Not a good bus service.
Their time delay for buses is wrong and as a result, it makes me get to school later then I'm supposed to. If you look in their FAQ, it says that buses are cancelled by Bus Operators based on weather in their areas which is awful considering as I'm making this post, the weather is bad.
I had my parent contact the school I'm going to a few times to ask if the bus is coming to which they always reply with "The bus already went through that route". I don't know if that is what the bus service are saying or the school staff.
I was fine with the bus service in the 2021-2022 school year, but the 2022-2023 year as of right now (Nov 2022) has been going off horribly for them and I hope they do something about it.

Horrid decision makers when it comes to weather. Keep your kids home when it's bad out, school buses should not be on the road in such terrible winter conditions!

Bus 411 going through victoria road is late or never comes every two days. They never put that in their website. No accountability for school or the bus service.

Had to stop taking bus 193 because bus driver was very rude to my child, pointing finger in a rude manner. Not surprised though
