Had my English bull terrior neutered there and honestly the experience was next level Amazing.
The staff is beyond friendly and so helpful. Very organized from start to finish. Why would anyone go anywhere else. Thank you guys for making it easy

Brought my cat to get fixed. Was 100$ which is the cheapest place around. The staff was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. I 100% recommend.

I was very anxious dropping off my 1.5 year old Cavapoo to get spayed this past Friday. The staff were so sweet towards my doggy and I that it made me feel so much more comfortable dropping her off. They were very adamant that all owners be aware of pre and post surgery protocols and provided such information. They were very organized, timely and professional. Absolutely recommend! Keep up the good work!

I learned via Facebook that they were holding a nail trimming ($20) and microchipping event. I live close by so it was the perfect opportunity as my dog was desperately needing his nails clipped.

I was concerned I would be waiting a long time out in the heat, but there was no line when we got there and we were able to go right in.

The staff was super friendly and it seemed very clean inside. My cat was brought in eight years ago to be spayed and the receptionist gladly looked up our records from back then and was able to tell me my cats birthday.

I would definitely return if they decided to host another nail trimming event at this.

Reasonably priced services that actually encourages people to get their dog spayed or neutered. Quick friendly staff, healing time short and uncomplicated.

The staff here were so kind to my dog and myself. They took the time to explain post surgery information for us and the cost is so much better then what I would have paid. Roxy is recovering nicely.

This clinic is absolutely amazing. They make sure everyone is prepped for before and after surgery.
Even got an email the day after to confirm my dog is healing okay and to ask if I had any questions. I sent in a picture to confirm the incision was looking good and they responded pretty quickly.
I couldn't have picked a better office to go to.

tiniest incision. My kitty was bouncing off the walls as soon as he got home (although I did my best to stop him). If my cat's behaviour is any indication they are wonderful and careful in what they do. Thank you!

Brought my kitten here. Very well organized, very reasonable rates. I had no issues trusting the staff with my pet.

Excellent experience with this clinic. My dogs surgery went fantastic and the staff were very kind. The only downside is the entrance on the main road where you are required to wait is a bit of a hazard with a high energy dog who gets worked up being surrounded by other dogs.

Staff is AMAZING! So friendly and kind, made me feel at ease for sure. Great to know you're pet is in great hands of people that genuinely care. Thank you for doing such a great job:) Highly recommend going here.

Strictly neuter and spay clinic for cats and dogs. I and friends have been here a number of times. Never a problem with any surgeries. Super caring, organized, makes sure you are aware of procedure through speaking, emails, written printouts, and follow up phone call. Less expensive. (and my vet actually understands this).

The staff of the spay and neuter clinic is amazing. They are right on top of things and do an amazing job. They love their jobs and you can tell. They are so nice and so professional. The Doctor came out to talk to us as well. She was great and so nice. We had 3 dogs neutered within a week and no issues. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

Easy booking process. Staff were friendly, courteous, and responded quickly over email. Drop off process is easy and pick up was very smooth. We chose this clinic because Toronto humane society is closed due to Covid and Ontario SPCA wait is over 2 years! We are very thankful that the Welland clinic is open and accepting new clients. Amazing place I had all 3 of my animals fixed there and not one problem they truly love animals

Friendly staff and very caring. Reason for only 3 stars is that we were supposed to have our puppy neutered at 6 months of age but because they decided to shut down for covid excuses (even though real vets stayed open to help their pets), he won't get neutered until he is over a year old. You should have stayed open to help people get their animals the care they needed. Probably would have been better to just have my regular vet take care of the surgery. At least it would be done by now.

Thank you very much for the friendly and caring staff for the wonderful job. Spock is recovering very well. And for the price was way cheaper than what our vet wanted to charge us.

All the ladies were very present to be around at drop off. Yes there was complications and the staff were great about it. Calling and rebooting us.

I got my cat neutered here. They treated him so well and clearly explained the after care needed. He healed amazingly and seemed to experience little discomfort, other than the trauma of being in a different environment.

