I have had very good experience with the weed man. Happy to use their services for many years!

They are very courteous and let me know when they have my next service. The heads up call is so valuable to me this gives me time to let me know when my dog can be let into the yard or if I need to take her into the park via the front door

Terrible company. Never give them your contact details, they will call you incessantly even after you have told them multiple times you are not interested.

They came to our door once and I gave my number to get a quote. Later they called me back and I told them I am not interested after talking to my neighbours who had a poor experience with them.

This occurred in the summer yet months later I am still getting calls from them from numerous different numbers after I stopped picking up any calls when I saw “ weed man” on the caller id.

I’ve told them multiple times to remove my number but they haven’t so I am writing this review to warn other about their predatory business practices and harassment.

The folks at Weed Man are very courteous, but I can't tell for sure and my lawn is generally weed-free. When I have asked them to do an extra application of weed spray from time to time, they have agreed without issue.

Weed Man did an excellent job on my lawn and got rid of those pesky weeds! I can finally enjoy looking out at my lawn now.

I've had a a pleasure of using weed man for over 1 year and they have completely transformed my lawn. They are great with customer service and always keep you updated on improving your lawn. I would highly recommend!

Weedman keeps me informed of what they’re going to do on my property. They’re always on time and they do a good job.

In past 2 years, I trusted and purchased any services they recommended. They sold me lots of useless services that they didn't work, still have of weeds, crabgrass and yellow grass all over and my lawn was much better before this company.

Be careful dealing with this franchisee. They will take your credit card but then not charge it and charge you late fees on top of their charges.

They provide a good level of services for the value tendered. Will most likely continue using them.

Most terrible experience with this company. Pathetic services provided. Very fast at cross selling and not serving at all. Techs come out and not even spend 2 minutes before they are gone. They are supposed to service the lawn whereas I spent my personal time removing my weeds and end up paying this horrible and pathetic company for their rubbish service

Nothing worked on the purple broadleaves in the past and the grubs were out of control. 2 summers in with weed man and it’s eliminated. My neighbours have the same issue and can’t control it. Weed man transformed my lawn in the first year and now into the second it looks even better. Highly recommend

I've been a loyal customer of Weed Man for many years. They provide great friendly service and do their best to keep my lawn looking healthy and weed free with their products. As long as I follow their recommendations and above all water the lawn. Folks its a joint effort to maintain a healthy lawn.

This people DO NOT do what is in agreement. My feelings is Their responses to different accents are different. May be im wrong But when i call or my friend calls we get two different answers. Mine is always nooo.
They simply make an agreement and dont do it.

Weed man has been maintaining our lawn for years. They do aeration and weed control. Between them and our sprinkler system, our grass is the nicest in the neighborhood.

They never come they have been stealing my money every time I call they say they will send someone and never do when I ask for refund they will not give me it’s a scam company. I have been paying them since may and it’s Aug now! Managers just lie so does the company.

Service is always prompt and the reps are courteous and helpful. If additional applications are required a quick request is all it takes.

Their service is complete in every respect! If you have a problem with service they'll listen and make every attempt to satisfy you!
They're "on the ball"! I know from experience!

This is absolutely the worst lawn care service. DO NOT use this company. They never come on time, or the day they are scheduled to come. They lie constantly and never take ownership for their incompetence. They were supposed to come on more than 5 occasions to spray the back lawn and never did. When I asked for a refund they would not provide one. I was charged for the front and back lawn and services were only provided to the front. A very frustrating experience. Do not waste your time or money on this service. TERRIBLE.

I've been a weedman customer for several years. They have always been easy to deal with and stand behind their work. Their product knowledge is also high.

They also give good value for the work performed and have no issue redoing the work if not satisfied.

My overall satisfaction level is very high.

I would have no problem referring weedman for all of your lawn, fertilizer and related needs.

I don’t recommend their services. Not a company to trust.

