What’s the use of giving phone number if no one is willing to answer, even during working hours and in case of emergency. Shut down your business if you are not eager to solve your customers issue. Driver is waiting at the border for almost 12hrs and you guys don’t care about the shipments process. It’s a shame

This customs broker doesn't reply to emails and don't picking up the phone.
Documents for the border crossing were sent at 2pm and load still didn't cleared 9am next day.
I was trying to call them more than 5 times and all the time there was auto reply.
No response on the email, we are late for the unloading because have no idea documents received or not, don't recommend this company, service is 0
