Wedgewood Place

Love the building! It's a great place to live. The construction noise right now is a bit tough to deal with sometimes but soon we will have a new gym to use! I shake my head at the people complaining about this.they probably also complain every time there are potholes and then also when they have annoying construction to fix them.can't have it both ways!

Excellent place to live. Property management is super attentive they are there when you need them. Lobby is always clean and the property is well maintained. Neighbours are friendly and quiet. Best bang for your buck during these expensive times.

Warning: By living in this building you expose yourself and your loved ones to different types of pollution. Renovation/construction projects never end. Drilling and hammering noise doesn't stop here. The property manager doesn't respect residents at all. RESPECT YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY AND AVOID 6061 YONGE ST!

Been living here for 6 years. There have been multiple power and internet outages over the years. There is no AC in our unit, for which you have to pay for if you choose to install it (but you also have to pay for hydro costs to cover powering the AC which doesn’t make sense because they tell you that what you pay for is to cover the power cost of the AC). And now there is a renovation going on right above my unit which is so noisy. They’ve been making way too much noise with this awful drill thing almost everyday at different times of the day for the past 4 weeks. It is easily comparable to nails being scratched on a chalk board just much louder and aggravating. Really annoyed.

Good but the lobby buzzer needs to be fixed because certain buzz codes the buzzer box disconnect it.

I wanted to congratulate the M&R holdings for hiring such an amazing Site Administrator, Kyle Forster.
I had a very difficult days and Kyle's positive attitude and great customer service made moving into my new unit extremely easier for me.
The whole team members work effectively together, which makes tenants like me very happy. Thank you.

Some of the people leaving reviews here obviously cannot be satisfied. This building is a great place to live, happy to call it my home for a few years. The staff always keep things looking good and running smoothly.

Everything is convenient. Someone said there's no grocery nearby but there is one literally a 10 minute walk at Centerpoint.how close do you need it? There's also two Persian supermarkets in the plaza next door! We have Tim Hortons next door, 2 pizza places close by. There's a pharmacy on the 1st floor and a spa, hair salon and store for eyeglasses.

Some people just seem too picky. I love it here!

A lot of bird poo around the building and the pool is closed often. The price is tooo high. Some people pay hydro.

You may want to find a building with hydro included. This will save you a lot of money.

Biggest downfall is that their is no grocery store within walking distance.

I pay $965 for 3 bedroom apartment very nice and perfect size in London Ontario.
I don’t understand why Toronto’s apartment so expensive. They’re not even In a good condition or up to code.

It's a noisy and dirty building. It is always under renovation. Noise and dust never end. Messy parking, dirty elevators, no fresh air in the hallways, and smell of weed are only a few of the problems. AVOID THIS BUILDING AND SAVE YOUR HEALTH!
