We'll Nail It

I went to this location around 4-5 days back and my nails have started chipping off already since yesterday. I am not sure that what quality of service they provide to their first time customers. I would never go back again. Also they keep on communicating in their language and laughing which was a bit confusing and freaking for me.

Great service, friendly staff. Clean environment. They are very sanitary and use bags for footbath and sterile sealed utensils. I only had a pedicure but, will be back for a manicure soon. I look forward to another enjoyable experience. Thank you!

Very pleased! My friend and I went there for the first time today - it was my early birthday gift for her. They did separate us to either side of the table so we couldn’t talk. We both chose the same pattern with different colours. The man that started mine was very kind, listened to me wanting to use my real nails and the length of them (but rounded them more as asked). When he got to doing the pattern, I thought he was doing a very good job as it is unique and delicate. A lady (maybe the owner) didn’t think so and she took over (even though I didn’t say anything). I felt bad as I thought the man was doing a good job. But I appreciate the fact that they wanted to make sure I left 100% satisfied and with a replica of the design I had found online. Very polite and clearly they care very much for their clients. We can’t wait to make this a more regular event! We will definitely be coming back again and again.

Nah.if your in a rush to get your nails done, this is the place. The first couple of times I went I paid $45 for a fill. Plus tax. The last time I went it came to $72. It seemed to go up in price each time I went. Extras just come out of no where! The pedicure is kind of sloppy and rushed. The one guy is learning which is ok but it wasn't worth the $50. As a cusotmer spending money in your business i feel as though its not appreciated to gossip between the technicians in another language. As a customer you respectfully would speak english. This way the customer will not feel uncomfortable, and feel as though they're talking about you.which in most cases proably are! Speak English in front of the customers! I won't be going back. I got ripped off too many times. Akis is better.

Depends on the nail tech. The young girl burned my nails three times with the drill and cut my skin with the buffer.
I thought I would give the salon another try. I had a younger gentleman today and he was gentle and took his time.
It was incredibly dirty in the salon. First thing in the morning, floors were filthy. Garbages were over flowing. I could feel filth build up in the solar light. Nail clipping and dirt on desks and floor.

I'm not one to write reviews but it was very dirty.only reason I stayed is because I had a gift card.

Please teach the tech's to speak english. I asked for something not to be done.it was done and they made me pay for it

They charge extra for a shape.they tell you the price after and its not even that good, i paided 75$ for a nail set that i got before at a different salon and paied only 55$

I did my nail several times here the summer of 2202. I was never satisfied. But I went there sometime in the first week of January, 2023, THE YOUNG LADY NAILED IT! She did a great job on my nails. She was professional, friendly and caring. When I go to a nail salon I love having my cuticles clean up. She did such a great job on my cuticles, three weeks later its as if I had them do today.

Booked an appointment for 2: 30. They were very busy when I went in. Waited over half an hour and more people kept showing up. They overbooked everybody just to make money. Also looking at their nail station's. They looked dirty. Glad I didn't stay. Will never go back.

My sister and I treated ourselves pre vacation. Great customers service very friendly. They worked as a team so we could enjoy our time. 5 stars for sure

Ahhh.needed this pamper.so relaxing.they are social and really appreciate your business. Very clean shop, clean tools and took both my sister and I in at same time so we could enjoy together.pre vacation time before Disney.

It was our first time at "We'll Nail It".
The salon is very clean and bright. We both had mani/pedis and it was a relaxing experience. We will return!

Awful! I went there and I got a manicure they said they we’re out of one colour that I wanted so I said okay and then she decided to paint it a totally different thing than what I wanted and didn’t let me choose what I wanted after… my friend was scheduled for a Manicure and a pedicure but they only did the manicure and told her to pay now so we just left.
