Wendy was most patient and helpful with us, this location seems to be extremely busy, often, I saw staff struggling to keep up, always with smiles. Everyone is short staffed, be kinds folks.

I give a low rating, not because of the people I deal with at this place, they are great and friendly. I give a low rating because of the lack of supplies I have to always wait for because they don't order ahead. I suggest you guys step it up a notch and order supplies more frequently that way customers don't have to wait for anything when they call.

Great and friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately sdm stop selling no rinse shampoo caps which is so needed for people with arthritis or bedridden. Bring them back.

Friendly and informative staff, hard to find good customer service these days but this place doesn't disappoint!

If you are looking to be referred for your CPAP machine (fittings etc) definitely see Kelly Neill at the Carleton location. She is informative, knowledgeable, accessible and certainly patient in trying to find the right fit even when the case is somewhat more complicated. The process is efficient and all the paperwork is done for you. I seldom write reviews but this time I felt a 5 star is well deserved.

Love this place. First time I called here looking for a product, the staff was so cheerful and helpful. When I visited the store to purchase, the girl was very helpful and explained the best way to use the product. Since it was my first time in the store, she took the time to tell me what they carry.

SUCH HELPFUL STAFF! I'm pregnant with my first baby and recently went into this location to inquire about breast pumps. The staff was so informative about all the different options, including the option to rent vs purchase. They advised me to look into my coverage with benefits before making my purchase! Super impressed with their customer service!

I came into this location scouting for a walker for my dad and was greeted by a girl name Brittany, she was very helpful and gave me all the information on the government program that supports purchasing the walker, she also told me about the steps to get there and gave me some people to contact to get the ball rolling for him because he needs it ASAP. I had a bad experience at this location before around some bracing purchase and decided at that time to purchase elsewhere. I wanted to give it another chance because it's the closest location to me (from Grimsby area) I'm so glad I came back and saw some fresh faces and the customer service was just what I had hoped for this time around! Thanks for everything Brittany! We are coming in next week for my Dads walker and I will definitely replace my knee brace when needed now at this location. I can't say more I'm truly happy I have a dependable Shoppers I can come back to because my wife loves points lol thanks again! Will be calling head office to report this, you never hear enough about good experiences only poor service.
