I had a very unprofessional experience with Dr. Sharma. His attitude was poor, and when I requested different medications, he said, "I know you're spending money, but I can't prescribe everything. " This was unlike any experience I've had with other doctors. The rest of the staff is kind and caring, but I would not recommend going there due to Dr. Sharma's behavior.

I went to the clinic today, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I was also very impressed with the doctor. The pharmacy in this clinic is amazing too they can answer all the questions and educate patients about their dosages, I would not hesitate to return if needed and would not hesitate to recommend the clinic.l!

Me and my family have been going to our family doctor to this clinic for almost 7years. At the same time getting our prescribed medications also from their pharmacy. I can say that they have taking care of our family very well enough for us to stay this long with them. Nowadays healthcare clinics are so busy and on high-demands especially from patients so for sure perfection is almost unattainable. But so far, we are very much satisfied with their service. They are friendly, efficient, flexible and just a call away if we need to book appointments. Certainly we highly recommend them.

I have been going to this clinic for years now. The staff are very friendly and caring as well as their new walk-in doctor (I’m unsure of her name). But unfortunately, I had a really unprofessional and unpleasant interaction with Dr. Sharma. I went in and asked for a referral to a psychiatrist and he referred me to a psychologist. While interacting with him, he told me I was too young and made additional judgmental remarks. I understand not everyone has the same view on mental health but it is very unprofessional when a doctor gives their opinion on my mental health concerns. This is the only doctor I’ve had a bad experience with, all the other doctors are amazing. Just call ahead and ask who is in because I would not recommend Dr. Sharma.

Best clinic ever in Mississauga. They are booking specialist immediately after some sort of analysis and testing and very caring on all issues. First of all here doctor lisentning what your saying about the health issues. They are doing thorough testings before send to specialist. Mr. Mansor is very professional real doctor and answering all our queries. He helped to buy best medicine based on our earnings. I will not think anyother doctors. Because we have best doctor in town

I have been visiting we care pharmacy and clinic since I came to Canada. The staff is very friendly, accommodating for me and pharmacist Rania is kind to always give me information whenever I have questions and concerns about my medication.

Staff isn’t being trained and reflects on patients not getting crucial medication on time! Secretaries are extremely rude and unprofessional as well as the pharmacists! They don’t know how to deal with people and need to take customer service training!

Very very good front office staff.they go above and beyond, to take care for the walk in patients.

Service was quick and doctor was friendly. Was in and out in 30 minutes. The pharmacy is within the clinic and pharmacist was knowledgeable.

I went to meet the doctor regarding rabies vaccine. It was surprising the doctor was unaware of this vaccine. Never heard of it. I even tried to explain the process which was to just request it from Public health, I even had the phone number of Health officer who i was coordinating for this. It was as simple as requesting it and giving the vaccine but the doctor and the receptionist, seemed uneducated to even grasp the concept. She kept on saying “we don’t prescribe it hun” “why don’t you get it from public health then”. Firstly It’s not a prescription. And secondly they were unaware that the public health doesn’t have a clinic where people can just “walk into”. But the receptionist was adamant. I guess no one wants to learn new things. I wonder how the doctor even got his/her degree without having the slightest knowledge of such a crucial vaccine and also being unaware of how the public health system works in the country. I went to someone else and even the receptionist understood what needed to be done and gave me an appointment. Wouldn’t recommend this place especially for urgent requirements.

Dr Rene is amazing, very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Also the lady in the front desk is very nice and kind to everyone)

This pharmacy and walk in has amazing staff who really do care. I came here because of the convenient hours but I return because they offer excellent service, be it from reception, they physicians and the Pharmacists. Amazing customer service!

Very rude staff especially receptionist (Arabic lady). She doesn’t know how to behave. They should help people.

I had only great experience with doctor Sharon and her assistant/nurse. She is very caring and knowledgeable.

Just went there to grab a Advil around 2 weeks ago, after waiting for 5 minutes because the pharmacist was on the phone laughing, she’s telling me hold on and grabs another call! I just left the store!

I have been going to this clinic and using both the doctor and pharmacy for almost 2.5 years and I have to say it is like one big family. They work together, They not only take care of your health but they go over and above the call of duty to make sure your ok and that your doing your part to stay healthy. I 100% recommend both the pharmacy and Dr. Mansour

Kind hearted staff. And experienced doctors as well. Clinic is busy often times just need lil patience with follow ups.

