I find Oksana more helpful then my family doctor. I will always get an appointment and will be helped in a very professional manner. She helped me with my menstrual pain that I have suffered from all my life and with my liver problems and that was with acupuncture and supplements and herbal medicine. I visited Oksana for a session of acupuncture, After my initial consult she suggested I try cupping, as she felt I could benefit greatly from it. I was apprehensive as I've heard some horror stories about people getting burns, however after one session of cupping I was astounded. Never have I felt the tension in my neck and back dissipate so quickly and effectively from a single treatment of anything. For weeks after the treatment I felt good as new. Oksana is incredibly knowledgable and qualified in her profession I would highly recommend a consultation with her even if you don't know what it is you need.

As an acupuncturist myself, there are few people I will let needle me. Last year I had Oksana treat me for a concussion. She treated me twice a week for 5 weeks and my symptoms were completely resolved and have never returned. I couldn’t recommend her more. Meeting Oksana was a life-changing not only for me but also for my 3 year old baby. It all started when my baby went to day-care. Due to adjustments to new invironment, she got sick couple times, including ear infection that was treated with antibiotics. In couple months my baby stopped breathing through the nose, she started snoring and got swallen; we saw couple doctors including a specialist, who scheduled a surgery to remove adenoids (that was a problem).
I was devastated. I started looking for alternative solutions to help my child. I was recommended to see Oksana, but first, I couldn't clearly understand how she could help us. Believe me or not, that initial assessment has changed our lives. Oksana took all the info, and then clearly told me what was going on with my daughter. I was crying because she told us to go on a strict diet to help her store the intestines. That's where the problem started. I didn't know how to switch diets (especially for a little kid), and Oksana guided me through this, as she could see that I was frustrated. I started that diet (even in a day-care they were helping us to maintain it) + and Oksana guided us through the whole process of changes in my baby's body (even now, when everything is closed due to covid19, Oksana is still supporting us on the call). She explained the stages of body's cleansing. And as the result of our collective work and effort, 3 months later my baby started breathing again and even smelling things. (I feel I gonna cry now). I feel overflowing emotions and cannot express in words how much I appreciate Oksana's work and her skills on helping people to get to the root of the problem, not covering it with pills, creams and surgeries. Frankly, I never thought that acupuncturist could help my daughter, but now I consult with Oksana about any issue, as I know she is trustworthy and super knowledgeable

Oksana Gryvnak is such an amazing acupuncturist. She is patient, gentle, and pays close attention to detail. Her room/clinic is very clean and beautifully decorated. It was my first time so I was a bit nervous, however she made it a painless and relaxed process, and after the treatment, I felt better physically than I've felt in many months prior to the treatment. In addition, after consuming her prescribed Chinese herbs, I feel less anxiety & sleep better at night with no more headaches. She is a life saver for me! Oksana is an angel in disguise. I have had shoulder impingements (both of them) for 6 years now and have had minimal change since then though I have tried going to the doctors, physio, chiro, and even a dietician.but though I would give chinese medicine a shot, and it has already made a difference. Oksana not only gave me the cupping and the needle acupuncture treatment but also showed me other techniques and poses I should do in my own time. Also told me about the chinese herbs I should be consuming as well as what kind of tea I should drink to help my health. Overall it has been a wonderful experience so far and I can wait to get another one soon. Would highly recommend Oksana if you want to try an alternative method.

Oksana is very skilled at what she does. I had a lot of fears about going into acupuncture (the usual fear of needles) and she helped calm my nerves by explaining the process and giving me some information about it. The session was painless and relaxing and better yet, the pain I had been feeling in my lower neck and shoulder was alleviated almost immediately after. Would definitely recommend!

I was impressed by her ability to properly identify causes of my health issues considering family history and lifestyle and develop corrective treatment. Oksana is a great acupuncturist, she is gentle and explains everything. I am not comfortable with needles but she makes me feel relaxed about it. Her diagnosis and treatment is excellent.

I came to Wellness Acupuncture for weight loss, and I have been loosing 1-3 lbs on a weekly basis since my first visit. No pills, no shakes, no starving myself (I eat 2-3 times a day in fact) and I can eat anything I want including carbs (but the healthy ones & no junk food of course). There's an optional herbal tea but I'm still loosing weight even when I'm not taking it. This is the first time in my life that I'm loosing weight in a very healthy way. On your first visit, Oksana will do your overall wellness assessment so that the treatments will be tailored for you. She also takes her time explaining everything you need to know about your particular wellness. I truly can't say enough good things about her. Also, acupuncture is covered by my insurance, so yay!
