We have had nothing but an amazing experience with Dr. Picard and staff at Wellington Orthodontics! Our 9 year old son has had to go through quite a bit of work with a dental surgery, lower braces, and palate expander.but they have been with us every step of the way and have made the process so much easier for my son and for us:) I have never had any issues calling with questions or scheduling in last minute appointments. They have gone above and beyond to make sure he feels at ease and to make this long process easier to deal with!

Completely disappointing. I booked my daughter's initial consult with Dr. Picard's office a few months in advance, taking a last available appointment at 7: 30 am. I read the emails that came through and responded to the confirm appointment email the week of her appointment. I woke my daughter up bright and early to make it to her appointment with time to spare. Upon arrival at the clinic, I was told by the receptionist that my daughter's appointment was cancelled because I didn't pre-pay and that apparently they had left messages on my voicemail. I was very surprised, and checked my phone to find no missed messages. When I asked why they didn't let me know the appointment was cancelled when I confirmed it by email earlier in the week, I didn't get an answer. They did ask me if I want to rebook, to which I decided not to. We will take our business elsewhere where communications are clear and a service standard is upheld. I found this experience to be awful, with very little empathy expressed for what seems to be a miscommunication.

Dr Picard is extremely professional. Through my 4 years of treatment she explained the whole process very well and as a personal touch: sent cards on my birthday. Parking is very limited and hard to wedge into

Had a great experience with my treatment at Wellington Village Orthodontics. They are very open and thorough when explaining the pros and cons of different treatments. The staff and Dr. Picard were friendly and happy to answer any questions about my treatment.
