Room - Carpet has patches, Bathroom door does not close. On the sink, only 1 tap works. Had to ask for towels the next day, but received 1 towel instead of two, Place was clean, No parking - parking is free at Cooper Lot. Wish NO Parking is mentioned on website. Staff that I met were very courteous. Excellent information provided by Guest Services.

I'll start with the pros of this place
Pros:
Staff on the phone were always great and helpful
Location was absolutely great!
Price is fair
Room was clean and bed sheets/pillow covers were very clean
self check in was very easy and streamlines
Clean towels/toiletries
Now cons and the reason for 3 stars
Cons:
Bathroom had no real curtain and privacy, we had to use a towel to cover it
Lighting was too dark and one of the bed lights swatch was broken
No parking on site
Despite asking/confirming an 11: 30 check out at 10: 45 they started knocking
T. V didnt work despite following instructions
no dish soap
I do recommend this place and will stay here again however i hope they address these issues.
