I have been a client of Wee Care for 20 years. Robyn and her incredible team have helped me with various nanny situations over the years. They found me my first nanny when I had my daughter. She stayed with me as a live in for 7 years and then moved 3 minutes away, and continued to work for me as a live out for 8 more years. Robyn also provided me within a weeks notice of temporary Nannie’s when both my parents had surgeries, and needed round the clock care. There has never been a time where she didn’t answer my calls and help me out with whatever my needs were at the time. She also provided my family and friends with their Nannie’s as well upon my recommendation, which I do not take lightly. I still continue to use Wee Care although my children are adults now, for my cleaning lady. Truthfully, Wee Care made my life that much easier. Thx Robyn. You have a client for life!

I had an unpleasant experience dealing with Shauna from Wee Care. I was told potential clients receive a complimentary one day trial placement. No contracts or policies were provided in advance. I asked about the length of the trial and no specifics were provided. The nanny did not have a current background check, nor infant first aid/cpr, and was unfamiliar with basic safety measures like placing an infant to sleep on their back. When I declined the applicant I received a curt text from Shauna demanding a payment for the complimentary trial. When asked why I was not informed of the trial costs and policies in advance - Shauna became hostile. I do not recommend this agency to solo moms or non-traditional family systems.