When I signed up for their services, all the admin work was impeccable. They sent notification that an appointment is coming up, installed the tiny lawn sign, and send the bill. I did not see any improvement after that, so I called in, another application was booked, at a cost of course, and the bill came in same day the service was supposedly booked. This time I checked the CCTV footage, and as I suspected, it was only the invoice that they had sent. No one came to apply anything. I also guess the first time no one must have shown up as with any weed application you should expect to see at least some improvement.

After I indicated the CCTV footage, they reluctantly sent someone and applied Fiesta and it was effective.

I cancelled my service, as I don’t trust this company. It’s not ethical to charge for services, without providing it and it should not be up to the customer to verify their work has actually taken place or not.

My recommendation is to deal with individuals, and small businesses, those whom you can see and talk to. And also I would recommend doing this one at a time to test it out. This is not a gym membership that you want to enrol. Companies like Weedman take advantage of the comfort people tend to seek in signing up for a service once and get charged forever.

They do fertilization, weed control and aeration. Weed control is not terribly effective due to municipal regulations and neighbours who have a great
amount of untended weeds. Have had them do bug control but that was ineffective.

I have used Weed Man for the past few years. My lawn was full of weed and I used to spend so much time to remove them. As soon as I started with Weed Man its all gone. I am very happy with their service and their commitment.

We used Weed Man Lawn Care for many years and then stopped to try to maintain the lawn ourselves. After several years of fertilizing, weed control and seeding, we have returned to Weed Man as our preferred choice. They are a reliable, efficient and effective lawn maintenance service. Thank you.

Made the mistake of getting a quote with them 2 years ago. Now every year I get multiple marketing calls from them. I have called you guys back a few times. Please stop calling me.

Full season of “weed control”. Halfway through the summer when it continued to get out of control they told me the weeds on my lawn were not controllable and would need to be pulled by hand. My lawn is now declared “unserviceable “.

The sales agents at Weedman are tripping over one another. One couldn’t finish the transaction in the system, five others called me with the same thing. One overpromised, then sent a wrong confirmation. Another one fixed, then one service is missing. What’s recorded of course checks out on their side. About 5 calls to this company to settle this. If this is the sign of things to come in spring, I should have known better…

Extremely poor service. Resulted in no change to my lawn. They also had additional charges on my service and they would not make any adjustments to the bill after multiple complaints. Disappointment with their customer service representative Lisa. Will not recommend this service at all.

All services were provided on time as agreed and in a satisfactory manner. Courteous staff, would not hesitate to recommend them for all your lawn care needs.

Scammers, be aware. This company keeps claiming they have serviced my lawn and I have security cameras. After sending them the video recording that no one serviced my lawn they sent someone. Then again it happened. Be aware.

I want to start out with I have brand new sod! My lawn was new and luscious. When I signed up for Weedman I realized I had already used them a few years ago decided to try them again even though I had not been pleased with their service. That was my first mistake! My lawn appears burnt in some areas after fertilization qnd weed control. Called the office to complain and to notify that my lawn still had weeds. Their response was to send out a technician to assess the lawn. Just as suspected the technician said the lawn had been sprayed with too much fertilizer. He said he would go back to the office and someone would contact me. That was five days ago I contacted the office and was quite upset and was told the supervisor would call me back. A supervisor never called me back when I called in again they said the supervisor was too busy to call me and would now call me on Monday morning this was Friday afternoon. It is now Monday evening and I have not heard back from anyone. My neighbour whom also used Weedman is very disappointed with the service in every aspect of the word service. My recommendation to all is not use this company. Negative 10 in customer service and quality of work!

Absolutely terrible first time service. Main reason I booked them was for aeration. I had new sod laid last summer and as a new home owner was looking for some help maintaining my lawn. The schedule they gave my said aeration for April/May. Called June 1st as no one had showed and they clearly forgot. Put a rush on it. Later that week I noticed the sign on the front lawn that they had come by but no service was provided. Called the office and they said the machine didn’t fit. No one rang the doorbell and asked me to move anything (there were just a few rink boards behind the fence door). So instead of trying to get the job done and communicate with the customer they just left. It’s been two weeks now and still nothing. I’m a yoga teacher and coughed up two weeks of my backyard business because of this aeration. Lost over $700 in revenue. They sent someone over to measure and see that their actually is more than enough room to fit the machine. He said someone should be by in a couple of days and it’s now the end of the week. Absolutely brutal.never recommending or planning to use this company again. I’m sorry weedman Toronto. Looks like you have a bunch of weeds working for you.

