Purchased mats for my 2024 Honda Pilot. They provide excellent full coverage at a competitive price.

This is the second set of mats I have ordered from WeatherTech, they are extremely durable, easy to install and protect our cars. I would definitely recommend this product.

Weather tech has delivered my order so fast I was amazed by the speed of delivery which I greatly appreciated it.
I have purchased their product during the pandemic and was delivered in fair time.
I am enjoying my vehicle floor protection it fit perfectly.
I would recommend it to anyone whether family or friends that is how much I am happy with my purchase.

Love WeatherTech floor mats. Have had their front mats in all my vehicles and my wife’s. Couldn’t wait until they were available for my new vehicle. The factory all weather mats that came with the vehicle were okay but don’t compare to WeatherTech. I stayed with the ordinary harder plastic ones rather than the newer rubber like ones. Ordering from the WeatherTech Canada site was easy and shipment was fast. Will definitely order these mats for any future vehicles. Thanks WeatherTech for a great product!

I purchased a hood bug and rock guard for my Mazda3 but unlike their floor liners the fit was very disappointing. The fasteners were all plastic and not sufficient for the application. I ended up creating my own, more appropriate fasteners but the fit is still terrible, very disappointing for $160.00

I ordered front mats for my MAZDA5. They were a bit pricey but well worth it. These are well made and fit perfectly. I like the high sides to keep any slush on the mat and not on the floor.

My Wife and I ordered floor mats for our new truck - they look and fit very good, easy to place in the vehicle. So good, we purchased a second set for our Escape. Again, very nice fit look great!

I would not recommend purchasing from WeatherTech Online. The mats were not manufactured to cover a much needed area in front of the seat thus would result in unneeded wear and tear on the floor carpet so I had to pay the $60 to ship it back to them. Their competitor made them right so go check out another company. I reached out to customer service and they stuck with their policy which is fair but the pictures online should align with what is sent to the customer. Disappointed.

Perfect fit, covers the entire driver and passenger floor. The quality is excellent and I'm expecting great winter protection.

I ordered a set of front mats for my 2012 CRV. They arrived right on schedule, fit perfectly, and look great! I love the way they provide a complete capture area for wet footwear. If I need anymore mats or accessories, WeatherTech is my new goto place.

Great product! I purchased the rear floor liner for my husband's Dodge Ram 1500 and its fits perfectly. Very quick service and delivery with excellent packaging. I also purchased the seat protectors so our grandson's feet didn't scuff up the back of the seats and they fit great too. My husband loves the extra storage pockets! I think I'll buy something for my Kicks next.thanks so much!

Ordered a set of grey for my 2010 Toyota Tacoma. The colour was a great match for the interior grey of the vehicle and the fit and finish were superb. Couldn't be happier with the product.

I love WeatherTech floor mats. They are totally awesome and fit well. They do not move like other floor mats when you are getting in and out of the vehicle. Just wish that they didn't cost so much or maybe they could provide a discount for returning customers?

This is my third order over the years, first my 2011 Ford Fusion. The fit was perfect, and longevity a is a plus. I parked it in 2016 when I bought a new Taurus and mats for it too. Bought a new last of the Fusions Hybrid in 2021.sadly the mats from the 11 don't fit lol.my trying to cheap out, bought new ones and can't be happier.

Love the product.it is a bit slippery.
My issue would be that it could cover a little more carpet and more over the door sills.
Very happy to have it to avoid carpet damage over the console area.my Warlock package did come with beautiful mats however the carpet is left exposed over the mid area.

Garbage. Ordered fitted mats for my 2015 Ford Transit tour van, Row 2-3 seating area. They fit, but the quality is terrible. They are very thin and in one month of use have started to curl up at the door side so people are tripping over them. The grippers are worthless and actually raise the mat up to make the fit worse. Additionally, as people stand up to exit the van, the mats shift and curl up. I am having to re-set the mats often. We contacted customer service and they explained that yes, they are thinner by 2/3 from the front mats due to the size, but cannot approve a return as they are used. DO NOT BUY! Additionally, the front ones are thicker and don't buckle, but don't actually sit flush to the floor and are permanently lifted off the floor. I had to cut the mats back so my foot didn't catch the mat entering the vehicle.

