Door to door sales staff do not know how to abide by No solicitation sign posted in plain view
And very rude and swore at me.
I had a guy come by ring bell disturbing my work.
I came to the door, he says I'm from weedman, I point to my sign and ask did you see the sign, him I'm not selling anything, but would like to talk to you about and shows me ipad
I told him to read the sign and leave my property.
He then responded F#&k and left
Great customer service you teach your door to door staff to be rude and ignore posted signs.

Has performed lawn work on schedule to our full satisfaction. Pleasant discussion and advice to start contract and we are looking forward to lawn improvement.

This was our first year using the mosquito control offered by Weedman Mosquito Hero. It was amazing to be outdoors and enjoy summer without having to swat them little insects off us. When they application failed (following a heavy rain) i contacted the company using their client account. The representative responded promptly and scheduled a re application (within 10 days after the first application). The person doing the actual spraying was always courteous and always explained what he was going to do. We will subscribe to the service next year for sure

We had nothing but problems with this company. The latest is they are trying to force us on to a plan at triple the cost.

Third and last year we will ever use this company. Their communication is appalling. Despite telling them repeatedly that they need to notify 24 hour in advance so we can ensure the gate to the back yard in unlocked they still fail - after 3 years! Had the gate unlocked two days ago after being notified (got it right that time) they would be coming and guy phones us and was very aggressive to say the gate is locked and he can't get into the back yard. We asked him to push the button on the gate. We waited on the phone until he did and asked if he is now in the back yard. We got a grunt acknowledgement that he was in. A polite person would have apologized. He didn't. Just grunted. Earlier this summer when we were out of the country we received the automatic invoice that is generated once a service is performed but had received no 24 hour notice so we know they did not go into the back yard! The manager didn't believe us saying all staff at trained to not service the property if they cannot get access. Rubbish! The neighbor next door saw them do the front lawn and leave the sign in the lawn saying they had been! They are also supposed to ring the doorbell each time they come and have had that happen maybe once! Also while we were away, no one reported the fact that more than a third of of back lawn was being demolished by the dreaded chinch bug! Did Weedman notify us? Nope. Yet they were quite happy to keep applying fertilizer and all the other treatments to a lawn that was clearly dead! We came home to a mess! Now I am trying to pay an invoice and there is a system error. We will be looking for another company next year for sure.

Technicians always on time, courteous and knowledgeable when asked questions about things lawn-related. Results of various applications vary but attributable to nature of our lawn surfaces and not Weedman program. Every year things seem to get a bit better. Will renew program next year.

The worst company you can work for it as employees. I don't recommend working with them.took money from me for the uniform when I didn't even get the full uniform.also they don’t say that on the first day.

I don’t even own a lawn & this company is somehow calling me religiously 3 times a day

Don’t use this company, don’t give them your phone numbers if they knocked your door.they are scammers unprofessional trying to cheat people.
They have disrespectful cheap salesman calling to insult people.
I will keep putting reviews like this everywhere in the social media until they learn how to speak to people and how to be very careful with others next time

Been with Weed Man for over twenty years and have few complaints, and any problems are quickly solved. Great service at a reasonable price.

I was charged for a weed control application that was not done. I complained and was told to wait 7-10 days to see results, which was crazy since no product was applied to my lawn. When I complained again after 7+ days, they sent a technician who applied the first application. Yet my credit card was charged AGAIN. They claim it was for the second application. Don't make the same mistake as I did. Do not use this company.

When we moved in, in June 2022, all we had was weeds up to our knees. The professionals at WeedMan rescued our lawn. We now have one of the very best (lush, green, thick) lawns on the street in less than one season. Excellent customer service with outside results. Would recommend without any reservations. We’ll see what improvements season 2 will bring.

I've used Weedman to do yearly fertilizing, broadleaf weed control, aerating & nemotodes. All very well done, and at a reasonable cost. More Weedman signs in our neighbourhood than any other service.

Wow! This service is amazing, my family has been with these guys for almost 30 years and through all the upgrades and improvements to the company we're always left happy after each service.
I have two small children now and seeing them be able to play on a nice green, insect free lawn is a beautiful sight to see.

Thank to mosquito heroes and there professional services and products I'm able to enjoy my backyard with no mosquito bites. I definitely advise those who love their outdoor relaxing time to use mosquito heroes services.

