Beyond incompetent staff and doctors. There is no communication to the patient. I’ve had several problems come up with getting a simple prescription, that I was never made aware of until calling them each time. Mistakes and miscommunication happens - but they don’t even own up and apologize for it. It’s not a patient’s responsibility to sort out your mistakes and lack of communication. On top of that, their tone is rude and completely unsympathetic towards people who are just trying to get help. Terrible experience here.

Absolutely shameful!

Since Dr. Sinoff left thisclicic is a disaster. For 1 year I've been constantly calling and going there in person bc theolder lady at reception keeps giving me wrong documents for my prescription and it keeps getting rejected!
This was my final email below and I am reporting their negligence to the Ontario Colleges of physicians.

Dr Stanislav Duchovny,

Your front desk employee, an older lady, has absolutely caused havoc for me regarding the prescription you gave me may 24th 2023.

I had came back when my application was returned incomplete causing me another few months without my medicine.

I came in again, documents in hand, and this same lady was overtaking me, not understanding or refusing to give me the original document, which is required by health Canada.

Again she gave me a photo copywith your initials.

I told her this is not accepted but she insisted.

Yesterday, I received another incomplete document from health Canada, FOR THE SAME ISSUE!

I am absolutely livid. Your employee costed me all medicine for 1.5 years! What am I supposed to do now with my mental health and pain?

I called and left a vm. No reply. As per usual, your team never answers. Today I called head office and they put me through to ur front desk. This was a younger woman and she wasn't listening to me, just repeating we aren't taking patients!

I'm am so unbelievably upset with this disrespect and lack of medical care that if this does not get sorted today and if I don't get proper documents, I will file against you and the clinic with Ontario colleagues of physicians!

I have already spoke to them regarding this matter and they ate waiting for my go ahead as I wanted to give you 1 last chance.

I will be at ur clinic this afternoon. Please have ORIGINAL PRESCRIPTION READY

Worst possible Md clinic. The receptionists are the WORST here! Absolutely horrible. They have no logic! Can't ask for a prescription without an appointment- can't get blood work requisition without an appointment. Get tests done- NO follow up to find results. Do blood work there- they lose your results! Absolute idiots at this location! Such horrible service!

Waste of time coming here. My appointment was at 2: 30pm and my appointment was schedule for another time, which I confirmed since I already had a bank appointment scheduled for that time.

Instead of telling me, they wouldn’t take me, they made me wait 30minutes in a waiting room, and then told me to leave because someone else was waiting and they would take me after. Although waiting 30minutes prior. Absolute waste of time, horrible service, and miscommunication, misinformation.

100% I would not recommend coming back here. And if you can’t handle your patience and get them in a timely manner, stop taking people.

This is one of the nicer medical clinics in the area, especially considering what this area is made up of mostly (industrial). The staff are pleasant and the pharmacy staff was quick with my orders. I had asked them to request my prescriptions from another pharmacy and they got them transferred over for me and filled within the hour so I could come pick it up. It was quite busy when I got there but they made me feel like I was their only patient.

Excellent service from Docters and staff. They are very busy, so patience is required, if you decide to be a patient.

My experience with Dr Mendez has been a complete disappointment. It has become clear that he does not value his patient's time. The in person wait time is at least an hour in the waiting room for each visit. My most recent experience during an illness involved my appointment being changed from an in person appointment to online as I was experiencing flu like symptoms. The call from the doctor to me came late into the night (10: 05 and 10: 28). Both calls were missed by me as at that point I was no longer awake and no longer expecting a call from the Dr having waited all day.

Absolutely brutal service. Good luck reaching anyone to book an appointment. Also showed up 10 mins late for an appointment I made 3 weeks ago and they wouldn't let me get in. Never again!

Where to start. First off your website needs updating. Even your own staff complain about it. You DONOT accept walk-ins, you ARE NOT open 7 days a week. The Pharmacy has sporadic hours. Having said that, I absolutely love Dr. Mendez (even though he can't tell time) lol. He is the most caring and kind dr. I've ever had, and I've had many. Also the reception desk is mostly staffed with kind, courtesy staff. A shout out to Patricia and Nubie < hope I spelled that right in the Pharmacy. It seems to me that most all problems and or complaints have to do with the Brand itself and upper management. This is just one gals opinion. Love and best wishes to all.

I love coming to this clinic to get any help that I need that I can’t do myself.

The doctors here care for their patients and they actually listen to their patients needs and wants, while making a good assessment as to what is best for the patients as well.

Not only that, the doctors are knowledgeable about what they are taking about and help their patients when patients can’t help themselves.

Personally, I commend the doctors I have seen here, Dr. Stephen Ulsinov as well as Dr. Jason Ali for the effort they put in especially during troubling times with Covid-19 and for being able to keep their cool when there was a lot of pressure on them. I would assume that the entire doctors office is absolutely one of the best doctor’s offices you can find in Woodbridge.

Not only them, but I would say that the entire staff that keeps the place together, are a great team and one of the best places to find medical help when you need to.

My doctor referred me to Dr. Belcon, and it was the worst experience I have had with a doctor.

He is rude, disrespectful, and dismissive. He does not like being asked questions and takes a patient’s curiosity as an insult to his expertise. He would cut me or my mom off when we had questions and he often dismissed my pain by saying “Everyone can feel pain”. He also at my last appointment with him said that no medicine will help me and I need to just exercise. When my dad and I asked questions about which exercises (ie how long I should be doing the exercise since moving causes me pain) he jumped to conclusions and said that “I’m not giving it a chance”. For someone who has has an incredible academic background, he sure seemed to have given up easily. He is unnecessarily aggressive and so clearly does not care about his patients.

If you were referred to Dr. Belcon I would suggest you save your time and effort and ask for another doctor.

You should avoid this clinic in Vaughan due to below reasons, I don’t know about other places:
- They take your symptoms lightly.
- new doctors lack expertise and knowledge
- easy going attitude and don’t order necessary tests. Basically lack of initiative.

I had my family DR. WEI at this practice. It is now the greatest regret of my life. She misdiagnosed me, failed to do appropriate testing and investigations and refused to uphold her oath to help the ill. I beg of anyone who is in need of assistance to choose anywhere else but this clinic. Many DRs who worked here leave thereafter having a very high turn over rate. The family physicians here would much rather keep relevant information to themselves or simply disregard your symptoms. I suffered from an ear ache for over 4 years and was never properly treated. This has now led to more severe health complications in which her response was “take care of yourself”.

Dr. Jason Ali is an Attentive, Sympathetic and Efficient doctor. He is capable of demonstrating his professionalism in his field, As well as having a genuine concern and desire for helping out our community. Thank you Dr. Ali. Highly recommend.