Great product and very easy to install! Took me about 15 minutes to install all four weather guards. They work great!

The fit is great as you would expect but I bought the ones to cover the bed and tailgate of my truck and the plastic is thinner than the car floor ones. They would not stand up to moderately heavy loads I am sure they would be damaged. Great for flower pots and gardening tools.

I was thinking of giving a 4 star rating bcz the seat back protector did not come as a pair which is disappointing. I checked the site prior to writing this review and it does not state it only one not a pair. This needs to be update to reflect this. But the other products were fine.

Ordered new floor mats in early December for x-mas gift and they wont arrive until after the holidays. Good communication for letting me know but 3 weeks for in-stock floor mats shipping 30km away? That part is not good at all.

Purchased A complete set of floor mats for our Honda Odyssey through their website and had them delivered. Have been using these mats for 16 months and have no issue with the front mats. They are well made and fit perfectly.
However the mats for the middle and back rows of our van are made of much lighter material and curl up on the outer edges and pose a tripping hazard.
After I contacted WeatherTech they suggested I perform a 'reverse roll' and let them sit in this position for 24 hours. I did this for 36 hours and still have an issue. They offered to replace the mats with ones made of the same cheap material. I passed figuring the exact same thing will happen.
The middle and back row mats could easily be made of the same material as the front mats and still be flexible enough to install and remove easily.
Beware if you buy mats for a vehicle with multi rows! The quality of the middle and back rows may be thin and flimsy.

Very deceived with my order at Weathertech. Ordered the floor mats on Dec 8 and was confirmed by their tech support that the product was in stock and would be shipped within 7 days…. Several requests were made the following 2 weeks but no one could provide me any status. On Dec 21, still no status avail and the usual wordings… we’re sorry… having delays, ect… i’ve requested to cancel order.had to call them several times to get cancellation confirmation on dec 29. Great product by if you can’t ship it… don’t advertise it. Will buy the old fashion rubber mats at Local stores. Will never order from them again.

Okay, this place is way cooler than I expected.
We bought a set of mats for our Equinox, and they fit amazingly and look great.

The only showroom in Ontario. Great customer service, the items we ordered were waiting for us when we arrived. They will even ship the item that was not there yet for free as the location is a bit further from my home. Highly recommend WeatherTech, and will definitely be back for more gadgets for my car.

I had seen the retail store as I drove by. Stopped in to see if they had liners for my son's car. They did! One more Christmas gift bought. Friendly staff. Might be back for liners for my car.

I had no idea WeatherTech had a retail store until I happened to drive by it late one night. I was looking for OEM factory winter mats from a dealership and all of them were sold out. Made the drive to Burlington and WeatherTech had them in stock! I've made the mistake of buying these from a third party for other vehicles in the past. Do yourself a favour and go direct to the manufacturer.

WeatherTech Canada, had good products in the past but not anymore. They started to cut corners and the quality of the mats is not stellar anymore. The fit for my vehicle is horrible and won't keep the carpet clean. Customer support was notified but they are not ready to collaborate and listen. Please be aware that if you are NOT happy with the product the shipping is on you and they charge restocking fee. Pfuuu! What type of business is this? Never again!

Extremely disappointing experience with weathertech products and their customer service. It's basically completely misleading that on their website they have an entire section proclaiming that they have an amazing warranty which is why I chose to purchase from this company.

I purchased a cargo liner for my porsche macan and after no more than 3-4 months of use, the liner has already begun to completely warp out of shape, does not sit in the trunk properly and instead has a bunch of extremely unappealing wavy gaps. It's embarrassing to have in the car and it's clearly a product of low quality thus the warping and NOT a product worth over $200. I wrote customer service an email seeking options and the response I receive from Mike is that SINCE the mat has been used for 3-4 months, there's nothing they can do for me and instead I should try flipping the cargo liner upside down which he claims will solve the warping issue? What a joke! It's laughable!

