Wellness Shop at Jacuzzi Vaughan

I purchased the 14 foot swimspa after many months of research and trials with a few competitors (including the home show). I ended up with choosing this Jacuzzi Swimlife all season pool due to the excellent follow up and service (I asked about 100-120 questions) received my Vaughn rep, Alissa. We love our pool and the kids do as well! It’s great to entertain and will use in winter now that I have a canopy up to protect against the windchill.

I recommend Alissa and the Vaughn Jacuzzi store.

We are so happy with our experience at Wellness Shop. Jenn has been amazing from taking her time to explain the different packages that are offered to passing by our home to show us how to maintain our Jacuzzi. We went to a few hot tub stores to compare things, but Wellness Shop was by far our best experience. We are so happy we decided to purchase our Jacuzzi there and hope for many years of enjoyment!

We bought jacuzzi hot tub from Wellness Shop and had great experience. Staff is very knowledgeable and can explain pros/cons of different models to make the right choice. The whole process is well established with purchase, follow ups, installation and setup so all we had to do is be at home for the delivery. You can get a lot of valuable advises from the team. Had a great experience ordering the Jacuzzi Sanctuary 2 Sauna with Jennifer T helping us, as we researched this specific sauna, she confirmed it was the right choice, no pressure sale. Delivery included to PEI. She followed through with delivery concerns and followed up after delivery and installation.

School were so professional and helpful and now we’re finally enjoying our backyard. Jacuzzi has been great with customer service and quick to call and service the few small issues we’ve had. Definitely would recommend their swim spas and service.

I would like to acknowledge the incredible customer service and maintenance that Carlo provided last week. I explained how I did not receive the swim-spa schooling in person, and only over the phone. He went above and beyond discussing how to use the display settings, jets, and all the features. He also went over all the chemicals and how much of each to use. This helped tremendously - Thank you! Carlo was only booked for a weekly maintenance appointment, but did not hesitate to spend an extra half hour with me - that’s 5 star service!

Had a great experience purchasing and getting very reasonable financing for a floor model Clearlight Sanctuary 1. Installation was smooth, and while there were a couple of minor issues with an LED light and getting the doors level, these were addressed quickly. The sauna is working perfectly, and I try to use it daily. Thanks very much!

9 months ago (review below) I praised this company based on the stores service. Unfortunately the service is only great when they want your money. After that it’s terrible. I have had the LED lighting go twice on my new hot tub. The latest time, they have to remove my hot tub, take it back to the warehouse, and remove the plumbing to fix the problem. The technician that came out said this isn’t worth it and recommend the entire hot tub be replaced. Fixing it will cause more problems later. They are trying to replace it with the same series which is not a comparable model. Looks like Jacuzzi went cheap and removed many features in their 2023 j-245 models compared to 2022. I called the store and the sales rep said no the comparable model is the j-345.2023 models removed the lighting, the waterfall and the additional filtration. I spoke to head office and the Vaughan store and was told I have to pay $8500. What a joke! It’s been over a month of me having an empty hot tub and this still isn’t resolved. For anyone reading this go somewhere else.

From start to finish the team at Wellness shop has been incredible. The knowledge and level of customer service from their sales and service teams are like none other. Jennifer Gaetano from the Vaughan location has been amazing. She has been great at answering any questions. Our entire family love the new addition to our backyard. Incredible hot tub. Jen helped me get a great deal on this floor model and it works amazing! Fully loaded with an amazing cover upgrade, steps, a UV system, and a hand rail (not pictured). Everything was hand delivered and installed, all included in the price!
The jets are super luxurious, and I was taught how to properly care for them and make sure the water is balanced. I love going for a dip late at night and turning on the LED pool lights.
Overall very satisfied with both the product and the service!

Our whole family is enjoying our purchase of the Jacuzzi hot tub. Christian was great at answering our questions and providing instructions on using the tub. Installation service was on point and no issues at all. We enjoyed our shopping experience at Jacuzzi.

We had a great experience buying our first hot tub! Not just any hot tub but Jacuzzi is top of the line according to 2 members of my family who are Jacuzzi owners as well. We looked at other options first but then looked at Jacuzzi and never looked back. I was hesitant on making this big purchase at first but then inquired more and went with JFL J485. Jenn at Jacuzzi Vaughan was very informative and helpful when making our decision and went above and beyond even after hours twice with us. Delivery was scheduled in one week and went smooth same with the electrician the next day. We are very happy with our hot tub purchase and have been enjoying it everyday since. I would definitely recommend Jacuzzi and Jenn!

I absolutely love my new hot tub! Looks amazing and looks so stylish. Easy to use and easy to maintain. Customer service has been excellent so far. My salesperson Christian has been great and responds quickly if I have a question. Highly recommend this Jacuzzi product.

I ordered and received my Sanctuary C Sauna and am absolutely thrilled with my product!
Jennifer Tom really is a Sauna expert, and was extremely knowledgeable with the product and the delivery process. She went above and beyond from the sale through to delivery to make sure that I was happy with my purchase.
The delivery team at Hot Tub Movers were amazing, friendly, and very professional, and were out the door within 1.5 hours.
I've been able to use it almost every day since I've received it a week ago, and have noticed the benefits almost immediately. I work from home but am sitting all day in front of the computer, and without as much physical activity, especially in the winter, my lower back and hips are affected.
Since using my sauna, I'm able to move more freely without pain or stiffness. With the corner unit, there's enough space for me to do stretching while getting the benefits of the infrared heat.
I would highly recommend getting one of these ClearLight Saunas!
