Welland Animal Hospital

I have been going to Welland Animal Hospital for about 2 years now since i moved to the area with my siberians. They are truly wonderful and trustworthy! Communicative, kind, and always helpful! Daniella has always gone above and beyond in her responses to emails / questions + just in general the staff there is great. Highly reccomend!

When Nero first visited the office, he was very skid-dish and it was difficult to get him to go inside. After a few wellness visits with the staff and countless treats. Nero loves visiting and is actually reluctant to leave now.

Such a wonderful place.
We had to take our lil' dog, Peach, in for an emergency.
They not only had Peach in immediately, but the compassion and soul that every one in Welland Animal Hospital was epic.
Peach was cared for so well, and the staff interaction with us cared for us as too.
I highly recommend Welland Animal Hospital.

Thanking Dr. Karner and his team for the immediate attention to our new puppy River's health issues. We called the Welland Animal Hospital regarding some concerns we had with River and the appointment was made the following day. After the examination, the results of his test came back the following day, and River was able to commence his treatment right away. Thank you for your time and care of our sweet little boy!

Recently visited with my cat for her check up and vaccinations. No unnecessary treatments were done, it was an efficient process and we were quickly on our way to my cat’s relief, she doesn’t like anyone but me. Many thanks to Dr Fidler and to Chris for making our lives easier.

Recently requested an appointment via email and was promptly replied to and given an appointment for the next day! We have our pups in the care of Dr. Karner and his team of professionals. The care given to Sirius Star and Ivory Luna has thus far been great and the care shown to us as their Mum and Dad for any concern or question has been helpful and appreciated. Great experience with Welland Animal Hospital. Every interaction i've had with Danielle/ the front desk + anyone at this clinic has been so positive! They're super helpful, willing to answer any questions and quick to respond. Moved to the area recently, but definitely making this my home vet for Estella and my other Siberians!

Absolutely fantastic experience. I am very new to the city. Have no connection here so I just came cold turkey to check the place out without realizing i will need the vet very soon. They were very patient with my initial questions and when I called in a few days they fitted me in right away recognizing the urgency of the situation. Very responsive team. And absolutely fantastic clan smell when i walked in. Not antiseptic but just plain good scrubbing clean.

I can't thank Welland Animal Hospital enough for helping me with my sick kitty who's not even patient there. Great team.

My dog Bailey was not a patient when he passed at home. I had no idea what to do once he passed as his vet was so far away (moved here 2 years ago - I'm loyal to my people). I looked up the closest Animal Hospital and I got them. I called and asked if they had services for him even thought he was not a patient. To cut this short, they took me in with open arms. So helpful and caring even when I called multiple times after I left - I kept forgetting questions to ask. I wish I remember everyone's name I was dealing with because they were all so kind and handled the situation so gently. Moving forward, I will definitely be going back with my animals. Great first impression.

Penny was bit by a dog at a dog park. Welland Animal Hospital took amazing care of her. Surgery went well and everyone who works there are AMAZING people ️

Beautiful people that helped us through a tough time with the loss of our beloved Streak. The vet was awesome and even the receptionists were great

Everybody who works here is fantastic. We have a stranger-nervous dog with chronic stomach issues and they are always super accommodating. When I call with a concern or question, the vet speaks to me directly on the phone and remembers details about our pup that show he really cares. We chose to get our pup spayed here despite it being more costly than the humane society because we trust their care, and they gave us a microchip for free. We once brought in our pup for a minor issue that didn't end up needing a full workup, and they didn't charge us at all for the visit. Super reasonable pricing, great payment plans, and most importantly amazing care for your pets. I can't recommend them enough.

Over priced Rip customers off.don't tell them about prices and then just send them a bill.bring pet in charge 100 of dollars to not find a solution. THE WORST don't go here absolutely USELESS

We are SO happy to be clients of Welland Animal Hospital. We have been clients for years and have had nothing but the best service. Both Dr. Fiddler and Dr. Karner are wonderful, compassionate, knowledgeable vets that truly care about you and your pet. The vet techs and all other staff members at WAH are all just as amazing and are truly the best at what they do, providing exceptional service and customer/client care.

We recently lost our pup Pilgrim, who through the years had had many health issues - the staff at WAH always went above and beyond for us and looking after him during his many health issues/procedures, and on the day we said goodbye to our baby, their kindness, compassion and empathy made the most difficult day slightly more bearable. They continue to care for our other pets and we have had nothing but the best service, always.

We are forever grateful to all the staff at WAH for the care they have always given to our animals (and to us) and highly recommend them! They are truly the best and we would not trust anyone else but them with our fur babies.

And special shout-out to Khris - thank you so much for everything you do and for always being there for us!

You guys are great! The vet is super helpful and patient. You can tell he really loves animals! The girls he has working there are also amazing. I have no worries letting them take either of my dogs (they both have anxiety) and both of my pooches love them! Always accommodating to our special pups as well! 10/10 would recommend!:)
