs to keep you entertained the whole time. Dr. Spagnuolo really cares and makes sure any procedures are as painless as possible.

Great and vibrant set of people. At every time i visited, i received top notch service with great care. I don’t have to worry about my teeth anymore because i know it is in great care. I highly recommend.

My first visit! I didn't much care for waiting outside before coming in, however, I understand it's for the health and safety of everyone. The office was extremely clean, looked newly built, and had awards and photos on the wall which added a nice personal touch. The receptionists were very friendly, engaging, and open to questions. My initial visit was getting new scans/x-rays done, which were of excellent picture quality. The technology looked new and all equipment looked spotless and well-sanitized. The hygienist was extremely knowledgeable and explained every move before she made it as well as the recommended treatment explained in easy-to-understand terminology. I briefly spoke with the dentist and enjoyed his straightforward honesty and personal care. You could tell he was experienced in his field. They had already sent a claim to my insurance for me and sent me home with the usual welcome package. I will be going back to the hygienist in a week.

Move to London 2 1/2 years ago thought I'd try this place they charged me $2000  for a bunch of stuff,   some of it I didn't ask for or need, including $300 to "catalog"my teeth. I have no insurance and these prices seem high compared to what I used to pay. So many different people working on me, I still dont know which one was the dentist. When I called last week about having a tooth checked cuz it was painful they said $250 for an x-ray and exam. And wanted to book me for a cleaning as well, even though I didn't mention anything about a cleaning. I asked about a discount because I have no insurance and they said no so I canceled my appointment, they didn't  care at all. I shopped around and found that every dentist in London is cheaper and found one that gave me an exam and x-ray for half the price as well as 20% discount to people with no insurance.
I was very disappointed we smile doesnt care about its customers. Just a money grab

I love we smile dentistry! Best dentist and employees ever! Always happy to talk with them:) I don't like going to the dental office often but I wish I could here!