Weedman applied weed-control application and they did not do my backyard After contact them again and requesting a inspection that came back and re-applied, but once again backyard was not completed.they came back the 3rd time and they did not apply weed-control in the back again. This company is horrible and I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THEM.

Horible. It took them almost 2 months to come. When they came, they were not even prepared. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I am very disappointed with Toronto weed man. In the first phone talk, I wanted to ask the services and price. And, I expected their quotation by the email. Instead, they sent a invoice and confirmation of the work. And, sent a guy and did work without my consent. (I don't know what he did). They want money not the credit from customer. That is why I don't recommend this company. If you need to use this company, Be very careful in the conversation! They would charge you already and you couldn't cancel.

Used this business in previous years was satisfied with the service. Got a recent quote for their service and decided to decline this time. That is when the CONSTANT phone calls began every other day calling my wife's phone. Politely asked twice to stop calling the calls continue. I'm less polite now unfortunately.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR INFORMATION. They have lost any possibility of future business now. These people are basically the new air duct cleaners in my eyes.

Awful service, made no difference, and they automatically renew the service that I didn't even want.stay away!

Service was fast, efficient, and well done. Technicians were very polite and communicative. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who cares about their lawn.

I use to use them for one season and then I cancelled them for the following year however they still showed up and charged me for the visit. I never authorized them so I'm not sure where the disconnect happened more importantly no apology on their part. Very over priced and there are other companies with better service and customer support.

I originally hired Weed Man to maintain the condition of a new lawn. They have done that, and I can recommend them completely!

Weed Man was awesome! They responded right away. Talked with me through all my concerns. Came out and did a site visit later that week and told me what the plan was to get the lawn green and happy again. They have great customer service, great communication about when services are happening and an easy online portal to make payments or over the phone. Super happy with their service that I already booked them for next summer! Don't waste your time with others. Just call Weed man and let them do their thing. Easy choice. Highly recommend!

They make promises before they start their service and then when there are no results they try to sell you more products. Lots of promises no results! Then they tell you you can’t control weeds or that they can’t do anything about ‘those’ kind of weeds. Save your money. Go elsewhere!

Their work is most satisfactory and efficient. The results speak for themselves! We are happy to have one of the better-looking lawns on our street!

I have used Weedman for two seasons and find them to be very responsive.always replies promptly and have come to redo the maintenance and follow up. My grass has certainly improved but still not 100% there yet.

Unfortunately, I’ve had a most unpleasant experience with weed man. I contracted with them to do a 3 times yearly application. They arrived in early July for the first application and sprayed 4-5 weeds in the backyard and front yard - despite weeds being everywhere. I called immediately to voice my concern and the office informed me that it was too hot to make an application. They indicated they would return as soon as the weather allowed. It is been 2 weeks. I called to cancel my service today. They refused to refund my first payment. Despite the fact that they did not provide the full service. Refused to hear my perspective or to elevate my concerns.

Dishonest company, worst customer service, deserve 0 star
After my house was for sale, I called customer service to cancel the service, they ignored me and lied saying they never received my call. They kept sending people to my house without my permission. The worse customer service I have ever had. And there are lies after lies. This company should be out of business. Shame for them,

Terrible service, had to keep calling them to show up, no communication. Never know if or when they are coming. Needed emergency treatment initially, new house, they had a tech right next door and he said I wasn't on the list, this was more than a week after I ordered. Also be careful with continual "service". They will charge you if you don't cancel. Product is minimally effective. Finally after calling they came October 4, told to wait 5 days for results, called back after 5 days, informed they don't do treatments in October. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Cancelled any future with them Don't know how they stay in business.

Service made no visible difference in my lawn even after I followed their recommended protocol. Weeds were persistent and very visible all season long. Didn't call me back for end of season service I requested twice.
