If I could give this place negative stars I would. What an absolute disaster of a place. The people who work here are positively miserable and completely rude every single time I have had to come here nobody wants to help you and nobody cares. I came last night to grab something I had put on hold at 5: 55. First of all what place closes at 6 everyday you practically have to book a day off to even come here. At 5: 55 the door was open a woman was coming to lock the door I got out of my car and ran to the door pleading with her to keep it open. She shut the door in my face and turned around and walked the other way even when I knocked on the glass she didn't even look back. I will build my own products before having to come back to this horrific establishment. Do NOT waste your time coming here. Please go somewhere else.

Manager was extremely rude and dismissive of me upon entering for no apparent reason.
Rest of the staff didn’t seem to notice that I was a customer.

Honestly I came here to write a review but it seems like the managment don't care about customer's feedback. This explains the poor service, not to mention the false information the employees provide to customers just because they're lazy or don't feel likr working. I mean if the managment is trash what do you expect from the employees!

Always Very unfreindly staffs. Mostly they look like tired of their jobs. Rude. I was served today by Tressa. No respect. No smile.was busy with her papers for almost 7mins standing and wwaiting for her to serve me without saying sorry.never go back there again.

Was advised by my doctor to purchase a aircast boot. Explained to an associate that my injury as explained by my doctor was more than likely one thing but he was not ruling out a fracture. There for I NEED to purchase an aircast. The associate went on to say that item is expensive and since I don't know what my injury is I don't need the item. I came all the way there to purchase this item under a doctors advice, so yeah I NEED IT! I'm pretty sure I have the money since I work! I asked for the item again and she said she will look the back. After standing in pain for several minutes the associate comes back to say they don't have my size (at this point I don't believe anything). So I searched for another location in the area who has this item. They were happy to help, professional, listened, didn't assume I can't afford it and helped me try it on. Terrible customer service, if you have to go here get what you want and leave without talking to anyone.

Jackie is a very knowledgeable associate and has been a big help. She took the timeout to listen and understand my needs. She's professional and caring and it shows in the way she handles her clients. Thanks Jackie for making my experience a great one under the circumstances!

Horrible experience with staff, i require a knee brace post workplace injury and not only did the staff ignore me virtually the entire time i was in the store but what little help that was offered seemed rushed and not helpful. Would never recommend this place to anybody.

I am extremely displeased with the customer service at this establishment. Communication between employees is inconsistent and customer relations are poor. I’m a flight attendant and require compression stockings for my job, which are covered by my insurance company, who do NOT require a prescription. I’m due for a new pair so I called last Wednesday to make an appointment for a fitting to order custom compressions. The woman I spoke with on the phone said she was the person who did the fittings and told me to come in Monday 16th at 11am, as this was best time for our mutual availabilities. When I went in today (Monday 16th) at 11am there was no record of my appointment and I was told I required a prescription in order to be fitted, this was not disclosed over the phone, nor was it required by the provider I went to last year. I was refused service and told to buy the generic compression socks off the shelf. I will be taking my business elsewhere and do not recommend going to this location if you are an FA looking to order custom compressions. Would give zero stars if that were an option, I left feeling very frustrated and like my time was wasted.

I had the most amazing experience with Wafa today at Wellwise! All the staff were friendly and attentive but she went above and beyond. Wafa presented me with all my options, was personable and just amazing. She let me test out a rollator, adjusted the model even. When I decided I wanted to purchase that model she got one from the back and assembled and adjusted it for me. She made a potentially difficult task painless and even had me laughing. Wafa is amazing!

Went in to pick up a knee brace for someone. They said there are no returns. So I ordered it from Amazon, where I can return it.

I heard this company fired employees over the phone. Way to treat people.
Corporate bullies. For all employees who still work at that place, get a union to prevent this from happening to you.

We have gone into the store a couple of times and find the staff will stay put at the front counter. They never come to ask if we need assistance we have to find them. I use to work in retail and customers were always my first priority when they entered the store. Some staff seem knowledgable while others don't seem so confident in their knowledge of the products in the store. It's a shame it is a big store and very deceiving you would think in a world of growing aging population they would have more of a selection and store associates that would offer help to those that need it.

Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I took my elderly mother into the store at approx 4pm today (Sat) to look at transport wheelchairs. There were 4 employees working (?) but nobody greeted us or asked if we needed help with anything.

So we went to the back of the store to check the wheelchairs ourselves. An employee was helping an elderly couple choose a walker. After they finished buying it the employee along with the other 3 all stayed at the front behind the counter. None of them came to offer assistance or even look at us.
Maybe it was too close to quitting time and they couldn't be bothered.

By now we had been in the store for about 30 min. Other customers who had come into the store during this time had received service. So we decided to leave the store without buying the wheelchair.

As we were leaving I told the employees that they gave us horrible customer service but instead of apologizing to us the older sales lady with a cane became very defensive and rude towards us.

We went to another store that sells wheelchairs and bought one that was half the price for the same model. We will never go back to SDM Home Health. Bad customer service for over-priced items. I wish I could give a NEGATIVE star-rating because one star is too much!

I am a Senior and traveled quite a distance to get to this store to purchase a Revitive Circulation Booster. It was 2 P. M.in the afternoon and pouring rain. Thursday March 29th.
An older male staff behind the counter appeared to ignore me when I got to the counter (left). A younger woman of color served me (sort of) by taking me to the area where the tester product was. She left to get the remote.and forgot about me. I will never shop here again or recommend anyone else does either. Very poor service.
