Amazing service! Everyone is super friendly and they always make me feel at ease. Literally the best experience I've ever had at the dentist!

I was looking for a new dentist and was very unsure about how to decide or what to do as a new patient. When I called with a few questions they were so friendly and helpful and made me feel super comfortable. Setting up and rescheduling appointments is super easy to do and the staff is so so welcoming and friendly. They’re super understanding and accommodating of all patients, every visit is so stress free and pleasant. Office is super clean and organized. I couldn’t be more happy with this dental office and all of the staff.

Being new to Welland and still fairly new to Canada and having previous bad experiences with dentists in my home country, I found this place, based on the reviews I decided to give it a shot and I couldn't be happier. Will never like going to a dentist but I'm not putting off making appointments as it has been pleasant experiences so far. Place is clean and the staff are very friendly, any questions will be answered with a lot of details. They make sure you are comfortable when going through procedures. As well as trying to work within your schedule to find the best day and time that works for you. Definitely recommend.

As a first time client, I visited the clinic for a routine cleaning, check up and X-rays. From the moment I walked in the service was very friendly and the staff were welcoming. Beautiful clinic and spotlessly clean. Very impressed with the attention to detail by the hygienist and the dental exam performed by the dentist. Definitely will be staying with this practice for all dental needs. Would highly recommend this office to anyone searching for a new dental office! 5 stars!

What a pleasant experience! Every single person in that office from beginning to end was friendly and just a joy to be around. It makes going to the dentist, which can sometimes be stressful absolutely stress-free. I highly recommend this family dental practice.

I had a rear molar removed from my lower jaw. Dr Al-Bayati and his assistant were very professional and did an excellent job even though the task was challenging. The tooth roots were all removed and the sutures were neatly done.

My daughter and I had a great experience at Welland Dental Clinic. The staff was so kind and walked us through the whole procedure and made us feel very comfortable.

Welland Dental Center is great. Shortly after my first appointment, I chipped my front tooth badly. They were able to fit me in on a few hours notice and did a great job with the filling.

My experience here was wonderful from the moment I walked in to the time I left. Everyone was so kind and polite and the dentist was very thorough and patient and sent me a referral with honest advice. Will also be returning for future cleanings.

I attend my Hygienist every 3 months.
Cindy does a thorough clean but most important she instructs me how to take care of my teeth.

I visited Welland Dental Centre for the first time yesterday and I have to say I was absolutely blown away. They were so kind and comforting (I'm quite afraid of the dentist lol). Alicia explained everything she was going to do and reassured me that we could stop at any time. I recommend them to everyone. Wonderful staff, beautiful facility and incredibly welcoming. I had a dental emergency; I looked up the reviews and saw they were excellent. Filled the online form as a new patient and got a call for an appointment the same day. All the staff are extremely nice and welcoming. The Dr and The Dental assistant were professional and kind. Do not hesitate; they will take good care of you and your smile

Dr. Kalar was great! A tooth of mine had broken and it was very sensitive. My regular dentist was not available, I called around and Dr. Kalar was able to see me and do a temporary filling to help keep the pain at bay over the weekend. Quick and professional service.

Someone drilling in my mouth is never going to be my favorite pass time. However, the staff and surgeon were very attentative and nice. I've been wanting a dental implant for 15 years and finally made the appointment! Happy I did. The surgeon and hygienist knew I was nervous and faint easily.they asked me the whole way through if I was okay. They also made every effort to ensure the process was as easy on me as possible and even welcomed me to stay laying in the chair for almost 30 mins after. Just so I could get a grip and not feel faint. - Nausea and being faint is something that happens to me almost every dental procedure.so not just for this type of appointment.

I was referred here because of an emergency (molar fell apart) and this clinic was thankfully operating during the current crisis. Dr Mohammed made a thorough diagnosis of my problem and gave me the options. I needed a root canal and restoration which I had no experience of and was a little nervous. The alternative was the removal of a useful molar. I had the root canal and temporary restoration, and as an experienced dental patient I can say that this was the most professional and caring ever. Thanks to everyone there who made this way better than I expected. You have a new client. Thank you all.

Update 2023 and I haven't changed my earlier opinion. This is a really professional place with pleasant and experienced staff. Just had a thorough cleaning which went smoothly!
