Weed Man Lawn Care

1st year no results on my creeping Charlie. 2and year Martin best back the weed. Turned a 1star review to 5.

Weed Man's Lawn Care Service is always dependable with a high degree in professional performance. Their service people are always polite and motivated to care for us as their customer.

This is the first year we've tried the Weed Man and it has made a big difference. Our lawn is finally looking good and the grass is getting stronger. The guy who comes and sprays our lawn is very nice and friendly. They have professional staff and their service really makes a difference. I would recommend this service.

Have had the services of Weedman for three years now and am completely satisfied with their servce, courtesy and friendliness.

In windsor Ontario. Waste of money. After a small fortune for their service my lawn has never looked so bad, full of dead patches and weeds. The only thing they were good at is collecting the money. When I complained they drop off some grass for me to repair the dead patches myself.

They came one time to to weed control and it didn’t make a dent on our lawn. I asked for reapplication treatment which they say is free during our payment period and I’ve waited over 3 weeks and no one has gotten back to us. I spent almost 300 on their care package for absolutely nothing. They do not honor their word and back up their jobs. Do not use them. Completely unprofessional.

The worst customer service we have EVER received! What we paid for was not completed at all. After calling and emailing multiple times they still did not help the situation! Every person we spoke with talked over us and was unprofessional and rude! Save yourself time and money and don’t bother with them! We have never been so disrespected and disappointed. Our neighbours grass is beautiful and uses Mr. Goodlawn.

I signed up to have Weedman treat our lawn 4 times throughout the spring summer and fall. I believe today was our final application of spray and fertilizer. I would like to thank the gentleman that was just at our home in Kingsville. I believe he said his name is Charles. He did a thorough job, not knowing I was keeping an eye on him. Once finished, he came to the door, pleasantly introduced himself, explained what he had applied to our yard and provided instructions on care for the next few hours, warning about keeping animals or small children off the grass for a short time period. Thank you Charles for your kindness, professionalism, thorough job and going the extra mile to provide excellent customer service!

Most unreliable company.they never did my backyard and weeds all over the place. They lied to me several times that they did the service and charged me right away, I am tired of calling them, texting them, e-mailing them, no professionalism, not worried about the lawn care at all, I told all my friends not to use them in future!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The tech who came to my house never did the backyard. When trying to contact the manager they just don't call you back. Talking to the 1 800 number will get you no where. I had to cancel 3 months in and then they didn't want to repay me for half the yard they didnt do twice. Very unprofessional. They are supposed to text you before coming but we're unable to transfer the number from one to the other correctly. (Main account to tech invoice) Scott the manager never calls and you cannot talk to a supervisor or manager when calling them. If you do not watch them you are most likely being scammed.

Weedman is doing a great job maintaining my lawn. I am very happy with their good, timely and professional services. I will highly recommend Weedman.

Very happy with my first application for weed control. The tech that did the work was very pleasant and answered all my questions without hesitation!

Worst customer service, their products doesn’t work, the workers skip big parts of the lawn to finish the job quickly and leave.

The woman took through hose without care and banged or metal patio chairs all around and just left them there completely not professional I have her one our ring camera and weed man denied being here then said they would come look at the video a few times but never did

Came to my door asking if they could “text” me a free quote for lawn care. Called multiple times and I answered once and the person was very aggressive, and did not agree that I should have to ask my wife before deciding. Called every day since until I answered the phone again today. I asked a few more questions and said I’d talk it over with my wife. The man, who was different than the first, gave me the same tone as the first and ultimately hung up on me. Perhaps their physical services are good, but not with how they handle (potential) customers.

A man named Nicholas called to follow up on the quote they offered. He began the conversation very welcoming and friendly. I informed him that we’ve decided to try and purchase our own spray this year and fertilize/oversees ourselves to see how that goes for us this year (due to $). He ended the call rudely and just said ok thanks for your time and hung up on me. Unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend they treat potential future customers this way. If we are unable to manage our property on our own and require someone else’s services after all, I would be hesitant to call this company back for help.

