I really appreciate how my kitty is taken care of here. The staff is very friendly and always makes you feel comfortable.

My wife and I have been coming here for quite a few years with our friend Billy and when we inherited Cedric (Ricky now) a few year ago we also brought him here to see the good Doctor.
We have been to other vets but we were not comfortable with those vets. Here I find it relaxing and comfortable for both dogs.
The good Doctors helped us through some hard times and also treated all of us like family. They do their best as far as I'm concerned.
Now that our close friend Billy passed we will continue to see the good people that work here for the care of Ricky and Queenie.

Dalyla might not love going to the vet, but she always wags her tail and gets top notch treatment. Great care and service from Wellington Baseline.

They are warm and compassionate with both the animals and owners. We have been going here for over 10 years and trust them explicitly with our animals.

I called to get a recommendation on which brand of pellets would be best for my bunny. The receptionist said they are not accepting new patients but she may be able to answer my question. When I asked what brand of rabbit pellets she would recommend she became very short and curt with me. She hung up on me. I am shocked by the lack of service and rudeness.

Can't say enough how much I appreciate the services and expertise provided by Dr. Millman and her staff. They never take advantage and are always reasonable and fair. They remember my dog and care about his best interests, unlike many vets in London who seem to care more about sales than the actual animals.

Kinda cold answer.they didn't answer my question and said they were not taking more clients. When asking to put me on their waiting list.well I didn't get any reply.they just ignored me.

Everyone who works here is very compassionate and patient. We are so appreciative of the staff. They always give you options regarding treatment and follow up to make sure everything is ok. We had to put our cat down recently and they were kind and gave us as much time as we needed as a family to say our goodbyes.

This vet is very caring. The staff is beyond friendly and super helpful in my time of need. I thank them for their care and kindness.

Ive had dogs my whole life and this is best vet I have every been to. All women staff and they are so caring and gentle with all the animals. They literally saved my moms dogs life last year. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

We've been clients with Dr. Millman for more than 8 years. She has always consistently provided top-of-the-line care to my cats since we've first discovered her practice in 2013. Twice she's caught and correctly diagnosed fleas, then lymphoma, with my former cat when other clinics (including the emergency VCA hospital on Adelaide) could not. She has true, deep rooted experience and is a wonderful vet with a humane, caring approach we're so lucky to have met.

Paula - previous receptionist - was such a joy to deal with, and gave me a great wonderful hug I could never forget after putting my first cat to sleep from cancer. This clinic has been a part of our lives since my first cat and we hope to continue our journey with them. My hope is they never sell this wonderful small practice to VCA.

They are always so sweet, and wonderful to my hoppy little friends! A great price & great care are given.

These guys not only have reasonable prices, but are extremely pleasant and friendly! My extended family and I have been using them for a chunk of years now and they are the only choice in my books. They make me and my furry lady feel so special! Highly recommend

They are very friendly here and great with the animals. They are pretty cheap also. I would definitely recommend them.
