Doesn’t matter how the service was, what the cost was etc.none of our weeds died, nor did the grubs. All that matters!

Staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly My lawn is beautiful One of the best on the street I would highly recommend Weed Man if you want a nice lawn

The sales people are the worst. I've been with them 2 years for simple weed control and it's a cycle of them calling a harassing me for extra services and when I tell them I'm not interested they get pushier and won't let it go. You have no idea how angry this makes me and less likely to resume your services the next year. Oh and there's still plenty of weeds in my yard

Update: a week later I received an invoice that a technician did a weed control application on my yard, yet my front yard cameras spotted no one all day. Had to call the following Monday and they told me their technician thought it was going to rain and "accidentally " hit the button that the weed treatment was done. This company man.

They don't do the work they claim to do. They put a sign on the lawn to claim they were thee, but don't actually do the work. A total scam.

L contacted Weed Man this year as my husband is 93yrs, thought it was time. The lawn is looking great, nice & green with the care it has been given. GOOD JOB. Thanks Weed Man.

Warning to anyone considering Weed Man. Burned my lawn bad. Then when I tried to cancel, they offer free services for the next year however they still end up charging for them! Then sent it to a collections agency.

Tried to speak to a manager and they refused.

Never again will I have anything to do with this company!

- Charges were eventually waived but it was not worth the stress and timed wasted to get there.

The young man that came to the door this last visit was exceptionally nice and made my elderly mother very happy

Takes time for your lawn’s health to improve but you will get results! Agents were always very friendly and courteous. I like that if the agent applying a weed application thought there were more applications required, they went ahead and booked the next visit (free!)

The first two visits are good will keep updating about the experience. Also how sorted the weed issue is

After numerous phone calls, I decided to answer Weedman and politely decline their services. The phone solicitor continued to try and sell their services, and when I once again declined, I was in midsentence, and he hung up on me… really? In the future if I am looking for a company, I will not be choosing weed man.

Had a few bad experiences with these guys and cancelled my service. They relentlessly call me all the time and I tell them I'm not interested. I try being polite but last time was the last and told them to f off and never call me again.

Seriously do not use these guys

****UPDATE. I filled out the survey and they will not give me a scheduled date to come look at the lack of job they did. I will 100999% be taking my business elsewhere next season.

I feel as if they did a poor, rushed job. My yard is filled with weeds and every time they come, they are here for like 5 minutes. Will not return next year as a customer. Unfortunately my husband has paid for the year, otherwise I’d stop now.

Very happy with Weed Man Lawn Care, both price and quality and consistency of service. We have THE BEST grass on the block.

I had posted an earlier review of the Mosquito Hero service offered by Weed Man Lawn Care which was not very favourable. I felt mislead that the service would target mosquitoes because the insecticide used is fairly broad-spectrum and can negatively impact beneficial insects, also. I was contacted immediately by the owner who took time to clarify the dose/concentration of the permethrins in the spray-it is quite low. The decision to perimeter spray is a personal one for each consumer and a balance of benefit versus risk. I was impressed by how responsive Weed Man was to my concerns and appreciated the conversation about their products and their use.

They used fertilizer and weed control on my lawn looks beautiful. Front yard had a bit more weed so I called them and very professional team.they told me ASAP we will send team to respray front and back yard with weed control again.over all I was happy with customer service day one I called to this day. Very great people. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great lawn.

The price was ok. I wouldn't honestly do it again next year.
They came and sprayed. I was half convinced it was dandelion fertilizer. I actually had more dandelions then in previous years. I called to voice my concerns and they noted someone would come back and spray again. I've yet to see this person. It's been almost 14 days. I also added mosquito hero to my order. I was kind of hoping they would be out by now to spray. They were not.
I'm lucky as I travel to the United States regularly so I'll just take care of my weeds with the good American stuff. I would not recommend weedman at all.

Added note: so I noticed they responded and said give them a call. I did, they promised to come back and respray. That was well over 2 weeks ago. They have yet to come respray. I'm not sure what the point is. The stuff they spray is garbage. I purchased some weed be gone spectracide from the United States. Did my front yard only. Not a weed in site. Back yard which does have pets playing hence why we chose weedman. Weeds everywhere. I'll add some photos. Dandelions, creeping Charlie, clover.all the stuff that weedman assured me would be dead. Thanks weedman.
I will say this. We did the mosquito hero add on and it truly works. I've not seen a mosquito since they sprayed that. So at least one service they advertise works!

