Wellington County Library Rockwood Branch

Probably my favorite library since I got to southwest Ontario. Quaint, quiet place to work on things.

I'm new to using the library for books. Normally I just buy them from a book store! But Rockwood Library has been able to get the books I wanted every time. Now if I could just return them on time! Lol

Even though it is a smaller branch it has a stunning outdoors area with a nice fountain to enjoy reading too. Staff are very friendly and a lot of events happen here.

Very nice and spacious library. I love the weekly jigsaw puzzle they set up. Friendly and welcoming environment! The outside area is also very pretty.

I have used the drop off bin to return books. I got numerous harassing emails and phone calls stating the book was water damaged. They managed to waive the fee of this return.
Second return I put the book in a plastic bag and placed into bin. Again more harassing calls and emails saying the next book was water damaged again!
Maybe look at the bin itself? It is winter by the way.
I will no longer be utilizing this library. It does not sit well being accused of something you have not done.

Most cosy place! I love coming here frequently for books and sometimes to just sit and work.