If this is just what weathertech means by their LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY, well then I just honestly don't know what to say. Complete faith lost.

If you're in the market for mats, do yourself a favor, save money, save time, save stress and save planet earth from more harmful plastic/chemical waste, just stick with your OEM parts which are literally the same price. There really is no premium in weathertech as I had thought.

Mike I know you're reading this, I don't know if this is how you were trained from weathertech or if it's just you, but maybe you should seek some proper training in customer service from management or like youtube or like take a class, you know? You as a customer service representative are on the front line! You are the face of weathertech my man! Customer service is no joke! Be passionate in all that you do and things will pay off, best wishes to you.

Bought floor mats and they came without holders. When I called customer service they told me that it is not available and they will send it to me as soon as they have it. I paid the full amount up front and can not use them. Customer service even didn't tell me SORRY, just wait and you will get it. It is already one month past and I haven't received it yet. I used Weather tech many times and now with this terrible customer service I will never buy from them again. This service that they provide gives me the opportunity to check their competitors.

Been waiting a month for my floor liners. Was told today it would take another 3+ weeks.

Horrible customer service and the mats are overrated. Do not waste your money, forget the review just look at the company policy. If you return the product you have to pay the shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. What does that tell you? An honest company who believed in their products would stand behind it with a 100% money back guarantee. My issue was the driver mat would not sit flush there was a gap on the side which easily will let snow in so I decided to call Weathertech. They asked to send photos and emailed me back “Thanks for the photos but fit is as shown our website. When the product arrives back we will issue a full refund. ” end of email. Horrible! Do yourself a favor, go to Costco.ca and order the same type of mats for half the price. I’ve added photos to show this defect and clearly you can see under the mat to the carpet.

If I can give no star I would do it. The shipping is taking a lot for a destination in the same province and this is very unfortunate. It is not because of the carrier but their processing times is slow. Also the product came defective and the quality is not what a "laser cut" matt should be. The fixing ring felt apart on the first removal, the edges are not refined and the coverage is very poor. Customer service is innexintent and don't answer the phone or emails. I would shop around for alternatives next time.

3 weeks and going for a Canadian company to process and ship mudflaps.
Ridiculous how much communication is required to get a hold of anyone at this company to get an answer.

Be great to see these, but by the looks of the reviews of recent.most likely wont even get a logical answer.

EDIT - only 12 hours later and i have receieved 3 different emails stating 3 different times that i can expect it to ship. Its already been 17 days, now im told 3 to 7 buisness days, the other one says 2 to 3 buisness days and the other says the items already been picked so im not eligible for refund.

This place is an absolute joke.

Update Dec 1st - Lindsey was a huge help and the saving grace of this company. Mudflaps are now on route.

I use to love their products but not anymore. My last experience for the new vehicle was horrible. With the passenger side they have less coverage then my OEM winter mats (why pay $159 if the outcome is the same as my matts?). The issue was escalated to their customer service but they keep being ignorant. All I asked was a partial refund but they declined. If you want to return the products you get to pay the shipping and charged warehouse restocking fees. A retailer of this calibre? What a shame! Please look at the pictures and judge yourself if this mat does the trick. I rather keep the OEM one as it has the logo and feels better.

Just went in and bought 2 mats and the young girl who served us had no manners. Please learn some customer service skills. We love the mats but not the service!

I ordered online and found Stone Deflector fasteners would not fasten. Customer service would not do anything, very dissatisfied. A few years ago I ordered a Weathertech stone deflector for my Sienna. I installed it just fine. I got a new Sienna and ordered a Weathertech stone deflector. It arrived fine, but could not be installed as the fasteners would not fasten. I called customer service and they said I should take it to my Toyota Dealer. Really? To install 4 plastic fasteners! So just remember if you have any issues you will be on your own. I hope to find fasteners that will work, otherwise I guess I am out of luck with a company that prides itself on quality products. Lesson learned.

