Pretty useless, and such a lack of actual item is your meat lol I find that every single time I need a medical equipment of some kind this location does not. I don’t even understand why this place exists.

This location sold me crutches that were defective- although set up in store by staff, exactly 1 month after purchase, the rubber sole on one of the crutches is tearing, causing a non sturdy foundation when walking. This is a safety concern when walking - contacted the store to exchange the defective set and was told this is normal wear and tear (even though its only been one month and these are not used daily). I don't believe after such a short period of time this wear and tear is "normal". Extremely disappointed in the lack of concern by the manager - the only solution he offered was stopping into the store to take pictures so they could submit them, and only if the store will be reimbursed can I replace the damaged part. This process could take weeks, and I need safe and usable crutches now. Extremely disappointing situation, would not recommend this location to anyone in need of essentials.

I would strongly recommend do not shop there. They sold two pairs of compression socks for$220.00. They did not told me this is final sale. I opened one pair when I got it and it is garbage. I cannot wear it and when I went there for a refund they simply denied it. I asked them to send it back to manufacturer and give me a refund and they refused. They did not even refund the one I did not even open. Beware and do not shop there since you will not get any service from them. Waste of money and time.

My 82 year old mom Zahra shops from here regularly and she is very happy with people who work here especially Johanna who helped her to put her new walker in her car. Chris and Samantha are very helpful and friendly as well. Thanks to all members of well wise.

Ridiculous just Ridiculous service rented a knee walker which is busted front wheel is about fall off. We waited 5 days for this one they can order a different walker which would take an other 4 to 5 days. But some one has to go drop this off when they get the other one has to go pick it up. I ask them if they can deliver because some should at least check before you send out the product to new customers. Nope it's 15$ for deliver I have to pay.
The hospital gave me 10 different places I don't know why I picked (Wellwise) newmarket.
I just want my money back I'll order it from somewhere else.

Was told to wait until the Lockdown was lifted to return an item that was defective. When I arrived I was treated rudely from the beginning because I was returning something. I was abruptly asked if I opened the box I said of course I did or I would not know it did not work.
She refused to solve my problem and she dismissed me. I was given no
Explanation or reason and I have a broken item that was never used and I am out $80.00.
I am so disappointed please shop else where.

I had a very positive experience shopping here for the first time. The store associate who assisted me was very helpful, courteous, and efficient.

A Wellness store is a medical supply store run by Shoppers Drug Mart. This is only the second one I have visited and I much prefer the Ajax/Pickering location. Came in looking for compression socks. The area is a little smaller and how do I say it, the staff is a little less accommodating than other stores. Ended up buying them some where else.

The store has lots of options for health at home but I really wish it was bigger so that it would have given me more options for the things that I needed. As it's the only place around that I have been able to find two give me the things I've been looking for it suffice is for now
