Sammy V was AMAZING not only to work with but as a performer! We were blessed to have our coordinator Michelle (Fab Fete Events) introduce us to him. We knew we wanted to add something extra for our guest and who doesn’t love live music? ! After speaking with him and discussing our vision he made sure to listen to what we were looking for and he nailed it. Our guest loved the surprise as he played for them while they entered the ceremony and mingled till it was time for them to find their seats, we then had him play the violin covers of famous tunes during cocktail hour. All our guest thought it was such a cool element and the multiple ways he played the violin blew them away. 10000/10 would recommend Sammy V for any wedding or private or corporate event you have!

Sammy V is not only an amazing violinist that can dance while playing. He can connect with his audience in a way I have never seen a performer do before. His keyboardist and drummer are both top notch and his other musicians are also all A-Class. Wow! Where even to begin with reviewing this man? HE WAS AMAZING and months later, our guests are still talking about how much fun they had on the dance floor. We were introduced to Sammy V when they play for our friend's wedding in 2016. Everyone loved him because we had the best time during dinner and dance floor opener, so it was an easy decision for us to hire Sammy Violin with his 6 piece live band for our wedding. From the beginning conversations with his Team, they were always professional and prompt to respond. On the night of the wedding, Sammy and his band brought so much energy to the ballroom that every guest was out on the dance floor for hours. All ages (2 years to 94 years) enjoyed the broad range of music and energy they brought to our event. Something that differentiated them from other wedding bands that we have seen is that they were true performers with coordinated dance moves. Our guests enjoyed Sammy and his band with his leadership so much that our late night food was barely eaten and our photobooth was barely used because people were on the dance floor the whole time. We cannot recommend Sammy Violin enough - your guests will thank you and rave about them!

I have hired Sammy V for my wedding, my dads 60th birthday party and now my moms party. He is our family and friends favourites! He never disappoint and keep the crowd on the dance floor with his drummer and sax player! Love how easy it is to organize everything and how prepared he comes to the event! Sammy V and his team were so incredibly helpful and thorough throughout the process of planning our wedding. Even from the very first consultation call with Sammy, before we even booked his live band and AV packages, he was offering advice on booking music for our wedding. Throughout the process we always felt that Sammy V and his team really cared about the performance that they would put on and wanted us and our guests to have a great time, probably almost as much as we did. After we completed our booking, they were prompt to send us an extensive catalog of songs to choose from for his DJ and Live band. All communication with Sammy and Vik and his team was prompt and very helpful. They are the epitome of professional.   Now, to get to the wedding day. Sammy V provided a guitarist perform for our ceremony alongside with him, and while weddings are always emotional events, the music they played and the quality of the sound undoubtedly elevated that emotion in the best way. We had a female singer/guitarist during our cocktail hour and she was phenomenal. Her voice was incredible and was drawing people from the warmth inside the building to the colder outdoors just to listen to her.   The reception, was off the charts. When you choose to book their live entertainment acts for your event you will see that their music catalog is diverse and they play it all expertly. We had chosen classic wedding songs from the 60s as well as pop/electronic music from the 2010s and everything in between, it all sounded incredible. The dance floor was never empty, and the comment we heard from just about everyone was how much fun they had with the band. If I had the opportunity to see Sammy V and his top40 band live again, I would jump at it.   Do yourself a favour and book Sammy V for your event. Listen to Vik (his business partner) and his team, they will offer you advice that is truly in your best interest to make your event fun and memorable. My partner and I first heard Sammy Violin perform at D Bar inside Four Seasons Hotel Toronto. He was fantastic, knocking down tune after tune from the Great all time hits. Not only are his sound and musicianship marvelous, he has an amazing knowledge of the Tin Pan Alley tunesmiths and sprinkles his sets with intriguing facts and stories about Jérôme Kern, Cole Porter, Irving Berlin, the Gershwins, and others. When we decided to host a Woodstock Opera House gala afterparty in our home, we thought of Sammy Violin immediately and hired him to be the entertainment for the evening. He was a joy to work with personally as well as business-wise with the event coming off without a hitch.his performance was top-notch and he stayed beyond “closing time” as enthusiastic guests beckoned for more and more. We expect that this will be the first of many lively performances Sammy V will provide in our home, interpreting in the loveliest way the greatest songs of all time!

Sammy Violin did a FANTASTIC job coordinating a three piece band for my father's memorial service. My dad requested to have a New Orleans style jazz band at his memorial. Sammy V delivered. The band was fantastic, and the final song brought much needed joy to the end of the memorial. Thank you so much for assisting with my request. He was easy to work with, very responsive, and his musicians showed up on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend!

Sammy V and his Fuze Trio performed beautifully for our Niagara Caeser's Casino Night fundraiser in Windsor ON, in November 2017. Sammy V was awesome! Everything from being dressed in his tuxedo to his song selections was done to perfection. He also helped us by playing theme songs throughout the night. I had seen him at a charity event and thought WOW! Wouldn't it be great to have him at our wedding!

Ever since our wedding day, we've seen him in concert with Elizabeth (a great pianist) at Sony Music Center Toronto and have enjoyed his music in our collection.
