Not the best one I've been to. The Pickering location on Kingston Rd is the one to beat for culinary delights and vibes

Quite location, some parking spot and drive through are most highlight points. Food quality and service can be better. Order machines never worked. Some times need long time waiting to get food.

Hours misleading, Dine in closes at 11pm, however they continue drive thru orders. They don’t even let you come in and place an order after 11pm.

Walk in service is always bad they don't get your order right and management doesn't care about walk ins are more attention with drive-thru

I’m rarely compelled to leave reviews to places, especially negative ones. But the service at the drive thru tonight left me so angry, I have to say something. Whoever the woman who was helping with the drive thru on Monday, July 17th, at 10: 30pm should NOT be working in customer service. I’ve never been scolded before for asking for the “wrong thing”. I was initially told there were 2 sizes for the “frosty-cinno” (small and large). I was never told there was a “summer size”. So when the total was almost double what the advertised price was, I simply asked what was up, and was snapped at and told “So you ordered the wrong thing? Yeah, that was on you, you ordered the wrong thing”. She had even kept repeating it as I drove up to grab the order. I have never left a drive thru so angry in my life.

There's a couple staff members here that are the reason I travel from Scarborough to the west just to eat wendys. I really appreciate the staff and service I receive here. I come with my family and usually eat in. It isn't always the cleanest but they have a small patio you can also sit at which is nice. The bathroom is clean for the most part. Food quality has never been an issue

Came around 4pm through drive thru and the lady was so rude and unwelcoming. She is also wearing acrylic nails with no gloves on.

Today I ordered a apple pecan salad. Thank God I didn’t eat it until I got home. I noticed some brown patches but when I placed the contents of the container in a large bowl I had to throw out 1/3 of the salad away. It was way past its best before date… very disappointing.

Well I ordered from ubereats.but it is through the Wendy's on lawrence and dufflaw. Such a really bad food safety issue.drink and frosty on drink tray not sealed in a bag or lids not sealed. Plus they put the food in such a huge bag.that when they added the seal in the centre of the bag and didn't fold back before sealing it.the sides are large enough without breaking seal and take food out of bag. I order a lot of home delivery and was really shocked by this. I have been going to that location for over 30 years! When it had a salad bar! Just very disappointed with your restaurant because that has to be controlled by your establishment not ubereats!

Went thru the drive thru someone greeted us and never said another word and when we pulled up to the window they said they were closed.very sketch and rude workers!

So we all know Wendy's is Wendy's.they for the most part have the same quality food. But the service is not. If you want a long lunch wait for drive through, and you want items missing.this is the place to go. I rarely give a bad review off just one fast food visit. But, three times in a row things went wrong here. All three times they never put ketchup in the bag as asked from drivethrough. As well, the first time I got a different burger than I paid for. The second time I was missing a second fries I paid for. And the third I was in drivethrough for half an hour. That may not sound like a lot, but, for drive through!?

No one should ever go to this Wendy’s, period. Whoever is the owner of this franchise location needs to thoroughly vet what’s going on, because there is something systemically not working. It’s disorganized, chaotic, and though there seems to be movement, nothing seems to be actually happening.
There is little reason why a Wendy’s in a low traffic area should have cars spilling out onto the road on a Sunday at 2: 30pm. We couldn’t line up for the drive-thru because it would have dangerously put us on the road. We parked instead - one of us entered the location while the other sat in the car with our baby.
Four burgers took half an hour, if not longer.   Never waited that long at a ‘fast’ food place before. There were ten customers on the inside, and some were waiting even longer than that. Staff seemed to focus on the drive-thru exclusively and totally neglected the sit-in customers.
One worker was incredibly rude, and seemed to give attitude to her supervisor, the most competent worker there. She also gave attitude to a customer. Imagine being one of the few people to like your job, and you have a work bully constantly on you…terrible.
The manager at the time seemed utterly lost and overwhelmed. She just kept telling people to be patient. She should have been telling people what the wait time was. Were we informed, we would have left, as you can imagine what a crying baby in a car sounds like.
After all of that, my burgers were wrong, and we ended up overpaying. Ended up with three plain junior cheeseburgers. Gross.
I’ve also had greasy burgers on a previous trip here. I don’t know if it’s the prep, the organization throughout the day, the lack of communication or something else, but there is zero giddy-up at this ‘slow’ food location.

The young man on Drive-thru is always super professional & friendly. I think this location has excellent Customer Service! Keep it up!

No hand sanitizer, both dispensers were empty. No paper towel in men’s bathroom, no ice in soda dispenser. Lots of arguing going on between staff and delivery service drivers.