I was nervous at first because everything to book the appointment was online and didn't know what to expect when I arrived. I was so pleased how organized and prepared everything was when I arrived. To top it off my cat was going to be spayed but after a physical exam that determined she had a heart murmur they called me right away to let me know it would be too dangerous for her to go under anesthetic at this time. They gave great consideration and care to our individual situation. I appreciated the professionalism very much.

They were great. The price is decent considering our vet would have cost a lot more for the spay. They send out a lot of information and then ask how your pet is doing a couple of days after the surgery. The staff were efficient and friendly. My dog has healed up very nicely with no complications from her surgery.

Great people doing a great service for the community and they are very good at what they do! I brought my doggo there and they treated her very well she was scared from all the noise and commotion from all the other pets so they brought her into another room with them and kept her company so she was comfortable until I arrived to pick her up. If/when I ever get another pup I will be absolutely be using their service I highly recommend Welland & District Regional Spay Neuter clinic to anyone who cares about their animals to have them spayed/neutered here!

The staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. When i picked up my boy they gave me a package with aftercare information and even wrote a personalized note about my dog. Due to covid the bring the dogs with their humans in one at a time to admit them. Honestly with all the testosterone in the Male dogs it was easy to maintain WELL over 6 feet and it probably had to be done this precovid for that sake!

I took my kitten here to be spade and microchipped. The whole experience was efficient and pleasant. My kitten recovered well and she was comfortable. They did an amazing job taking care of her.

Prices were decent and I would recommend taking your pet here.

The staff is very professional, great with your pets and taking care of any concerns you may have. I've had both of my felines spayed through their services, they took great care of both my girls. Quick and speedy service, very affordable too. Definitely reccomend this place for future meeds for any of your canine/feline spay/neuter needs!

WOW! 6/5 Stars if it were possible. Totally exceeded my expectations with such a friendly, caring and helpful group of people that you can tell really love animals. Incredible experience for me and my dog both. Can't thank them enough.

True animal lovers. We were very impressed when my daughter & I went November 22,2019 for her dogs spay. All of our questions were answered. No inquiry was unwelcomed. We recommend them highly.

My cat Sparks went to this clinic to get Nuetered the was very professional and friendly they took good care and also because l was from out of town they had him ready by noon

My dog chipped half her canine tooth off during their care. The surgery costs about $1500-$2500. They refused to pay for the surgery and slapped the large bill on my family (which we couldn't afford that type of surgery)
Went through multiple days of begging for help and they settled to pay $200 towards the surgery. This is currently still an ongoing issue.

Aside from that, staff was very friendly and informative for the most part.

We had been looking for a vet to spay our almost 1 year old puppy for some time, and most typical vets charge a lot of money and add on silly things like "love and kisses" and "warm blankets". My dog is being spayed, not going to the spa and while I appreciate the add-ons, I know any good vet clinic will treat the dogs well.

Anyhow, the Welland Spay & Neuter Clinic has been wonderful. It was easy to book an appointment (though it takes some time to get an opening, understandably). The clinic is run very strictly which I can appreciate. An email is sent describing exactly when to drop the dog off, when to pick them up and the time frame is very narrow to reduce stress in the dogs.

My fiance dropped my dog off on the morning of her surgery and he said it was very well run, the staff treated our dog very gently and with kindness. He also picked her up afterwards and there was a group presentation of sorts for everyone to know the "rules of post-op". He also had a package to take home with body score, care instructions, meds etc.

Lacey's incision site looked wonderful immediately after coming home. You can tell the vet has a skilled hand and had performed many surgeries as the wound is small and the bruising very minimal. Plus, after the first 12 hours Lacey was in great spirits, eating, drinking and carrying on as usual.

I would not hesitate to bring any future dogs here as the skill and care are of utmost importance and I know my dog was handled well, and an excellent job was done suturing her back together. Thanks so much to the clinic, you have a tough job and we want to thank everyone there for the work they put in to ensure there are less unwanted animals in this world by offering a very reasonable cost for the spay & neuter procedures! (Not to forget microchips, Rabies shots etc all at affordable prices for everyone). If you are reading this and have any doubts, don't, your pet is in great hands!