Just an amazing job. Was hesitant at first but now I definetly will be a repeat customer and highly recommend their services

Every spring my grass always looks beautiful and grows like crazy thanks to your amazing fertilizer combination. Neighbours comment on how nice and extra green it is. Thank you from a happy customer.

Very Poor quality, used this company for more than a year and always had weeds all over my law so I cancelled, also they sprayed and killed my mint plants

After I informed them that I was not interested, the phone calls never stoped. Following the numerous amount calls, I had a cordial conversation with one of their representatives. She promised that I would not be solicited anymore.
It took only three days before I started receiving these calls again. I tried to ignore it hoping that it would stop, but it did not. When Nick called I tried to tell him that I did not want to receive calls and I even used the word “harassment”, but he still kept asking who would take care of my lawn. I wanted to ask if he needed help, because what he was doing was not even being a good sales person. I told him I hate to be impolite and hanged up on him.
Mr Owner, I am holding you responsible. Next time you call me, it really is going to cost you. Think!

Would never use their service solely based on the fact that they called my cell phone incessantly every day for weeks on end and every time I answered they would just hang up. What proper business prank calls people. When I posted screenshots of this harrassment to my FB I had multiple friends complain about their poor services and extremely pushy door to door sales people. They will never get my business. I finally had to block their number.

I take care of my own lawn because I enjoy it. Last year I got phone calls from them and declined to sign their service, they called me again about a month ago and I declined again but they keep calling me every day, Monday to Sunday and a few times I pick up to ask them to not call me again the system hangs up on me. Last Saturday I called them back and asked, again, for them to stop calling me but it keeps calling me every single day, non stop.
This is unprofessional and if I ever will sign a lawn care service it won't be with Weed Man Lawn Care.
Please, remove my phone number from your system!

This company is a joke. They were so passionate about their guarantee to fixing my lawn from the weeds. They promised a healthy, green lawn, and now its fall and my lawn has more weeds and patches than ever. They had the audacity to call me to re-new my membership for the next season, and I said no thanks. They kept calling. They are a scam, a highly don't recommend them.

Waited 3 days for some one to come out to the house and evaluate our needs and quote a price! Still waiting, they can't be bothered!

I would not recommend Weed Man even to my worst enemy. We had the worst experience.

First came and fertilized my front lawn and the worked was at our house for 3 minutes. (We have a pretty big property and our ring camera showed the worked just do certain areas and left). I called to complain and also say I did not pay for my front yard but for my backyard.

So they came out and did the backyard. They knocked on the door after the work was completed. I took maybe a minute to get to the door & the employee was across the street about to get in his car. I said "excuse me" and he screams something across the street than gets into the vehicle. I couldn't hear what was said because of the traffic on my road.

Than I notice my front and back lawn after the fertilizer application, it looks like my lawn had an alien sighting due to green patches of where they fertilizer and almost yellow where they didn't (super stripped).

I called and complained because now my lawn looked quite ridiculous due to poor application. I have attached drone footage in the photos.

Than I get a call saying my property is alot bigger than I was quoted, if I wanted to continue using their services I would have to pay an additional $xxxx. If I was quoted a price and already paid for their services until the end of October. I should be granted the difference. Until next term but it was "pay the additional money or cancel your services and get whatever refunded for the services they haven't completed yet. "

In the end I just ended up canceling our services with them.

Moral of the story. Save yourself the headaches. I had a customer of mine say "you didn't hire weedman for your lawn care did you!? I have heard nothing but bad things about them". I should have listened.

My workplace has had an excessive weed problem for as long as we have been here (13 years) and since using the services of Weed Man Lawn Care we have seen a drastic improvement in our appearance and we have recently started to use them!