Our lawn was in desperate need for some TLC and Weedman did just that! We had an amazing experience with Weedman. They were professional and efficient and our lawn has never looked better. We would definitely be reaching out to them again for the years that follow and recommend them to friends and family.

They provide excellent notification and follow up to their visits. The person who did the application seemed knowledgeable and she offered suggestions that I could do to improve weed control. Impressive!

If you want grass seed put in places you don’t want (like garden beds), products put on your lawn without any thought or sense of timing (corn gluten right after they seeded), customer service that doesn’t listen and service people who don’t care about what they are doing, then this is the company for you. We were with them for four years. Lawn still looks horrible. Pick a company that the operators actually know about lawns.

We pay for mosquito spray treatment; however, their schedule is horrendous. Last year, they didn’t come until the last few days of May so we spent the whole month of May getting bitten by mosquitoes.

This year, I contacted them on May 1 to ask that they come asap so that we didn’t have to spend the whole month getting eaten alive by mosquitoes again. They promised a “rush” to get someone here asap. It’s now May 14 and they have not come.

Is a “rush” supposed to take over half a month? And why do you let your customers get eaten alive for an entire month before you come to spray? Perhaps you should consider starting earlier so that everyone can get a spray before the mosquitoes start.

Save yourself the headache and go with a different spray service. I’m looking into others now - I’ll probably be able to find one and have them come before Weedman gets here for the first time this season.

I wish I can give 0, the account payable keeps on harassing me with me emails and calls where I have prepaid for a service.

My weeds are 90% dead, they came back to do a 2nd.treatment friendly and informative.
My lawn looks like new, I am very satisfied.

I like the workers at Weedman, they are very knowledgeable and will answer all my questions about my lawn. Supervisors also do free inspections which is nice.

Your sales person pushed me away by talking like a robot and ignoring and almost forcing me to buy ur service. Like she's not allowing me to hang up after i said i just need a moment to talk with my wife. I was forced to say why I cant make the decision right now. LMAO. Really considerd using your service but a bad sales killed it. No wonderwhy you got a lot 1 star reviews.

Weed Man did a great job. On time and fast. My lawn showed results within a month and by the fall it was a great improvement. They dealt with a grub problem and reseeded the damaged area. Would not hesitate to recommend them

The Weed Man technician is very good at calling the day before to notify us of his scheduling for our visit. The young men are always polite and willing to discuss issues you may want to talk about. I have little complaint with the service and quality of the work. I sometimes feel that extra so called applications are pricy and should be included in inital annual renewal fees rather than add ons.

STOP HARASSING ME BY TELEPHONE!

Weedman called our home three times today. My wife answered the first two calls. Both times they asked for someone else then they start their sales pitch. I answered the third time. Same scenario about asking for someone else at a different address. When I said it was not, he said no problem and started to pitch Weedman. I stopped him and asked how he got the numbers. He said he just gets the calls. Then I asked how the calls were generated. He said they just came to him. I asked again how the calls were generated, and he said "It is none of our concern. " I disagreed since they have been repeatedly calling our number. He hung up.

Because of this sales tactic used by Weedman, I will never use their services.

I wish I could share some pictures, I have been a client for two years. The grass is dead and the only thing growing is weed. I still wonder the purpose of weed MAN? I will have to do it myself.

My lawn was infested with CRABGRASS; with one treatment from Weed Man, the unwanted crabgrass disappeared and the new grass started to grow quickly. I now have the perfect lawn. I highly recommend using their crabgrass eliminator.

Once Weedman went to Fiesta for weed control without nasty chemicals, they were welcome on my lawn, and have done a good job on weed and grub control.

I used Weed Man last year for my lawn and was not pleased with the results, I found them not as good as I had seen with other companies. So when they asked about renewal for 2020 I declined. This year in June I've received a bill for a visit they never made, and when I took the time to call them to correct it, I was threatened with collections in the second sentence from the 'customer service' agent after I'd calmly explained I was not their customer. I asked to speak to someone who could clarify and was told they have no manager and at best they could have someone call me back in a few days, again threatened with collections. Not impressed.

Their fertilizer works great. My lawn looks lush and green. Their weed control is pretty good too. Like most things you can't get it all. Their staff is always professional and responsive to questions.
