Don’t usually write reviews but I absolutely feel the need in this case! Amazing place! Staff is wonderful, they explain everything and answer all questions (no matter how many you ask). Pain free, little bruising if any. Been going for years, even take my mother. Prices are great and they always accommodate and ask you to return for touch up if needed. Recommend to everyone.

I had an incredible experience at Wellsprings Medical clinic with Leila. The hydrafacial exercise was truly exceptional. Leila's expertise and care made the whole session comfortable and enjoyable. I have been seeing Layla for 15 years at the spa and she is absolutely incredible, she goes over and beyond perfection. I also love how she personalize each treatment for every skin type. She really knows her stuff. I wouldn’t see anybody else. They also treat you like a family which is nice not like a customer will continue to see her, hopefully for another 30 years.

I have been receiving facials from Lelia at Wellsprings Medical Spa for a quite a few months and I have been extremely pleased with the results I see on my skin. Most, if not all, of my pimples/breakouts have disappeared and my skin feels softer and brighter. In addition, I am also removing the excess hair, which I have lost a large percentage of them so far. I’ve been going here since I was 16. I went here 2 weeks ago and got my lips done, loved the results but noticed one side was a little less than the other. I called them and they told me no problem, we’ll fix it for free! Just left my second appointment, happy with my results & how professional and sweet they were the whole time!

I have been going here for almost 7 years. I fill my lips and face and occasionally Botox.
The filler, Ravenese lasts longer than any other brand I have tried. I have recommended this place over and over because of their accuracy, care and results. Top shelf company. I would never go elsewhere for my face.

Came here for the first time ever. I was highly recommended by my friend who is a Botox GURU! I also been getting Botox for about 12 years! I was please to see how of a beautiful clinic they had and the price was the best I’ve seen in years! My Botox results are great! I cannot wait to book my next appointment for fillers! Michelle and the whole spa is a scam. I’m suing them for the despicable job they did to my face! Stay away from their garbage disqualifies spa.

Michelle’s knowledge and years of experience makes her the best! I’ve been going to Wellsprings for years and have recommended to friends. Thankfully, Michelle has talked me out of unnecessary procedures more than once.

Came here for microneedling. Prior to the procedure I asked several times whether this would be a good idea for my skin condition. I was told repeatedly that it would be and that the results were going to be great. I should have knew something was wrong when it felt like she was scraping my skin with a needle. Three months later my skin is worse than where it started.

I never write reviews but to hopefully save someone the trouble. I have been to Michelle 3 times for lip fillers and each time only being worse. She does not use a proper technique when injecting. Michelle was unable to fix her mistakes and only made more of mess. Now that I have been somewhere else, I know the difference and it’s a BIG one. Wellsprings is not professional or sanitary. When properly injected, major lumps and uneven lips should not happen. The staff is friendly as well as Michelle but I HIGHLY do NOT recommend

Terrible experience. I went to get fillers in my lips and explained that I wanted a natural look. A doctor came and saw me for maximum 1 minute as a formality. I was taken to the room and reemphasized I wanted a natural look and asked to do half a syringe to start. The nurse (forgot her name) injected half the syringe and said I wouldn't see any results unless I put the whole syringe. I listened to her "advice". My lips immediately were swollen and uneven and I expected that. Days passed by and the swelling would not reduce and the lips were uneven. I even went back 3 days later asking her to dissolve it and she said no. My lips were completely uneven and I was so embarrassed. I haven't gone back since and this was in summer 2017. Since then I've been to another medical clinic- who had to dissolve the left side to make it even, and experienced such amazing results! They don't know what they're doing, they don't care about your face, they don't care about what you want- very disappointed.

Registered NURSES need (but don’t) do your injections here! Instead of the owner with the black hair does it. Not a registered nurse. Underneath my bottom lip is STILL messed up from her wrong method of injecting the lip from well below the lip causing a “BABAgump” look from well over a year ago that I had to get dissolved at another clinic. The nurse goes into the room with the owner but absolutely does NOT do the injections. Both times I went there it was the same thing. The owner does them instead. Really dangerous and well against the legal requirements of all medical clinics. Im sure they will deny that but As a result of that I would never go back.

Special place for getting amazing services from the time you step in and get a welcoming greeting from staff. Michelle is the one who did my injection very professionally and her personality made me feel so special. I recommend this place to anyone wants to be treated well

I have been seeing Michelle for over 3 years now and I have always gone to different girls in between, out of curiosity, and they just cant compare, as an overall satisfactory and beneficial experience, in fact the others have even majorly disappointed me in many different ways. I have found that other girls charging an arm and a leg which is ridiculous to be of lesser efficacy, for example: an over-fill of dysport to make my eyelids droop, a lady who trains girls who made up some cash (in hand) amount to charge me, and another girl who didn't really wana work on my cheeks so she was making up excuses and lies to avoid perfecting the symmetry (cheeks aren't easy) because of course there is another girl waiting that is booked right afterwards so i'm not getting the empathy and kind service that I deserve and it's just another way of having me come back for more. I find they don't do the request of perfection 100% during the session that I booked whether that's out of fear of doing too much, I don't know, but we both know i'll just be coming back again to get the job done RIGHT that wasn't done right in the first session. That's a waste of my time to say the least. With michelle it's not like that. First of all she's not ripping people off and practically robbing with high charges, like most of these fancy professionals, because you're just a number in their rotation of the day, for example, Oakville clinic, maple location, condo in Mississauga, there's a spa in Yorkville that's horrible too, some Asian lady who has no clue on details to the face. Michelle cares, takes time, is honest and has no problem proving it, in fact she has an assistant in the room. It's so reassuring to know that the physician is building trust through her usage of the syringe with the client and interacting incrementally to reach a mutually happy outcome. I always leave from Michelle happy. And her work is excellent. And this is coming from someone (me) who is fussy and meticulous about symmetry. From now on, i'll be loyal. Hope this helps you guys out there.
