Great place to purchase and learn about hottubs. They really know their stuff and the sales person (Liz) was patient and well educated on the Jacuzzi products. There was no pressure to buy and after our visit the entire process was paperless, so we finished all the contract work from our home. Highly recommend Wellness Shop.

We had a hot tub for 3 years when it finally kicked the bucket, we went into the wellness shop just to look around and see what they had and pricing. Well, we were so glad we did! Brendan greeted us and was so friendly and helpful. We thought we knew about hot tubs but we didn't know as much as we thought lol. He took us around the showroom teaching us and finding our perfect match. We ended up buying that day before we left the store. Such a great company, Brendan helped us all the way through everything, from the delivery to satisfaction calls to make sure we were happy with everything, and also after it was hooked up he also called to walk us through everything you need to know about chemicals. We also recieved calls and satisfaction checks from customer service representative to make sure everything went smooth and if we needed anything. We have never been treated so well before. They go above and beyond with everything they do! We love our jacuzzi J345. We will be jacuzzi buyers for life! Everything from the jets, seats, head rests etc.are way better then any tubs we have been in just a great product all around! Thank you so much wellness shop for having such great product and team!

The salesmen at wellness shop in kitchener was great the delivery went well  and that's were the positives ended.   I bought a J-345 hot tub and within 6 months the LED light in the massage pillow broke completely in the middle of winter and i was told this is a common known issue due to over torqued factory specs so instead of fixing it beforehand i was sent a product that was they knew was more than likely going to break and require warranty work to fix $20,000+ for poor quality.  once i had an appointment booked it was then rescheduled 3 times within an hour of booking the original appointment. After many more rescheduled appointments some by me and most by them.   The first technician (who now does not work there) led me to believe I just needed to empty the hot tub for it to be worked on and gave me the impression he was able to help me move it away from the deck to create the space required for them to work.   After the snow and ice finally went away and i had my appointment to fix the issue i had the hot tub drained as required and when the technicians showed up i was informed they are not allowed to help me move the hot tub away from the deck.  and then i was charged a fee which did eventually get refunded which was much appreciated.   Now while trying to book movers and schedule them and coordinate the repair to make it efficient and minimize the amount of time my hot tub is out of place they are refusing to book an appoint until after i have proved the hot tub has been moved with photos despite me showing the confirmation email of date the movers are coming to move the hot tub.   This has been one of the worst customer service experiences of my life and I am very disappointed I was sold a hot tub that was known to have an issue and not fixed before delivery.   The stress of spending so much money on something and having had it for almost a year now and it's been broken almost as long as I've had it not broken has made me not want to do business with this company ever again.   I wish I never bought this hot tub and I wish I never did business with Jacuzzi ontario. The stress and anxiety has not been worth the price tag of a poor quality overpriced hot tub. Higher price does not equal higher quality in this case

We bought the Sundance McKinley Hot Tub here. Very happy with every aspect of the transaction. Brendan was amazing to deal with, the delivery guys were very professional and the hot tub itself is fantastic!

Our hot tub was installed 6 days ago. It arrived broken, the electricians, 'Caliber' electrical, did not finish the job, said they'd come back the next day - they did not. Sales person "James Smith" has disappeared, when calling customer service, was met with a very salty representative who said she would escalate to complaint department. Still not a call or update whatsoever. I've had better customer service buying a dishwasher than spending $25,000 at this store. Shop elsewhere.

Brendan at Jacuzzi was awesome to deal with, very informative and really took the time to educate us on the differences with hot tub brands and why Jacuzzi should be your first and only choice! Thanks Brendan and team for such a great experience!

Ordered a hot tub from Brendan Hambleton back in November but because of COVID was told it probably wouldn’t come until May but to my surprise it was here the beginning of February. Delivery was fast and painless, and Brendan called and walked me through the start up and all the chemicals I received. A day after I got it the lights started to flicker on it so I got a hold of Brendan and the next day he had a service guy (Garey Braid) out and had it fixed in no time! I would definitely recommend

We had a service tech come out and couldn't find the leak we think we had but he decided to turn off the waterfall as an attempt and IT WORKED! We haven't had to fill the hot tub all week! We will filling it every day and now we won't have too! Our water bill will be so much lower now too!

We just purchased a Sundance hot tub from Jacuzzi Kitchener. We have nothing but praise for James Smith. He is very knowledgeable and understood our needs in a hot tub and was very helpful shortly after the delivery. The delivery and electrical installation was done very well. The only complaint we have, and it's minor, is that we feel the delivery company should take away the cardboard and wrapping materials. When you spend such a large amount on a product, we feel that you shouldn't have to cut up and deal with the large amount of cardboard and wrapping. But all in all, we are very pleased with the product and the service we have received and would highly recommend Jacuzzi Kitchener if you are looking for a quality hot tub.

Back in October we were thinking of purchasing a Hot Tub for our family. We really had no idea anything about Hot Tubs just that we liked them. We went to a Hot Tub show put on by Home and Leisure felt overwhelmed and pressured by a pushy salesperson. We decided to stop and visit Jacuzzi Ontario, that's where we met Liz Kennedy who listened to our wants and needs with understanding and friendliness. The price, the electrical being included and the fact that it could be delivered in January were the deciding factors in preparing for our family surprise Christmas gift. Liz was in contact with us throughout the wait answering emails, she was someone who I could count on to answer any questions during the pandemic and any uncertainties that we were feeling. On the day of delivery the team of Hot Tub movers were professional, friendly, and efficient, Corey Needham and his partner from Calibre Eclectic were professional, friendly and efficient and all followed safety protocols. Liz met with us over video call and walked us through the chemical start up of our Jacuzzi, going above beyond by delivering and dropping off test strips and some start up chemicals that was missing from our start up package. I know I can count on Liz for any questions or issues that may arise. Highly highly recommend Jacuzzi Ontario in Kitchener Liz Kennedy 10 plus stars for customer service.

This company has the worst customer service and communication with their customers.
They sell you on quality and service — we are 1 year into owning our hot tub and smart tub cover both have been broken and not a person in sight to help, answer calls or return your calls. We have not been able to use the hot tub in almost 2 months.
The hot tub has been defective since the day we purchased it.
We regret not shopping around and trusting the “sales” & “service” pitch and purchasing the same day.