Their rubber, all-weather floor liners an cargo trunk liners are top notch, durable & long-lasting, and easy to clean. I always get them for my cars.

Was there to get some window deflectors and it was fast and easy to go in and get them. However the only thing I wasn’t happy about was that the associate didn’t spell my name right after I spelled it out to her 3 times and she still managed to get it wrong. Other than that I like the products I’ve had previously in my old outback (I’ve had the mats) so we will see if these are any good. Definitely cheaper than Subaru wants for window deflectors but hopefully the quality is still just as good. We will see

The compnay needs to improve a lot in customer service and giving definite responses on when one can expect to recieve their orders.they don't bother to update customer about any unexpected delays. Hope the product I ordered if ever recieved is of the standard/quality as described on the website. Worried about that too. First experience but not positive at all. Reluctant to avail their services again.

I really don't know where to start with this review but if I could give 0 out of 5 stars, I would. I purchased a set of the laser-cut floor liners for my new car yesterday from the factory store in Burlington via curbside pick-up. We have a set of these mats for another one of our cars (purchased in 2014) and they've been great! So, when I bought my new car I was so excited to pick-up a set. Unfortunately, these mats are not what they used to be. They left gaps in between the mats and the floor of the car and the passenger side wouldn't stay in place. I called this morning to ask about potentially missing retention devices because I was shocked at how much they were moving when my passenger got in the car. The man on the phone said that they usually double-check that they're with the mats but must have missed them and that I could come pick them up. Never did he say that the mats for my make and model don't come with these. I drove out to Burlington again only to be told that they didn't have retainers and the car should've had some already. I then asked about their return policy as I had just spent $300 dollars on mats that don't fit properly and was told that because they are used, the can't take them back. I had them for less than 24 hours and would like to know how I was supposed to know if I was satisfied with the mats without using them? I believe the "customer service" rep I dealt with was Clayton. I put customer service in brackets as this man was extremely unfit to be working in such a role. He was incredibly rude and insensitive towards me. Their website guarantees 100% customer satisfaction and yet they do nothing for their unsatisfied customer. 2 other reps came out to see me as they realized I was upset, they were much nicer and took a look at the mats, bent them and put it back which made some of the gaps go away, but not all. Although they were much more helpful than Clayton, they still didn't offer me any kind of resolution for my problem. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take their many one-star reviews seriously as these overpriced mats are no better than something I could've purchased at Canadian Tire for $50 and their customer service is non-existent. Save yourself the money and headache from dealing with this company.

Horrible customer experience. I called first (twice) and waited to get through, each call went to voicemail. So I decided to just go to the store, not one other customer was in the store and 2 minutes later an employee came out from the back. Allison (apparently the manager) was not very warm and didn't want to be there on a Sunday afternoon. But I got the products I wanted. In the future I will order directly from weathertech.

I bought a pair of laser cut floor liners for my grandfather which were for his birthday. I ordered over the phone with Keri and one week later the floor liners arrived. After seeing that they were the incorrect fit for his car, I followed Jennifers advice at customer service, which was to send pictures of my order, product number on the mats I received and how the mats were not fitting correctly.

However, this didn't matter because after emailing many times with no response I finally got a hold of the customer service manager who stated that it doesn't matter if the product numbers didn't match and that the fit from photos looked fine to her so there was nothing they she do. This is my fourth and last purchase from WeatherTech.

