We had a great experience at Wellness Shop (Jacuzzi London). Freddie was super friendly and helpful and made our buying experience enjoyable. Our hot tub was delivered in just a few days and we were in it by the weekend. Great communication provided throughout the process and rapid responses to any of our questions. Super satisfied!

Recently purchased a new hot tub. The customer service was impeccable from the moment I entered the store. Freddy made sure I got the tub best suited for my needs and budget. The delivery and set up was easy and smooth. Even when the tub arrived with a missing part it was handled immediately by them and the part was there within an hour! Best customer service from end to end.

Purchasing was easy and quick. Communication about delivery was received and delivery was quick and easy. The delivery person also took the time to walk us through how to use the hot tub and any questions we might have. We are so happy with our experience and purchase!

Jacuzzi is an awesome company and they stand behind their products. We have purchased three hot tubs and all have been great purchases. We love their products that you can order online and they arrive quickly and work amazing. Thanks Jacuzzi!

Bought a refurb J-365 recently after just randomly stopping by one day to gather some info. The sales guy, Freddie was excellent. Spent a long time running over all the options they offered and helped us narrow down to something that would suit us. Never felt any pressure to buy.

Delivery went very smoothly. Guys were there at the exact time scheduled and had it all set it up in no time.

And when my electrician needed a little help the next day Freddie

was available to assist over the phone.

Unfortunately Jacuzzi doesn't really have a reliable or effective repair service or even stand behind their services or product so we switched to using Warehouse Guys and have received far better service than Jacuzzi.

We are very happy with our recent purchase of our swim spa. Freddy in the London store was great to deal with and very responsive. We did our due diligence and shopped around with other brands and this by far was the best option as well as the best sales person in Freddy.

We would recommend Jacuzzi to anyone as it has been a great experience from start to finish.

I was in the hottub before and it was very hot when it was brand new. Then when it got fixed it doesn't go to the same temperature.

Terrible service. At pre -sale they said the electrical connection was covered with the purchase. Then when the electrician showed up, they only had a 40amp breaker for a 60amp tub, (this is the foreshadowing for my heating concerns now because the heat is junk). This because heat and jets cannot run at the same time using a 40amp breaker (sure that's cool it was over $20,000) completely normal. The had the sale so I was required to figure it out by myself. I have family who are electricians so I found a USED breaker rated for 60amps. They did reimburse me a portion of that bill after the electrical company proceeded to purchase over 20 of the USED breakers from my source. Hey! They had the sale. Fast forward 1 year, I have the classic temperature sensor failure. I am told by the "Sales" person who we purchase the tub from that this is the process, and you can give special instructions (like key for gate location or where to access yard containing the broken tub). I did just that and the technician did not follow any of the instructions. After a speedy diagnosis (easy to do if the problem is the same all day). They charged my card $168 while my tub is still under warranty. They had the sale and tried to sell me more during my repair call. Sorry out of space provided. The "sales" person responds after I complain "I am in sales not service", even though they have been keeping contact through the process. I feel that service leads to future sales, that is how my business works, but not theirs. They are so stuck-up and unprofessional that they will read this then laugh at the grammatic mistakes and then turn a blind eye to proper. Never do the staff (when debating a concern) make you feel welcome, they argue and deflect. Don't buy here they only care about the sale sincerely Brian Nagle.

So I bought my tub from this store (deposit in my tub in end of aug 21) and what a mistake. I have had nothing but issues with every step since I left my deposit. Do yourself a favour and try any other hot tub company. THe sales person was horrible and lacked any kind of customer service. I had issues with them breaking my tub during install. They installed my smart top incorrectly and as a result it was damaged within a month and it's now been over a year and they still haven't fixed it. I've been in contact with their customer service for over a year we have exchanged at least 50 emails and it still hasn't been fixed they've done nothing about it they have the worst customer service and customer care of any company it has been my unfortunate pleasure to have to deal with. Do yourself a favor considering it's almost like buying a small car anybody else other than Jacuzzi would probably be a better solution to go with I will post pictures of my horrible talk all my issues and all the horrible emails that I got from customer service as soon as I can stay tuned

I spent months looking for a new hot tub. I visited every store, wholesale and big box store around the area. Every model on the market does something the other doesn't and they all have some advantages and disadvantages. Some look pretty with lots of toys but are build like garbage other are just cheap all around. I visited the Wellness shop twice in my search where Freddy went out of his way to help educate me on their tubs and the advantages they had. He offered me different models to fit my price range and was open and honest about all models including their own with pluses and minuses. When I was finally ready to move forward Freddy was able to offer me the right tub at the right price to fit my budget, but hopefully one that should last 20+ years. I completed all the paperwork on line right from my home, in just minutes and the tub was delivered without incident within a week. I am extremely happy with all aspects of the purchase as well as the efforts and support of the team at the Wellnes Shop. I would highly recommend them for an open and honest sale.
