Just called Jacuzzi Whitby to see about getting a clear ray bulb and some chemicals. Always found it handy to drop in and get what I need and see other products that are available. Salesperson advised that they do not do store sales anymore. You have to go online only. She further said that's the way the world is going. Customer service is going the same way. Call someone else we don't care. Went on line and found products were sold out. Great now I have a spa that I can't use.

Excellent sales staff helpful from beginning to end, Natalie was awesome made recommendations but wasnt pushy, helped us find a hot tub perfect for us and great price delivered and installed. Delivered and set up by Hot Tub Movers, they were awesome, came on the day arranged and arrived early, moved it to the back set it up on the pad and installed the cover lifter and cover. Great clean fast service definitely recommend.

We had our new jacuzzi hot tub installed in July 2022, used it less than 10 times since. Yesterday we noticed it's not working, called service and store, we were informed that the first avaliable appointment for a technician to come and take a look is November 25th (in 1 month), we were also told that we should buy a heater and a thermostat to avoid damage from freezing.
We expected a better quality product and better after sale service for what we paid.

We love our gazebo with large skylight to see the stars and snowfall in winter. Lovely blinds on sides for privacy and or sun shining throughout.
