J'ai passé une commande le 9 avril dernier, envoyer plusieurs courriel et même un message par Messenger, le seul retour que j'ai eu c'est que cela prendrait encore 2-3 jours avant qu'on réponde à ma question qui n'était que de savoir quand je recevrai mon achat. N'acheter rien de cette compagnie ils manquent de professionnalisme ils sont vite à passer la carte de crédit et c'est pas mal tout. En plus ils font une mauvaise réputation en agissant de cette façon au President Choice ou Le Choix du Président, malheureusement cela va faire en sorte que je vais bouder tous les magasins qui appartiennent à la bannière au Québec, tel que Maxi, Pharmaprix et Provigo vraiment déçu de cette expérience. On devrait avoir le droit de mettre moins qu'une étoile pour ce genre de commerce.

I have tried calling several times, left messages to no avail. If my call is picked up the person say hello I cant hear you and hangs up. This happened 4x to me today. Wellwise customer service is totally unacceptable and outrageous. I have told the manager in the store at Laird and she only gives excuses, nothing gets done.

The last time I ordered a product from Wellwise on-line, I placed the order and waited over 3 weeks and no delivery. Upon my own investigation I was told that they did not have the product. I phoned the Leaside location and was told by a new employee that if I ordered with her, it would take 8-10 days for delivery. I asked to speak to the manager and the employee told me there was no manager at the store today. Thursday afternoon, 3: 00 pm in the afternoon, seniors day.no manager. Something is up.

Singicantly rude and disrespectful for other people time. The manager, Sharon, blamed us for placing the wrong order, which took place by them.

J'achète en ligne à partir du Québec et les prix sont très intéressants quand on compare les mêmes marques retrouvées chez les concurrents de grand nom!

Après la réception de ma première commande qui fût livrée rapidement, j'ai été surprise de voir qu'ils ont pris soin de bien remplir l'emballage pour éviter les pépins en chemin.

De plus, on reçoit des points PC! C'est tu pas merveilleux?

Leur site web est optimisé pour les cellulaires et c'est très apprécié.

De bons prix, des points, de la variété et de bons produits de qualité font que l'expérience de commande en ligne est parfaite!

The staff are hardworking and customer friendly.
However the reason for the 2* is because Wellwise is not worth shopping at.
Products are overpriced as well Wellwise seem to sell anything.
My opinion shop only during sales or promotion or use optimum points.

Simply just go to Walmart or especially Amazon. WAYYY overprice at Wellwise.

Tried to order online not user friendly and does not take visa debit found same item on Amazon for $10 cheaper and they take visa debit.

Very difficult to order on line. Not worth my time and effort.unorganized. Never had this much trouble at Lawtons. Very useless.

Went in for a brace, Tanzila was the one who assisted me. Very professional and courteous service, took the time to understand my issue. Ended up leaving more than satisfied.

I have phoned and visited the store at Woodbine and 16th Ave, where Susan and Fatima assisted me. They very accommodating and helpful, and went out of their way to ensure I got all my questions answered. The world needs more people like them! Thank You

I bought insoles and lady says if I am not happy/satifyed with it, I can return it. I bring it back and another says can not return. This insole made my feet very uncomfortable/sore.

Michelle and Shain both were providing an excellent service when l was purchasing a Wheelchair Walker for my mom in Markham location.

Just got off the phone with Wellwise at McCowan and Lawrence E.these people continuously astound me with how easily they combine professionalism with friendlyness. They are all so helpful and just when I think are the best, they get better. I'm so grateful for them.sharon
