Wellington Cleaners

Quite simply, Wellington Cleaners cannot be reliably counted on to be open during its displayed working hours. On numerous occasions, I have gone to ship or pick up a parcel, only to find out they were closed. I will be making a formal complaint with Canada Post.

Went to pick up package within listed business hours and they were closed. Called Canada Post and they gave me their direct number. I called and there was no answer and there was no voicemail. I just want my package/want to know when I can pick it up? Ugh. Annoying.

The dry cleaning is not fast, cheap or helpful. Twice now, the clothes have not been available when they were supposed to be.

Really terrible service. The front desk person needs customer service training. Why are you arguing with employee telling them why are you doing this way in front of everyone. Also I just came here pick up my package I feel bad for people needing other services.

Love this place. Very quick, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. My go-to Canada Post in the city.

Inconvenient opening hours. Says they open at 11am, but don't trust it - this morning they are late. Another customer in line outside said the store staff was 20 minutes late the other day. This is the worst Canada Post outlet I've ever been to. It is inconsiderate to open late, especially with such strange inconvenient hours of operation. And they are also a dry Cleaners. Can't imagine many professionals dropping off and picking up their dry cleaning during these hours.

Tried to have 2 parcels and 1 envelope via air mail and he would not provide services due to C-19.