Dr. Nadarajah was great to deal with, Dr. Sharma not at all. Very condescending, sassy & unprofessional on the phone.

For example: mid-convo without explanation, tried to get my pharmacy information. When I asked why or what he could possibly need to prescribe me (for a sprained toe), he goes “what, are you a doctor or something that you know what medications are or what they’re for? ”

Pardon? Sorry that your ego is fragile, but it’s general practice to let patients know first what medicine you’re suggesting they take. Especially at a walk-in where you don’t have history with that person.

Absolutely brilliant clinic, a pleasure to deal with.

The receptionist is relaxed and a lovely to talk to, they are always available for your calls and I was never waiting long to be seen.

They responded to all my emails and phone calls quickly and efficiently.

Dr. Sharon gave all the necessary information and I didnt feel overwhelmed by the medical terms, it was all explained perfectly. I will absolutely want to use this clinic again as they care!

This walking clinic has a medical receptionist named Manal, This lady is impatient and is very easily irritated her attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful to me.the female doctor was friendly and patient, but i stopped to go to this clinic because of the lady named manal, she is not professional

Just like the name- This is a clinic that cares about it's patients. Doctors and staff who work here are friendly and helpfuI. I changed my family doctor to this one even though it's a farther away, simply due to unsatisfactory experience and treatment I had with the previous doctor. The doctors here will do their best to ensure that patients receive the best treatment.

Dr. R. Sharma is the worst and unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. I used to see my family Dr. Mansour, who is very patient. I had some symptoms last year, Dr. Mansour prescribed a test for me. Due to the COVID, I didn't revisit the doctor until now, even with the symptoms persist. This time the front desk booked me with Dr. Sharma, even I cleared said I want an appointment with Dr. Mansour. Dr. Sharma didn't even read my profile nor my test result on the computer. Only after heard I told him the assistant said my first test is negative, he laughed at me and told me I don't need to worry about my symptom. When I asked him what is the cause of the symptom, he said he didn't even know, but insist it's nothing. He also said as I quote: "You are not a girl, you don't need to worry about how it looks", and "Do you have a girlfriend or married? Is it your girlfriend asking you to see a doctor? " After minutes of that BS, he finally prescribed me a further test, after I specifically told him that I care my body not because of what other people said but there is a clear symptom on my body, and would not trust his blind promise without knowing the cause. I cannot believe how unprofessional in inpatient he is as a doctor!

I had a very good experience at the clinic. Dr. Mansour is skilled and soft spoken. Booking appointments is easy and he is patient to answer questions and explains everything in an understandable way.

Dr. Samir Mansour is a great listener, has an incredible bedside manner and takes his patients seriously. I would really recommend him and there are never long waits to see him. His office is very accommodating

Best walk in I've ever experienced.
For context I was having some medical issues and went to another walk in clinic. That doc told me I'm fine and there was nothing for me to do but wait.

I wanted a second opinion so went to WeCare. Within 5 min doc had a requisition to get blood work and an ultrasound to get to the bottom of things.

That's the level of care you get here.
Just go. They are top notch.

Dr. Samir is our fam doc. He also handled my pregnancy for the first 20 weeks. He is a doc who will be worried about your health more than you. He is quiet detail oriented and will see a patient with full patience. The clinic is a very well managed. The lady who manages clinic pharmacy is a wonderful person. She guided me in all my queries and was really helpful.

Dr. Samir always best. I went many clinics and not satisfied with doctors response and not resolved the issues. Here doctor taking more to discuss with patients on issues and resolving accurately. Patients should need Patience to meet doctor because at least 45 min to meet doctor. I'm very satisfied and I can wait for more than 1 hr also because my problems are solving

Dr. Mansour and their staffs are always best in Mississauga. He is the family doctor of me and my husband for the last two years and solved many health issues with more detailed analysis with care. I recommend everyone who is looking the best caring and advice. Keep up the good work. I thank to Pharmacy staff who answered my queries clearly.

Absolutely stunning and patient secretary, she is very helpful, docter is a genius in my opinion, takes his time with his patients and genuinely cares for all, and pharmacist is very intelligent as well. Also the pharmacy is located in the medical clinic which is very conveniet!

The doctor and all the staff they are like family to us they show hospitality and are very caring we care is the right name for the office because they honestly care my love goes to the pharmacy Mary the entire staff. Dr monsur is a wonderful doctor. May God bless we care and entire staff.