I should start that I have curb picked up my order and my review is based on this experience. I have called few times during which I got put on hold and dropped after waiting; and just dropped in the middle of my question. After few tries, I got my name on waiting list. Two weeks after, I got a call. Came to pick and paid by phone. Got my mats with no boxes (nobody said they will come like it). After i have requested the receipt, they had much fun and I was asking for too much. After checking the receipt and mats numbers, I have realized that my cargo mat is wrong. I had to wait again and the girl just dropped it on the table and left. No hello, no thank you, no what else can we help you etc. Take me right, I love my new mats for $500. I will recommend them to others, but this kind of customer service definitely not welcoming back.

Proud to call this a CANADIAN company. Not only do they make a product that blends today's 3d scanning technology with the finest materials to protect cars from undue wear, but they do it with style class and care for the customer.

I recently bought a Porsche Cayenne and the mats inside were ordered for the wrong year car. While they fit the car perfectly the carpet anchors had changed year to year and WeatherTech had a perfect set for each version of the anchor. I had the WRONG set and it was 100% customer error but instead of making me feel hopeless they took the time to show me both examples of the mats, let me know what my options were if i wanted to buy new ones and also gave me a new set of grommets for a similar car that were the closest thing to the type of OVAL fasteners my Porsche came with.

Even though the correct mats for my car did not use grommets, these would allow me to make mine work perfectly. Within a few minutes of filing, these were a flawless fit for my mats and my SUV. The whole interior looks better than ever now. Thanks to the great customer service team on-line and at the head office.

This company has not only grown over the past few years but they have found a way to harness the harshness of Canadian winters to produce a superior product for drivers the world over. While WeatherTech can take snow, slush, mud and dirt, they also have my gratitude and respect.

I bought the tall pet feeding system and the product is useless. The drip tray that the system sits on is so shallow that it is impossible to lift and drain out without the water falling all over. It is an absolute mess.

I purchased a set of WeatherTech mats for my new Jetta and the passenger side is not the correct size at all! The mat slides around and three people now have slipped getting out of my car. I tried contacting them to ask about return/exchange and they said there was nothing they could do. The person who answered the phone was very rude, and I quote from our conversation: “they're supposed to move around” “We cannot return them because they've been used” “Based on the weather we've had I can 'guarantee you' we won’t be able to restock them. ” They are advertised as “Laser measured for a perfect fit” but there is no guarantee? I was looking forward to finally being in a place where I was able to afford Their $450 car mats. So disappointed. I was expecting more from a premium brand.

The service is good and the mats protect the interior of the vehicle but once they get dirty they look disgusting and cleaning does not bring get rid of the stains. I spent over $700.00 and I am embarrassed to keep them in my vehicle. I have tried all of the suggestions from them and they still look awful. I cant say that I would ever buy another weathertec product.

I just walked out of the Weather Tech Mississauga location without my Front floor mats. I called a few weeks back and yes they had my floor liner for a 2016 Tundra. They put it on hold for me as I had another product that would take a weeks to come in. Called today and they said yes we got it in our store. I thought we'll let's go pick it up, hour drive-in from Newmarket area and sorry inventory error. Was offered a free tee-shirt for my trouble, I said no thanks. I get it.things happen but it sucks when it happens to you. Make sure you get them to do an inventory visual check before you show up, another life lesson.

The stock is good, but to expensive. Wish them good luck, but, they have to compete with tough market. There is another brands on the Amazon, who just same quality, but more affordable. Sorry to say that.

I drove 4 hours to pick-up my floor mats. Staff were"t friendly.but I felt like I was bugging them. I came with a lot of money. Was very interested in spending a lot more there. When I asked for suggestions for my truck. I was told "we have tons, go have a look yourself". Also the floors mats aren't mind blowing. Not feeling great about the price I paid or the distance I drove.

Fast service, bought some weather tech cup phone, universal mobile phone holders, been wanting one ever since i saw it on TV, works great, good to be hands free and bee able to use my phone without holding it. Bought several as stocking stuffers for my loved ones. Haha! Need another phone to take a pic of my phone in the hands free holder. Lol

Very spacious, impressive and well located showrrom. Products are top quality and fit car like a glove. Get the floor liners as they'll save your car from winter.