June 29,2021 - Martin just sprayed my lawn with some weed preventative/killer and took the time to explain what he was doing and how the product worked. Full of knowledge and information. Very professional. He even took the time to assist the elderly lady across the street with a few questions she had regarding weeds. Great service.

I hired Weedman Windsor because I lost control of weeds in my lawn. When I contacted them, I explained that I had extensive invasion of Creeping Charlie and they assured me that they could handle the problem. The first time they showed up to spray, they were here less than 15 minutes and only prayed one tenth of the infected areas. I called and complained and they acknowledged the problem explaining they would spray again, free of charge after 10 days. The second spraying was no better than the first killing no more than 20 percent of the weeds at this point. I called and complained again and the lady I spoke with said they would send someone out to do a blanket spray; finally I thought, this should do the trick. They showed up several days later and guess what, no blanket spray but he did they did cover a little more area. In total after 3 weed sprayings they have only eliminated and estimated 40% of my weed problem. I have attached 2 photos of Creeping Charlie infested areas of my lawn and remember, this is after 3 sprayings. There are many more areas like these.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company.
I have changed my Satisfaction Level to 2 because I received an email that invited me to use their messaging system to contact them. In their message they said they would get my weed problem fixed at no additional cost explaining that Creeping Charlie was difficult to control. So for now, I will wait and see if they live up to their promise.

They got it done when they said n they seem like honest young men I'm glad I picked them n if u need something done don't hesitate to call them

Sales person are very unprofessional, instead of listening to customer they just keep pushing selling profucts and services you dont want. Next year I would not go for weedman ever again. Bad sales skill bad attitude.intimidating customer is a HUGE mistake.

The men were polite and professional. They happily responded to pay close attention to an area of concern and did exactly as I asked. The lawn looks much better than it ever has, and my wife is very happy. We are both glad to have tried the Weed Man experience.

First time using The Weed Man. Thus far, I’ve been very pleased with their professionalism, and the results following lawn applications to date.
I had been using the services of an independent and well-known local lawn maintenance business for some time, but was not always pleased with the results, and/or their application scheduling dates. Seemingly, “they’d get around to it, when they so did”…and this, after having paid in full for the entire season. Further, The Weed Man’s service fees are considerably much less…and this, for the exact same service applications that I have come to expect.
I would definitely recommend them to family and friends, as the level of service is indeed more than satisfactory.

Customer service has been great. Love getting a text message before service is being performed so I am prepared. The nematode service is amazing, the grubs are all gone and the grass looks great. Love that they will analyse your grass and recommend certain services for it to look better, or to get rid of things like crab grass.

It is my firs year with weed man. They are very diligent. If an application does not meet your expectations, the for sure give you another application with no cost. I will continue with weed man.

I had Kyle take care of my lawn and I've never been happier! Polite, funny, easy to talk to and the work him and his team did for me was excellent. I'll be a returning customer for sure!

Absolutely love the work that was done by Kyle and Johnathan! They worked extremely hard and the end result was beautiful! They were fast at their jobs and I couldnt be more pleased with my beautiful front lawn! Thank you Kyle, Johnathan and WeedMan! I will be returning for future services!

Great service first year with them and so far my lawn is looking better a couple spots where the grass is brown from my dog peeing there so I threw down some seed and it never took and then Kyle told me to rake up the area and put fresh seed down then cover it with soil for better results guess time will tell if it comes back till then keep up the great work Weed Man

The technicians did a tremendous job. They were efficient in the applications of fertilizer and weed prevention sprayand careful around my garden areas. The questions I had were answered to my complete satisfaction. The jury is still out on the weed control. They come and reapply each time I call but the product seems to struggle eliminating the weeds. I'll decide at season end if it is successful

Horrible company don't ever sign up with weedman it a fake product from a fake company you try and cancel but they don't let you and continue charging you for the service even after numerous attempts to cancel and they'll go as far as taking you to court to get money this company should not be allowed to operate