The day I visited the machines weren't working and it was really busy but the staff worked really hard and they still made sure everyone was satisfied

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been. Really poor attention, rude customer service. Got charge a different amount, didn’t want to refund me. They even cancel my order at the end. Terrible experience

Miraculously, or order came out right, because of one lady in a blue jacket (a team lead?) in the back. But giving our order required multiple repeats and corrections. And it took nearly 15 minutes to get our order because the crew of five or six was scrambling, trying to serve (1) a few people who wanted to dine-in; (2) a drive-thru line around the restaurant, and (3) the food delivery app drivers. If think people who take the time and make the effort to go to a restaurant might get faster service? Attention whoever owns this location: This is not an efficient way to run a restaurant.

Exactly what you would expect from a Wendy's except in a food truck. Sadly they don't offer afew items a wendys restaurant would offer

I love the frosty’s and Dave’s burger! The lady taking the orders at this drive through was very impatient and had a voice that reminded me of nails on a chalkboard though.

Good clean Wendy's with a drive thru. Had not been to a Wendy's and asked about several new things (new to me anyways) and the woman at the counter told me what she enjoyed from the menu. Fries where fresh. Could have been slightly more crispy but they probably would have done that had I asked for well done frys. A solid Wendy's location.

I had very bad experience with this Wendy's they start to make the order after the driver confirms the number. Even if the driver is taking 15 minutes he might have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for his turn to get the delivery. Sometimes for a 6 dollars delivery it takes 45 minutes all together.

I love this place! They have delicious meals, their menu is varied, The cook in that restaurant is a real pro, I enjoy very much trying all their food. The food is always fresh, the attitude towards the customers is good. I visit often this place and I was never discontended. I recommend it to all my friends.

They need to organize the staff a little better to deal with rush times. About 10 minutes for one large fries seems troublesome.

They move a bit slow with orders, but the food quality is good, and most of the workers are nice.

The drive thru lady (never did get her name) is always so pleasant and the food is always great

It was my first time going to this Wendy's location and the manager was super rude. She refuse to take my order. As soon as I walk up to the counter she look at me and walk away. Another worker had to leave what she was doing and kindly came to take my order which I really appreciate. After, the worker was finish with my order the manager came back and took over the ordering process.

She was super rude I didn't know that if I order take off that I was suppose to leave the store. Instead of telling me that I have to sign up in I want to stay in the store she starting yell8ng and being rude for no reason.

So I told her I didn't know and she should have said something to me instead of yelling. For a manager I thought that was very unacceptable.

The timings are terrible. I think they open at 10: 30! Which fast food joint opens at 10: 30 forgot sake

Staff is rude. Probably they need some more staff. Very slow service. Never gonna come to this store again. No one pick the calls also. Very disappointed

Fries were cold, and burger was ok, it's fast food, what do you expect. Some days you'll get hot fries a decent burger. Others the opposite. It's hit or miss.

The drive through speakers were broken and very fuzzy and the person trying to take the order was very rude because we couldn't hear her. When we got up to the pick up window and told her, she rolled her eyes and walked off.

Love it when Daves Single with cheese goes on sale for just $3.that's it $3.lunch everyday for a week is only $16 say $20 with the goverments cut.lol

This spot is my preferred one. I eat in plenty of restaurants but here I keep coming back again and again. The team is very amicable and the cuisine they cook is so delicious. I never decline to have a good dinner in this place. I highly recommend this place.

I've given up on this location. Ordered here twice in a week and BOTH times was incorrect. They obviously simply dont care here.

Exceptional and tasty food, I love the mood this place has, and the cashiers were welcoming. I will definitely visit here when I’m around.

Just another Wendy's. Good wide parking spots. Relatively clean compared to other fast food joints. Nothing else to report. Oh, they do have the new self-service ordering kiosk.love it or hate it.automation is here I guess.

It's a little counter with minimal selection. Not like going into a brick and mortar location. Would not go out of my way to go here unless I was in the mall shopping and felt like a burger.

Good food, not so cheap prices though but the sandwiches are tasty. Fries could come in larger quantities for the price of the combo paid

While the staff aren't energetic, their service is good, the shop is kept clean, and the food is Wendy's.

Restaurant was clean, well organized, and maintained. Washrooms were in good condition and were clean. Food was consistent.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work close by. I got to say their customer service is always fantastic and they keep the spot neat consistently. Rates are reasonable and they serve sizeable portions.

Order kiosks are fast and efficient when the lines are long. Drink machines have a lot of varieties of sodas and juices. Friendly service and a clean environment!

Very well kept and welcoming restaurant. They offer generous meals and for reasonable rates. We enjoyed the menu a lot and the staff were very affable and explanatory. I recommend this place.

This place obviously knows how to satisfy their clients. Always with a kind mindset. The food is conveniently priced, always fresh and neat.