Second note:
Well the first spraying was may 9th. The prompt second spraying was June 3rd. (After I called on the 14th of May and complained) I've included a second set of photos after the second spraying. Not even any discoloration. Even garbage weed be gone you see some discoloration after 3 hours. My next call will be to request a refund.

Always send an email to advise when they're coming to provide service on my lawn and same if they can't due to weather conditions. Friendly, courteous and know their stuff. I had problems with weeds when I first moved to this property but they came back numerous times. Great value for service provided.

We had to remind the tech team that we contracted for BOTH sides of the semi detached lawn and the boulevard. Next time, check your paperwork. The correction was made immediately, and there was no problem. But what if we were not there and paying attention?

Good, solid and reliable company for lawncare. Always willing to negotiate a fair price for summer packages. You just have to keep on them for continual weed control, which is available every 7 days at no extra cost. I wish they would just spray for weeds every two weeks without having to phone them for it. Otherwise, wouldn't go with anyone else-I've been a customer for more than a decade.

Don’t provide your contact information unless you want to be contacted endlessly. I provided a phone number for a quote in the spring of 2020 and to this day receive calls at least once or twice a week during the lawn care season to solicit business. I’ve asked repeatedly to be taken off of the call list, but have ended up just blocking their number. Not only do they call often, but at all times: 6pm during weeknights, weekends, you name it. At this point I’d literally rather pay any company than these guys to manage my lawn.

They won’t stop harassing me. I called once to inquire and then decided on a different company. They called me 12+ times and now showed up at my house. Highly inappropriate. Don’t fill out their info form. They will never leave you alone

My lawn has never looked so bad. I have called since the first application in spring when the dandelions didn't die. Then they came out and did another useless application and then charged me for the summer one and it has increased weeds since then. I asked for someone to follow up as the weeds were so bad at which they did and when I called back in I was told they are bad you need to overseed to kill the weeds. So why are you continously charging me.for weed application why not overseed. I would save your money and buy lots of grass seed!

First and last time I will be a customer. Their service was timely throughout the year, but for almost $400 my front lawn looked pretty awful all year. When asked about why it wasn't getting better, they tried to sell me on other stuff (e.g. Grub treatment, crab grass treatment). The worst part about the company is their sales tactics. Constant phone calls and very pushy sales people that really turned me off

Overall I'm satisfied with service. But have had to call them to reapply weed control. Have always come when requested.

We are pleased with the service provided by Weedman. Having this service has made a difference to our lawn. If needed, the telephone service rep is able to answer our questions and will rebook a lawn application. The senior technician promptly came when requested and was able to help identify some problem areas and how to remedy them.

Very helpful and very informative. The information provided will help me in the future. My questions were answered, and a remedy provided.

We are very happy with our Weed Man service. Our lawn is lush and green and mostly free of weeds - a big improvement over what our lawn looked like before Weed Man.

Please be aware, their contract bounds you for annual services! The onus is on you to cancel them. I just got charges for services for service on a property I moved out of one year ago.

Excellent customer service both people answering the phone and technicians.
Silos has been a huge help in getting rid of the weeds and I'm taking his advice in how to get rid of the crabgrass. Silos also recommended a different application that would be better for my lawn. Silos has a lot of patience in answering all of my questions. Silos is always friendly and very professional.

Grass is looking great. Was given advice on watering and the type of grass seed to use. Very friendly and professional senior technician was able to answer my questions.

Had the services of the weed man for the third year. I like that their work is guaranteed. If I phone and still see weeds after the time is suggested, they come, check and re spray. Thank you gang

After 2 weed applications there is very little evidence that any weeds were eliminated. Not sure what they spray but it might as well be water for all the effect it had.

My lawn is in worst situation since i moved in 6 years ago. These guys applied the weed application twice for this year with no results at all. The weed is spreading every where as the image can tell. Now they asking me to pay for a job has not been done! I used to hire another company for the last two years and it was good. I tried to save some money by weed man but it does not work.

I had a wonderful experience today with Silas, the technician who knocked on my door to discuss the issues with my lawn today. He was pleasant, informative and friendly.

I expressed interest in their services; however, I didn't realize that was an open invitation to harass me from 3 or 4 different phone numbers. When I told them I had gone with a different company (which was quite a bit cheaper and doing a good job), they didn't stop calling. When I block one number, they call from a different number. Don't give this company the time of day unless you want to be relentlessly harassed.

They just care about your money not your lawn. I hired them before the snow melted and it’s now May - they came once to fertilize half my lawn and haven’t been back. I called a week ago to complain about the weeds popping up and they said they’d send someone out soon. This was my lawn today. Weed Man — YOU’RE FIRED!
