Well, where should I begin? My credit life was less than stellar thanks to covid. The $300 credit card that I used for groceries and paid off on my next pay, turned into my only life line and a $4000, unpaid card. Add a line of credit and misunderstandings. Long story short, I was in a hole I couldn't get out of.

I had heard the commercials on the radio for Welker for years, and now I was calling them for help.

I had no idea what the difference between a consumer proposal and bankruptcy was, but Sue not only explained everything to me with ease, she helped me through the process from start to finish.

I had made the mistake of going through another credit counselling service that was primarily a business more than a help, and it scared me off of trying anything else for a while, which put me further into a hole that I was barely maintaining. When I put in a request on the Welker website, Sue was the one who got back to me, and right away she helped me figure out a very manageable payment and budget. It's still a long road ahead of me but I feel a lot more in control now.

Sue has been extremely helpful in explaining my options at this point. The conversations with her have been clear and concise. I now have a new direction to go instead of down. The pressures have been reduced, sleeping bus easier. Thank you for your guidance.

I was in debit. Struggling to get by. I was always going in and out of overdraft. I was paying a bill that was almost 470 every 2 weeks and I couldn't afford it nor could make enough money to do my part. My boyfriend was picking up a lot of the slack, it was starting to stress me out and worry me. He suggested this company. At first I wasn't happy hearing my credit would be gone but Sue had a point, my credit was going down and wasn't getting any better. She listened, answered any questions weather they are silly or not so honestly don't put self a big favor go through this company they will help you and give you pointers to be better in spending saving and building credit.

Was such a great experience. My trustee Sue Jung put my mind completely at ease from the first phone call. They went out of their way as a team to support and inform me.
