Called ahead to make sure the product I wanted was there before driving 35 minutes to get there. The person I spoke to had to put me on hold in between each question I asked (six times) to get the answer. I was assured the product was there. When I got there not only did they not have the product, they didn't know what they had in stock and couldn't answer questions about what they did have in stock on the shelf. The product was the simplest and most basic of products that every medical supply store should absolutely know about.

Extremely disappointed. If I could rate the customer service any less than 0 it would be -100. I walked in 5: 55pm as soon as I walked in, I was met with rudeness. And was rushed to make my purchase. The lady that was rushing "Theresa" made numerous RUDE comments "I don't get paid enough for overtime", and I mentioned that she was making me feel like my money was not wanted, as she responded saying " I don't care, and called me rude for saying that comment. - If someone is working in retail/customer service they need to understand that customer revenue is a contributing factor to their wages. IF they cant hold composure while wearing the uniform they should not be representing that company. Well Wise would be "Wise" to review this locations staff.

Benn shopping hear since they moved to the mountain from downtown, I've been dealing with Clair since my time downtown she has been amazing always Helpful and willing to go the extra mile even when in a pinch. Because of Her I don't even consider going elsewhere, 20% off on Thursday and the Points that you get give good value for your purchases (I have a Permanente medical condition and will require medical supplies for the rest of my life)

Buyer Beware. If you buy a defective item from wellwise, they do not offer you a replacement or your money back. They make the commission and have no responsibility to the consumer. I will never shop here again. This company does not back the products that they sale. Good luck future shoppers. Hope you don't get a defective product because they won't do anything for you.

This store is terrible. No phone service. You cannot get through and the voicemail says that someone only checks once a week on Mondays. So, I have a broken foot, with no cast (because emergency room at the hospital only had mens size XL left, and no crutches!) and its Tuesday.so? This is absolutely unacceptable. I cannot even check on the phone if they have an item in stock and send someone else to pick it up. Ridiculous!

Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Even though the store was really busy they were able to help within 5 mins of arriving.

Needed a lightweight wheelchair for my 94 yr old mom. Wanted lightweight so I could lift in and out of trunk. They didn't have any but a very kind person named Theresa said she would order me one. Arrived today and is in fact very lightweight. Just love it

My Dad went in 2 weeks ago to get knee brace. This was not a prescription brace, he just needed something to give a bit of support. He went there because he was having a hard time finding one large enough at regular Shoppers stores and thought maybe the Home Health store would have more selection or could maybe order a larger size. When he asked a staff member for what he was looking for he was told he needed an rx. He explained again what he was looking for and the staff member reluctantly started to measure his knee but continued to mutter under her breath that she didn't know what she was supposed to do without an rx. He finally just told her to forget it and left the store. Horrible customer service to make a customer feel like it's a burden to serve them!

I have shopped at your locations on numerous occasions and the quality of service was excellent.
However, I went in there this morning to buy some cpap accessories and ran into a problem. Your prices were virtually double of numerous on line Canadian suppliers.
I knew your prices were higher but I was misled by someone answering my price request by phone.
I came in to buy because I would rather support local businesses. When I finally made it in (after sitting on the Link for 35 min.)
I was given a higher price. I was then told to come back on Thursday because that is seniors day and I could get a nice discount.
I made my effort to come to your store.
Your sales clerk was well mannered and pleasant but I walked out empty handed.

The staff here is amazing! I was absolutely thrilled they were the only place I could find open on a Sunday that had what I needed immediately! No ordering no hassle!

I had ordered from my usual pharmacy on a Tuesday. They said they would have it for me on Wednesday, then they told me I had to wait till Saturday, of course they didn't have it yet again and I had to wait till Monday as they would be closed on Sundays as most pharmacies are. I had no way of getting the medical supplies I desperately needed. Then I found SHOPPERS HOME HEALTH CARE ON UPPER OTTAWA! I told them I had to work till 4 and would be there at 4: 30, they close at 5. I got there with just minutes too spare before they close. Yet there they were smiling and already had what I needed next too the cash register ready for me. ABSOLUTE LIFE SAVERS! Thanks too all the staff at this location!