The weathertech mats are a must purchase for every vehicle. They protect the carpet from dirt, water, and salt, and are easy to remove to clean.my only complaint is the backseat mat for the 2014 Ford F150 is flimsy, and doesnt stay in place very well.

Visited their showroom this morning to purchase $473.00 worth of products including floor mats for front and back and cargo liner for trunk of my new car. I was the only car in the parking lot and only customer in the store at the time. Three clerks were on the front desk. I was met with a very surly male customer service Rep who placed my order-I had researched the product codes on their website previously so it was a very simple task to enter the product codes into their system. I asked if someone could help me to my car with my purchases and I was told that I would have to wait indefinitely as it depended on who was around at the time. I explained I had recent surgery on my hand and was not able to lift. Still no confirmation given that I would get help to carry out the items.

I did speak to the manager who apologized and said he would speak to the customer service Rep who waited on me. Weather Tech has a reputation for selling high quality products that have a life time warranty and they charge a high price. Customer service is about building customers for life!

Love the staff here and the service. First of all their products are second to none for quality. Especially the floor mats. They're simply the best on the market. Will load every car I buy up with WeatherTech products without hesitation.

We recently ordered a set of mats for our SUV and we are very pleased with it. The quality is very good and it fits like a glove.
We received it w/in a week and the customer service personnel is very helpful and pleasant to talk to.

Great items on sale. I personally bought the weather tect mats for my car a while ago. They are great and protect your car from salt and really keeps your carpets in your car clean.

Finally took the plunge!
After spending a fair amount of time researching WeatherTech against Husky, I chose WeatherTech.
They, in my opinion are more of a moulded harder plastic composite, and feel alot more durable then the competition.
So I drove to Oakville, and checked out their showroom.
Tons of stuff to buy, very organized and clean.
I met Steven who helped me out and was a wealth of knowledge.
Fast and friendly customer service.
Bought my truck mats that fit like a glove. Why did I wait so long.geeze.
Looked into the window deflectors and after a brief tutorial, I'll be back to buy those too.

It was my first time purchasing weather tech mats. Biggest waste of money I have ever spent. They are supposed to be made custom fit for each vehicle type but my mats Don’t fit at all to my vehicle. There is a two inch gap by the door so that carpet is exposed Sent an email to the company with photos and was told that is the way they are supposed to be. Horrible customer service. Would never but mats from weather tech again

The service was great. Items were in stock. I wrongly assumed that because they advertise "Visit Our Factory Store" that the prices would be less than retail. I drove out from downtown Toronto only to be told that the prices are same in store as online and that they would ship to me for free purchased online (100% total waste of time to visit store). Staff apologized and says this is the biggest complaint that the store has frequently. It's not a factory store. (Product is not made here) and there are no deals to be had. Only benefit visiting store is not waiting for 3 day shipping if needed immediately. (But it's a floormat not a cardiac pacemaker).

Disappointed.
They have a great product. Customer Service is the issue. I ordered $1200 worth of product online. I expected to see a shipping notification with in 48 hours. I called to follow up and was told that the 48 hours was business hours. (can you imagine, 6 days to put an order together and ship?). I offered to come pick up the products. They said they would have to go check with the warehouse (about 11: 00 am), they would call me back. They didn't, I called the next day, it's in a trailer waiting to be picked up. That was Friday. Monday noon I call. Still sitting in the trailer. I'm told it should ship out today or tomorrow. Good news is they will meet THEIR 48 (business) hour shipping goal.

I ordered floor liners for my Hyundai 2019 Elentra. On the invoice it said 2017+ but the liners fit like a glove no issues. The shipping was quick and you guys updated me promptly. Will recommend you guys to friends and family.

Was there to get winter mats for 2 vehicles. Product is good, fitted well in both of the vehicles but customer service really bad. The gentleman who I was dealing with was very unpleasant and sold me the product as if they are the only company selling mats. I would recommend ordering online rather than going to the store.
