OMG! I would give this place 20 Stars if I could. I’m offering to pay your bill if you don’t have the best experience. This restaurant has the best customer service. First time here and I’m definitely a fan. Please do yourself a favor and visit this restaurant. Tell them Vito sent you.

We just came to eat on New Year’s Eve with my boyfriend, and the service was outstanding. Nolan, the bartender was very helpful and the food was so tasty. Totally recommended!

Had a really great experience for a birthday dinner here. The service was authentic and helpful when choosing from all of the options. Every item we tried was good. $90pp for 5 items which includes an entree, the other items can be anything you like from soup, salad, apps, drinks or dessert. Personally I think the value is really fair and you could definitely pay a lot more for less elsewhere. This is one of the first places I'd take some visiting Niagara for a full dining experience.

What a wonderful hidden gem
The food was fabulous and the service the same. Highly recommend this place and definitely will be coming back. The filet of beef was perfect and the gnocchi was the BEST I have ever had. Melt in your mouth good.

Weinkeller is a perfect retreat from the chaotic tourist filled streets of Niagara Falls. As you step down into the restaurant, you are transported into a foodie's dream world. The large wood beams overhead and the brick walls made for an inviting and intimate atmosphere.

Kaleigh's service was informative, attentive, and sincere. Her playful since of humor and ability to anticipate our needs made our experience one we will remember for years to come.

Everything we ordered was presented very well and prepared perfectly. It was very obvious the chef took a tremendous amount of pride in making sure each ingredient paired well with the other ingredients in the dish.

Menu highlights includes the caesar salad, which was among the best I've ever had. As mentioned in many other reviews, the fried goat cheese was absolute perfection. It was perfectly fried on the outside, and the cheese in the center was warm but not runny. The striploin was a perfect blend of beef flavor and tenderness. I ordered mine with the bacon jam and added blue cheese. I highly recommend it. My wife ordered hers with the bernaise sauce and enjoyed every bite.

I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. It belongs amongst the best.

The food here was spectacular! The chefs take special care to curate each dish to perfection. I had the tuna crisps as an appetizer based off the servers direction and was not disappointed. Came to Weinkeller after a long day at the casino. Sat at the bar and asked the bartender for anything to eat but seafood. He brought a goat cheese app and a porkchop main dish. Both were out of this world! Had a glass of wine on tap and it was fantastic. Service, food and wine were all incredible and highly recommend!

If you love exceptional food and wine this is the place to go in Niagara CN. After they explain the way the menu works it is easy to mix and match courses with wine pairings.

Had a great experience here. Our waiter Jazz had impeccable customer service, they were so lovely to chat with & were very on top of everything. The food exceeded expectations and the menu style/pick 5 items feature was really nice. Doesn’t leave you with menu envy because you’re basically able to try everything you’re interested in. Didn’t expect such a cozy/rustic style restaurant that close to Clifton hill. We’ll definitely be back.

Had an absolutely amazing time. The food is phenomenal (as always)! So much of it is made in the restaurant, they also will happily work with you to get you what you want (within reason). 2 times I have gone and had them modify their dishes for us, not one complaint about!
I have had something different each time I have been (think this was trip 5), each time amazed how good it is. You think you are full, until you taste it, managing to squeeze more in.
The wait staff are truly what made me write this though. They treat you as if you are a close friend. Offering suggestions, insight and honest answers. I have even had them pick my food/sauces for me. Again, blown away each time. They never seem to be in a rush, always happy to converse and check in. They make you feel like you are the most important table in the place. I can't think them enough (had a blonde waitress twice who could teach courses on how to handle customers!). We went on a trip from Toronto to Niagara with Weinkeller being the main reason! Worth the trip!

My boyfriend and I love Weinkeller, the staff was friendly and informative. The food was well presented and delicious. We were lucky to be there on a quieter night and got to enjoy an intimate evening!

Such a different and enjoyable dining experience. A breath of fresh air if you are sick of all the chain restaurants that are available when travelling. Food was terrific. I upgraded to the coffee rubbed bacon wrapped filet mignon. Absolutely worth the upgrade. The fried goat cheese was to die for and the dessert was fabulous.

Our server Berdine was tremendous. I can't say enough about the amazing service she provided to us. She was super friendly and her knowledge of the menu and history of the restaurant / building was top notch.

Great food and even better service. I reserve 5 stars for the most delicate balance of flavours in food that I try. This place is almost there. If I could give another half star I would. Server was very attentive and they sat us just after the last time slot. It was very welcoming. Food choices are great. Atmosphere is great.

This place was amazing! It is so warm and inviting! My family was visiting great wolf lodge and wanted a nice dinner. Dan was amazing and the service was phenomenal! It is a winery within a restaurant. I was able to have a red wine flight with food parings.

