Very friendly staff at the front desk and Shinya was great! He worked diligently on all the knots and tight spots in my back and shoulders and then taught me a few stretches that I could do at home to keep me from straining my neck.

As a paraathlete, it’s extremely important for me to keep my body feeling loose and ready for competition. Lisa Rutherford is extremely well versed in massage techniques and has a vast knowledge of the body and how it works. I am always greeted with a warm smile and friendly faces when I enter the clinic! Liz and Heather are top notch!

I've been going to chiropractors for over 40 years and wanted to find a local Doctor as my previous chiropractor moved his practice out of town. On my first visit with Dr. Ahmed Alhamdan, he was thorough in his questions and assessments, detailed in his physical assessments and used a variety of techniques to make corrections to my physiology and alignment. Dr. Ahmed, checked his adjustments for effect and repeated manipulations when necessary. My second visit had a more specific cause and Dr. Ahmed adjusted his approach and managed the issues directly. This is a day later and my body is holding the adjustment and feeling relief. Dr. Ahmed is patient, kind, careful and interested in my health beyond my injury. I recommend you visit Dr. Ahmed if you are in need if chiropractic care.

I couldn't recommend the Physiotherapist Joti more! She is an an amazing physiotherapist. She is very knowledgeable in all kinds of treatments. My head numbness got improved a lot! Now my husband started to see Joti for his keen pain. The receptionist is always friendly, helpful. Our whole family are very happy with this clinic.

I've been coming to this place for massage for a while and I absolutely love it! They've got all types of RMTs on site. Whether you're looking for deep tissue, relaxation or personalized this place has it all! Also, the staff here is soo friendly. The other day I forgot my watch and was able to contact the owner Jen who reached out to Lisa R. (phenomenal RMT btw!) and she came back after hours and helped me look for it!

I have had such a great improvement in my shoulder pain with Joti Mall the physiotherapist in only a few sessions. She is very attentive and knowledgeable and wished I saw her sooner. I especially like the fact that you are in right on time and she stays with you and is focused on you during your whole appointment.

I have been a client of Wellness for the Body since they opened. I am still a loyal client and will continue to be so. This is a result of the wonderful staff and knowledgeable therapists I have been fortunate to have treat me. To say that getting older is not always fun is an understatement.however with the wonderful therapists of all kinds, it has been far less unpleasant for me than it could have been. I encourage anyone starting to feel their age, as it were, to come in and get some expert and excellent advise and treatment to either prevent or maintain better health and well-being! Thank you Wellness for the Body for being - in my personal opinion - the best of the best!

Joti Mall is an incredible Physio Therapist. Her hands-on approach to wellness has alleviated much of my stress and tension. I will continue to recommend her to my family and friends!

A very good clinic open 7 days a week. About a dozen massage therapists to chose from. Also has chiropractic, naturopath, osteopath, acupuncture, reiki, cupping, and reflexology. Nice to have so many talented therapists under one roof.

My 10 y.o. Son is on the spectrum.bi-weekly visits to Wellness for the Body gives him a good 60 minutes of relaxation and calm. At the beginning, I was a little nervous for him but, the team is amazing and they have been able to make him very comfortable each time and by extension, me too!

I would recommend this place! There are lots of great therapists so the quality and appointment availability is good. The heated blankets are my fav.
