Scam for service. Nice staff but Shoppers say Yes to warranty but demands $100 for tech visit to repair or replace defective $4500 adjustable chair 3.5 months old. Beware of Welwise if you are wise. Sad hugs ISH

Second time this has happened to me. I ordered ostomy supplies I ordered Friday, I go to pick up Thursday no order found. They can’t even find the order form. Now I just go on Payless Medical buy from them they ship free in mail. No more driving to shoppers for me. Terrible service.

They don't stock crutches, but the store is supposed to, and caters to mobility injuries. I couldn't even order them online and have them delivered to the store.

Only reason it didn't get a 0 was because a staff member helped me try on an air cast, which wasn't what I was looking for.

Dealt with PJ for my sleep apnea machine and devises. Excellent service by PJ, He patiently and professionally explained everything and assisted with my insurance documents. Very professional and friendly. Would recommend this store to anyone for medical services.

Foot pads purchased in store were 65% higher in price than web store price. I was told at check out no returns, otherwise I would have returned for credit and repurchased online. Disappointed in what I consider to be price gouging by Well Wise/Shoppers Drug Mart.

WoW: Great Service at Brampton Wellwise. Paras Jain is my Cpap Specialist and more. I had a appointment with him for 2: 00pm today and he was ready for me with a print out of my Sleep pattern he downloaded from my machine from Home.wow. He was ready to show me the lastest New Cpap masks, models. We talked and he knew what I needed. Great prices and picked up a few more Great deals from his store. Really.worth the drive to Brampton to See PJ.a amazing young man that knows his stuff. 5 Stars. Thanks to him and the freindly staff. Their just so helpful. They made my day. Thanks PJ. I will be back for the Best service in Town. Mr. Hanna.

I have been in there a few times over the last 6-7 months for my CPAP needs & everytime I've gone in the staff have been helpful and courteous. PJ especially has been amazing and super helpful with all my questions and concerns. His follow up and customer service is definitely above and beyond. I highly recommend this location if you need anything for a CPAP machine.

82-year old gentleman with mobility challenges (Parkinsons) purchased A $3,000.00 Invacare mobility scooter less than a year ago from Wellwise following $1,500.00 in rentals. In need of a wheel replacement for the last upward to 10-days as reported about 10-days ago. Wellwise *insisted* a $100.00 home inspection was required prior to ordering and arranging installation for this replacement wheel. This request came following 4 days of a combination of trying to get through to them via phone and bouncing on and off 'hold' for unreasonable extended periods of time. (2-4 hours in call with serial numbers, model numbers and wheel specs reported) Wellwise would not accommodate his schedule for this home visit and had him sit and wait for their arrival on their 8-hour discretionary time window days later. Technician took 10 minutes to inspect and confirm what we already knew and reported to Wellwise and then told him (us) he'd have to wait another 24-48 hours for a follow-up call from Wellwise prior to an order being placed with Invacare. (manufacturer) and an additonal $100.00 would be required for another home visit to install once the replacement was shipped direct (more delays) from Invacare to Wellwise. No call came. No order placed. And now we are faced with a pending Covid-19 'shutdown' in which case a home visit for installation will not be permitted under condo rules and protocols with respect to entry to the building.

This is abysmal service in every regard: (1) Wellwise could not bring up record of the purchase details (specs) (2) Wellwise was provided with the specs but would not order and schedule installation (3) The amount of time spent on the phone, and repeatedly being put on hold for unreasonable periods of time and then cut-off necessitating call backs from our end (4) insistence on two (2) $100.00@ home visits when one would have been sufficient, (5) Rudeness from Wellwise's service center in accommodating availabilities (time off work) of the person helping this gentleman sort this matter out (6) Rudeness from the technician who left an abrupt voice message at 8: 15 am *insisting* he was on his way but didn't show up until 3: 00 pm and most importantly: This gentleman has been confined to his condo unit for the entire 10 days and still waiting to hear back from Wellwise.

This is poor treatment from a company whose 'vision' is to serve the elderly and supply crucial mobility equipment and especially poor treatment and total disrespect for an elderly gentleman who has forked out thousands of dollars, in good faith, due to a critical need for mobility equipment, only to be left out on a limb when it comes to urgent after-service repair.

Wellwise, in all respects, has shown an attitude of it somehow being a 'privilege' to expect to be 'served' in any dignified manner, rather than having any 'vision' or objective whatsoever of empathy or service to its elderly and infirm customers.

It is regretful that this Invacare equipment (Leo Scooter) was purchased at Wellwise. It has been a cash grab with no after-service and a non-productive $100.00 home visit with zero tangible benefit to the customer resulting from that service. - not even a part number provided which would allow an alternative repair service to act swiftly and immediately on this gentleman's behalf.

Appalling. Do not rely on this company for mobility equipment. Deal with Motion Specialties.

UPDATE: BMP Home Mobility Care supplied & installed a temporary spare (Invacare) on 1-day notice, returned within 5 business days to install Invacare Leo original standard new wheel and tube (no specs required). Excellent service! 1 labor charge of $90.00 only, not 2 @ $100.00 each. (Wellwise).

Unfortunate and baffling for the gentleman to have paid Wellwise $100.00 for a 10-minute 'inspection' following 10 days of being stranded without his mobility equipment and with no subsequent service, repair or any other benefit.

Yes, I am owed $81.for a return of an evolution walker that quickly fell apart that I purchased at well wise in late August 2020. This is a long story, but Nellie, the store manager, did tell me on the telephone that she would credit this amount on my new credit card. Today is December 20th and this still has not been done. I just left a message with the store administrator, to pass along to Nellie this morning. I have requested an $81.gift card sent out in the mail this week to get this matter sorted. The customer service department here needs to be improved greatly.

Staff was not courtious at all, infact rude
There was a line up and most of the women behind the counter were just standing and watching their collegues talk irrelevant and unnecessaryly long conversation with customers ahead of me
Over priced stuff, this place is a scam stay away.

Disappointing. I ordered goods a week prior to flying abroad and made it clear that I needed the items to take with me. I received a phone call just as I left for the airport, too late for me to collect. Fortunately, I have now found a local pharmacy that can supply my needs within two days.

I didn't want to give any stars, cause they don't deserve it.walked into the store and the employees were all behind the counter. Nobody offered to assist or acknowledge my presence.was looking to buy a new cpap but I am going to take my business elsewhere.very bad customer service.

Disgustingly terrible store. Useless staff, not willing to assist. Store stopped carrying items previously stocked in Home Care store. Many generic items instead of quality items, yet in many cases, the pricing is higher. Staff refused to order items previously sold in this store and when I asked why not. I was told "I guess you'll have to find it somewhere else". AVOID SHOPPING HERE!

I was looking for something and tried to contact the store by phone, no one answered and left message got no response.
Customers care must be quick otherwise you know the consequences, etc bad impression lose of customer.

I set my appointment a week ago to have a consultation for my CPAP machine which is completely new to me. I arrived half hour earlier than i expected and they were happy to take me in. Akriti was a lovely young lady that helped me throughout the whole process and explained everything in great detail to make sure i left there with no questions and felt completely comfortable taking home a machine that's new to me. Thank you for all of your help and I look forward to our followup appointment in 3 weeks.