Food: My husband and I let Dan decide on what we should get and it did not disappoint! For apps we had the red pepper soup and beef carpaccio. The soup was so silky smooth and I loved the tang of the goat cheese. The carpaccio was well balanced and the panzanella salad cut the richness of the dish. For other apps we had the oysters, mussels, and goat cheese. The oysters were fabulous! We love Tide and Vine! The mussels had the most delicious broth and the fries had a hint of truffle. The goat cheese was amazing! I wish it had some black pepper, spice, or acid. It was so rich, but so tasty!

For mains: we had the special. The bacon wrapped filet was so tender and cooked perfectly. The veggies were also amazing along with the potatoes. My husband and I were so stuffed before the mains! The portions are generous, but we wanted to try it all!

Overall it was a phenomenal restaurant for food, service, and ambiance! We will definitely be back!

If you are looking for a relaxing dining experience, I highly recommend Weinkeller. Great food and awesome service. Berdine was fantastic. She was very attentive and efficient. We had a great evening celebrating our daughter & son-in-law's 10th wedding anniversary.

Every time I’m on vacation I like try a gourmet type restaurant and check out the meals
A lot of the times I am disappointed either with the serving size or just the general taste of it all.
I was really happy with this place, the service and the meal in general.
$85 five choices may seem a little pricey but if you’ve eaten at any other restaurant in the vicinity that is a little upper scale this is by far the best value.
The waitress was great and she explained things a few times to me so I understood, and the atmosphere in general was also great.
I would recommend this place to others.
I hope it is around for a long time, next time I’m in Niagara Falls I will go back.

For the second time I have enjoyed the service of Berdine and Dan while basking in the dining experience. Hands down, the best restaurant in Niagara Falls. The food, the service, the experience, the ambiance is worth every penny.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this place was so good I had to. Portion sizes were great, food was delicious, staff was friendly and very polite. Definitely somewhere I plan to visit again.

Great dining experience. It all started with the friendliest server. She was incredibly attentive and added to the entire dining experience. Food was excellent and great wine selection.

A bit expensive but definitely worth it. The wines are tasty and the seafood is fresh. Waiters and waitresses are polite and professional.

This isn't just dinner; it's an experience. 5 course fixed menu with delicious wine and masterfully crafted dishes. The service was excellent; we came in at the last minute without a reservation (though you probably should get one if you're reading this) and the staff seated us and ensured we were well tended to.

What an amazing night out! Monday of a long weekend and the staff was still on point! Great food. Both of our steaks cooked to perfection and amazing service provides by Kaileigh (sp?). She was so friendly and knowledgeable and really brought the menu to life. Everything was wonderful. Busser/food runner was all over it and was very descriptive when he dropped off the charcuterie. Can't recommend this place enough. Amazing atmosphere and incredible create your own 5 course (with options) menu. Big thank you to you all for an amazing night!

Service and ambiance were great, food did not live up to the hype. Would not be writing this if the meal wasn't so darn expensive. I've never in my life felt compelled to leave a restaurant review before today.

Got the mussels as an app at the recommendation of the host. They were served piled high in a narrow dish, so the sauce (pretty good shallot, garlic, white wine and cream sauce - standard for mussels) was hard to access until most of the shells were out of the way. The mussels were also covered in what seemed like KFC fries dusted with granulated garlic (sold as "garlic fries"). They were fine, but, due to all the mussels in the way, could not easily get dunked in the sauce. Moreover, the sauce was much too thin to properly coat the fries, and the fries were similarly unfit to properly soak up the sauce. This is not the kind of place where you'd want to ask for mayo or ketchup. A wide bowl and a hunk of bread instead of fries would have made much more sense for this dish.

I paired the mussels with some white wine which was served at red wine temp. Whatever, no biggie. There's more wine coming later, and it'll be red.

Wife's fried cheese app was pretty awesome. Crispy fried puck of goat cheese with honey.

We both got the steak as our main. The meat was tender, though severely under-salted. The tables didn't have salt shakers, and this is not the kind of place where you'd want to ask for one. The steaks appeared to have been cooked to doneness before being seared. Usually that works out well, but in this case the searing took place on a grill with very narrow and spaced-out grates, leaving beautiful lines, but 90% of the meat's surface remained grey. No caramelization and no salt = no beef flavour. I got the chimichurri as my sauce which was also undersalted, and overpowered by the raw garlic. "It burns" said my wife when she tasted it. She had ordered the bearnaise, sauce, which she described as "OK. "

The vegetables were sad. Undercooked broccoli and brussels sprouts, lightly steamed or blanched, served completely naked and unseasoned next to a piece of similarly presented yellow beet. Serving veggies like this is why veggies get a bad rap. (Most fancy restaurants would get some char on these greens, and somehow incorporate butter or bacon or parmesan or some dressing). The mash with caramelized onions was OK, a little chunky, nothing to write home about (but at least it contained salt). None of the components of the dish were hot, figuratively or literally. Neither of us came close to finishing our plates.

Wife got the ganache-filled wontons for dessert. She liked them. They reminded me of the kind of dessert you'd get from an all-you-can-eat sushi place, where they come up with a fusiony thing to compensate for proper Asian desserts not really existing. Not bad, but not gonna take off as a popular thing. Anyway, it was fine. I wasn't hungry anymore, despite arriving freshly stoned and primed for the munchies. I opted for a safe glass of beer as my final course.

There were several other apps, mains and desserts we could have tried but didn't. Maybe they're good. Based on what I tried though, I couldn't recommend the food. I know I could have spent $20 on a mussels app, $30 on a steak main, and 3 X $10 drinks at several other restaurants in the vicinity and walked out feeling better about an $80 meal. It's worth noting that the 3 drinks could have been replaced by appetizer or dessert courses of higher value, but then drinks would have been extra. Mostly because of the disappointment of the main course, in the end it felt to me like another high cost/low value experience typical of the Niagara Falls tourist strip.

I cannot say enough good things about Weinkeller. The owner is extremely welcoming and you can tell he takes great pride in his establishment, he made a point of going table to table to make small talk in between seating new guests to their tables. Our server was an incredibly sweet and genuinely kind human being, she was so accommodating and I just loved her, I felt like I had known her my whole life! Our drinks were never empty and neither were our stomachs. The food was out of this world, the best steak we've ever had. Highly recommend! We will never forget our meal and we will be back!

Dined on Oct 18/21. What an amazing experience. I can’t say enough about the quality of our meal. Outstanding service as well. I will be happy to recommend to family and friends. Already planning our next visit. Pictured is the Pork Belly Salad. Didn’t take anymore pictures as I couldn’t wait but all of the courses were plated as nice as the salad.

Best restaurant my boyfriend and I have ever been to. The food was incredible. I would definitely recommend the fried goat cheese. I'm not a huge fan of goat cheese but this appetizer is worth trying. Service was also amazing and food arrived very quickly! I would recommend trying the three meal option for $65.

Went here last weekend during a little getaway and this was honestly one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. Everyone was very kind and seemed legitimately excited about what they were serving, and we loved the experience of the 5 item experience. The ambiance was also very comfortable, very classy but not pretentious. We will definitely be back next time we're in town!

An amazing and out of this world experience. This place offers a very original formula of 5 choices or points to build your own menu. The decoration of the place is outstanding and charming. I ordered the oysters and they are fresh, tasty and well presented. For the main I got the striploin with chimichurri. The steak was perfectly cooked and the flavor was simply fantastic. Connor, our server was a pro, a true gentleman who has the ability to make your evening a special one. His recommendations were the perfect fit for our meal. Surprisingly the bill was not that high, taking into consideration the great service and the amazing food the prices are actually low. Definitely consider this restaurant in your trip to Niagara, it is a fine and delicate experience that will highlight your trip. Five stars are not enough to properly describe this place. Bravo and congratulations!

One of the best experience that I’ve had in NF. The 5 course menu is worth it and my friends and I loved the flexibility of how we could choose the courses. The filet mignon which was the chef’s special for the evening was prepared to perfection. I was celebrating a bday and was blown away by the care and how they went above and beyond to make my experience so special. Definitely would recommend this resto!

Service was excellent. Our server Connor explained the menu very well and was very attentive. Food was delicious and the portions were very hefty. The only caveat I have is that they ran out of ice wine and the Charcuterie board ended up being the value instead of 2 items instead of 1 because of its size. I feel that this should be reflected on the menu. Other then that I had a great experience and will be coming back again.

Right off the bat the host or maître d was incredibly rude and demeaning about a mistake with our reservation. He outright accused us of losing the restaurant hundreds of dollars because we had accidentally made 2 reservations, even though there was another group which had just walked in without a reservation and happily took over our second table.

The menu is fixed price of 80 dollars per person with no alternative, which is completely fine, but it does then set the expectations quite high for what you then expect from the food and experience. If you are going to have people pay that price, you need to deliver, and unfortunately they did not.

There was a large dead bug in my moms salad, the mains came out late and cold, the white wine was warm, and the overall experience did not live up to the standard they set for themselves.

The venue was lovely and our server was great, but everything else left much to be desired.

The food was great, especially the way the meals are organized and the time in between.

All the food was incredible; out of the 9 dishes we ordered, there wasn't a single thing we'd change. Wish I got to try the tuna tataki, but it was already sold out. Just a reason to visit again!

Dan was an amazing waiter and extremely knowledgeable about the restaurant and the food to be served. Every dish was absolutely amazing and worth every penny spent. It was my mother's birthday and he was able to get her name put on the dessert dish and it made her so happy to see that. Please visit Weinkeller for a great night out.

If I could give an infinite amount of stars, I would! Came here last night with my partner and a friend and the experience was nothing but amazing. Our waitress was phenomenal, and very charismatic. The food was well beyond our expectations and I will certainly be dining here again for future visits. I think our waitresses name was Kaleigh, if you get her your experience will be amazing! Fantastic staff all around!

The service was amazing. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and was tactful. The manager came and asked how everything was and also near the end of the meal the actual chef. For 2 people it was roughly 180 for a 5 course meal. The food was amazing. Definitely worth it. The wait for food was a little slow but it was fine because the atmosphere was great.
